I only went to this location because the one in Hallandale is still being renovated. We arrived around 2:40pm and there was one server there, understandable since it was not busy. She told us we can sit anywhere which we did. We ordered out food. Split decision, breakfast sampler and the Tilapia Florentine. I dont eat the sausage and ask to substitute it for bacon meaning that instead of getting 2 bacon strips, 2 ham, 2 sausage I would instead get 4 bacon, and 2 pieces of ham. I asked for no hash brown and fries instead. When I received my order hash browns was on my plate, and I was short bacon, pancakes were basically burnt. When I mentioned the issue to the waitress she said she would get new fries and that I only get 2 pieces of bacon , how is that possible when I didnt want the sausage. The ham were barely warm. The other orders were okay or had little to no complaints. When leaving I asked for a cup so I could take the rest of my drink I was then informed that I would be charged for another drink. I never experienced this with no other location and cant wait til they re-open our main location.

the service members needs some real practice about customer service... im not sure what was going on with the staff members, or how their moods dictate their attitude on that day in the morning, but they need to work on Acknowledging the customers as soon they enter the door with a greeting. When I entered the restaurant, I stood in the enternece for nearly 10 minutes with no greeting, not asked for table placement, not even facial contact. I felt irrelevant or invincible when I was clearly waiting for someone to take care of me. Atleast give me a "welcome! Give us one second to take care of you" & then I could have patiently accepted the waiting time. They should Atleast be attentive with the customers needs as well. I waited nearly 15 minutes until they could bring me the menu after I had to walk into my own seat from standing & waiting for nothing. Now, I understand while everyone was busy on their tables, they all still paid no attention to my calls or atleast ask questions about my quality of visit. From a professional standards, this is unacceptable.

We go to IHOP in Hallandale all the time and have a fantastic experience Linda the cashier is always there to welcome us in, but they are remodeling. So we said lets find a temporary replacement. We went up the road to the nearest IHOP (HOLLYWOOD) WHAT A MISTAKE INCREDIBLY DIRTY FOOD ON EVERY EMPTY TABLE WE WAITED TO BE SEATED FOR WHAT SEEM TO BE FOREVER FINALLY THEY SAT US IN THE ONLY CLEAN TABLE Well semi clean it still had scrambled eggs on the seat and table The place was 1/2 empty but no table were available and they didnt want to clean them until they had a customer The food was piled up and spilling over on the Cooks counter . Finally we ran out. thank G_D We went to the one in Dainia. Where things are back to GREAT AGAIN. Anette and Angela are the best (Dania Location)

I knew I shouldve never came to this place. It never seems to disappoint. I mean, all I wanted was a breakfast sampler (normal menu meal), please substitute the pancakes for wheat toast....simple, i thought! Everyones (only two of us) food comes out and she mentioned the pancakes would be right out....i reminded her, that i substituted them for toast.....no worries, says the server. DAMN!!! 15 minutes later...after ALL my food is cold, i get my toast. At this point I have lost my appetite and Im extremely dissapointed in myself for even thinking that I could get a decent meal with decent server as such a dump. Ugh....NEVER AGAIN! What a waste.

Third bad experience in a row. We were willing to give them one last chance, but were disappointed once again. Last time they were "out of" pretty much all breakfast items except for pancakes and oatmeal, this time we were waiting to put our name on the wait list for quite a while before anybody was even willing to talk to us. Finally a server asked if we had put our name on the wait list yet, and when we said no, replied with alright, and then walked away to check on her tables without helping us out or getting someone to do so. Everybody else proceeded to ignore us as well. Worst IHOP Ive been to anywhere in this country.

I normally go to another Ihop but had to go to this one because my location was closed due to remodeling. The all you can eat pancakes came with my meal, but the pancake was not cooked all the way through. I sent it back and had to wait 20 minutes for them. I would expect this if it was peak hours and the restaurant was packed, but it wasnt! My husband omelet came with uncooked mushrooms on top because they forgot to add it after we had to wait for them to correct it to begin with. The waitress was kind and tried to correct the situation but this has left a bad taste in my mouth and we will not come to this location again!

With a name like ihop, I was expecting Kangaroos or at the least waitresses on pogo sticks. Utter disappointment, I got neither. What I did get was the exact same breakfast I got 25 years ago with my grandfather when out on the town for breakfast one day when I was very young. Nothing fancy, rooting, nor fruiting and the only thing tooting was an elderly (perhaps a more politically correct wizened citizen currently enjoying 80 years of life experience) gentleman in the corner. This is not a bad thing mind you, coffee was hot, and expectations were met. But really, an option for 4 stars for ihop?

I ordered take out & I must say it was a disappointment. When I went to pick it up the lady was so rude like she had way more important things to do. After I got to my hotel I realized I was missing part of my order, there was no syrup for the pancakes, & no silverware. My man was really really looking forward to those chocolate pancakes so the look of disappointment & sadness in his face forced me to write this review. DONT GO HERE IF U WANT SYRUP WITH UR PANCAKES !!!!

Restrooms had feces on toilet. The other did not flush it was clogged. Told the manager Harold his reaction was "yeah." he did nothing but look at me after he looked inside. He seemed to have his friends and or family members at the restaurant that seemed to be a greater priority. I told the other manager upon leaving and he said "I cannot do anything right now Im in the kitchen". No apologies.I would like to note that at this time only 2 parties were in the restaurant.

No one acknowledged or greeted us while we were standing waiting to be seated, after about 5 min had to actually walk up to an employee to enquire who was doing the seating, took an aditional 10 min to be seated, and another 20 to order, my omelette came up missing the main ingredient, place was not clean, an abundance of staff but total lack of service, long story short, the IHOP on Hallandale is FAR SUPERIOR in ALL aspects.

Open 24 hours right around the corner from the Hollywood Gateway Inn good breakfast just a little expensive IHOPs always been higher than Dennys and anywhere else if youre going to go to the beach I would recommend going straight to the beach they have $3.50 breakfast deals if youre going downtown they have $3.50 breakfast deals you can get breakfast for two and three people cheaper and you can get breakfast for one at IHOP
