Our waitress was Nakitia. My husband, son & I came to eat today at noon. We will not be returning and Ill tell you why. When asked what we wanted to drink, she asked us right away if we were ready to order as if we were being rushed. I told her we needed time and when we were ready, we sat there for 12mins waiting on her to finish her conversation w another co worker. When she finally came to get our order, I asked a question about the Texas toast, if the BLT comes automatically w it (being I saw it said in the menu generally .50 extra for it) and she answered it word for word "uhh yea Texas toast, its called Texas BLT" ok. So, I had coffee and was trying to get sugar in my coffee but it was hard as a rock stuck to the inside of the container, as if they might have filled it w sugar while still wet. So I got up to exchange it out for a different one, bc she was not near. When I did, that sugar was sticking to the glass also so I turned the lid to unscrew it off so I could get sugar out. Well it was so tight my hubby got the lid off and some of sugar fell on the table so instead of asking her to clean it off, since we did it, I just swiped it off putting it in the floor (very small amount of sugar). Not trying to be rude at all by doing that but literally right when I did that I had heard behind me someone smacking their lips. It was our server Nakitia..this definitly did it for me. She grabbed a broom and dust pan right away not knowing I heard her attitude, and dont even say a thing to us, and just sweeps at our table. She even swept under our table WITH US SITTING THERE! Knowing its pretty rude for any server to sweep next to a table w out being considerate, but she actually hit my feet not only once but twice!AND I HAVE SANDLES ON! Didnt say excuse me, or Im sorry I hit your foot with this dirty broom, or hey do u mind if I sweep this up near/under your table...NOTHING. WOW! Also, while she was giving us our food, she was carrying on a conversation with a co worker about how tired she is from working! Im all about working for what you have and need to do for your family. But guests dont need to hear about it out in the open while giving them their order. So, she rushed us, very rude, not considerate of guests at all, and likes to complain ABOUT WORK, AT WORK, & TO GUESTS that pay you tips! This lady does NOT need to be working w the public! And my husband still gave her $7 on $29 bill..the worst experience EVER!! WONT be returning to that Waffle House!!

Horrible places, and it just opened. We had a party of 6. Struggled to find seating to fit all of us. We left less than 5 minutes of arriving. As soon as we sat down, noticed lettuce and possibly mayo under the menu on the table, along with other food scattered down the bar. Without it being cleaned up the waitress THROWS down silverware, which is bouncing back up, watching my husband straighten them. Waitress continued to put down napkins that look liked they had been already used. We had seen enough. As we went to leave, she actually asked what she had done wrong. Will never go back. Clearly they do not care about cleanliness or their customers.

I walked in, wasnt greeted, and the counter area was covered in syrup and straw wrappers. I sat and waited for someone to take my order. I waited some more and watched the at least 6 employees talk to each other and other customers. Finally after 15 minutes and no one even took a drink order I left. The visit was at 3:50 AM on July 29. They were not busy, better than 50% of the seats were vacant. It was just poor service. I would recommend going to a different Waffle House if you value your time.

Did not enjoy my experience at all. And thats a shame because its a new location and you would think waffle house would staff the place with welcoming staff. Our waitress was so rude, I guess we were her last table before leaving. She told us to hurry up and eat because she wanted to leave and the whole time we were there she seated next to us waiting for us to finish eating. Super uncomfortable. Never going there again even tho the food was good. The service was terrible abs uncomfortable.

There were 3 of us at the table on a Saturday night around 3 am. No ones order at the table was correct. I sent my eggs back till be cooked correctly while I ate the hash browns, my eggs were fixed wrong again. I ended up taking my egg sandwich to go since everyone else at the table had finished eating and was ready to go by the time my food arrived. The guys at the table beside us left since the service was so slow. Did I mention the service was slow?

Dont see this location lasting long because the first time someone gets sick Ill know why I have watched cooks touching thing and not changing there gloves like they are suppost to so when u get food poison you will know why

The food was good, but the poor service I received made the meal terrible. Our server didnt even ask us what we wanted to drink, instead just stared at us until we realized she was standing there waiting on us.
