While First Watch is proof that a chain restaurant can use local ingredients, its also proof that just because a restaurant uses local ingredients doesnt mean its good. The waitress was curt and unfamiliar with basic knowledge. ("I dont know Sprite didnt have caffeine.") We watched the busboy shuffle clean and dirty dishes on the tray, and we just hoped he set down the right ones for the next guests before he lifted up the tray and walked off without wiping where it had been. The food was no better than "perfectly fine," but certainly not worth the cost or the wait. They were so intent on getting us out and turning the table that my wife was less than half done with her meal when the waitress set down our check and started asking if she wanted a box. I highly doubt we will be back, despite the fact that its only a couple of miles from where we live.

I had the breakfast tacos.it took about 40 minutes until we got our food. Then the eggs had those orange edges like they sat under a heat lamp for a very long time. Also it was just lukewarm :( We ran out of coffee and had to ask for more cream twice. We went on a sunday morning and did get a table within two minutes. On our way out the wait was 45 minutes. The food was just OK. Between myself and hubbys breakfasts, coffee and 1 juice drink, the bill was 34.00 amd some change.the only saving grace was the waiter Ed, gave us a break on the bill because of our long wait. The other thing is the place is super loud, constant talking, everyone in the place can be heard, so the atmosphere is also not much fun. Oh and did I mention you sit so close to other people and no booths, very cafeteria-like. I am not in any hurry to go back.

Pancake was very flat and thin, not soft or fluffy at all. Scrambled eggs were crusty and a little cold. They were sent back, and the new eggs were undercooked, soggy, and disgusting. It looked more like a chopped up over-easy egg than scrambled. Both times, they were full of white spots, like they werent even scrambled. The over-medium egg was too runny and was more like over-easy. There were ingredients missing from the omelet that were supposed to be included. Service was good, but food was not.

Friendly staff in a nice location, and they had great coffee. The fresh juices also looked great, although I didnt have one (maybe next time!). My eggs florentine was okay; it could have used a little more hollandaise, but Id like to give a few other dishes a try, as the menu was filled with good choices. (Also, there are plenty of vegetarian options, for those of you looking for them.)

We decided to stop by for breakfast. Multiple tables around us (who were seated after us) were waited on, served drinks, and ordered their food while a server never approached our table. It would be understandable if the place was busy, but it wasnt. After waiting a while we got up and left without eating or even getting a glass of water. Thank goodness IHOP was across the street.

The service is lousy here unless you are a church going regular dont go here if you like to try new places. The seating and seating process both suck and the food is expensive for what it is and the quality was eh. Just ok. Panera is way better and a better value. Customer service is fake and feels like it is not genuine.

It was a busy Sunday morning, we only waited for 10mins until the table was ready. The waitress was very attentive and food came in after 10mins. I ordered Chickichanga, it was delicious and I can tell that it was made out of fresh ingredients. Great food, great atmosphere. Definitely recommended!

First watch is by far my favorite breakfast place of all time. I visit at least once per week. Usually order an omelette or the avacado toast. The kale tonic is amazing. The blueberry pancakes are the best I have ever had. Highly recommend trying this place out!

Clean, delicious food. Its not super greasy or soggy like other breakfast places. We ate early on a weekday, and there was no waiting. Its on the more expensive side for breakfast food, but thats why the quality is better. Their pancakes are massive. Id recommend it!

Great location, Beautiful decor, OK coffee, reasonables prices, bland food... if you want a healthy breakfast you can certainly find it here but dont expect your taste buds to be too excited... Its not that the food is particularly bad just extremely underwhelming

Good, solid traditional American breakfast with contemporary takes. Its usually pretty busy, so be ready to wait. I took a star off for vegetarian and gluten free options being basically non-existent, as it makes coming as a group more difficult.

Incredible brunch. You honestly cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Staff are attentive. Decent atmosphere. Make sure to reserve a time slot ahead of time using the No Wait app if youre going on the weekend as the queue can get quite long.

Delicious! Yes, it is a little more expensive than your basic breakfast spot, but you are getting much more also. They have options that you wont find anywhere else, and they are all good! Plus it is much healthier than most places.

Good food.and nice people. Being able.to use the no wait app is a bonus here since waits can get long on busy days. The kitchen does get a little bogged down on busy days.

This is one of the better managed restaurants. They have many healthy options, sone innovative dishes (quinoa for breakfast?! ) and have redone the classics of diner food.

The food is always great, with plenty of healthy options. But the prices are a bit high. I would rather go somewhere like Kelly Os and pay half as much.

Prompt service with a great smile. The ambiance is modern rustic and is very clean. A bit up scale, but done well.

Food is awesome, atmosphere is a little noisy with the open setup. The no-wait app makes it easier to get a seat.

Very rude staff and long wait times. Would recommend Panera in the same shopping complex for breakfast or lunch.
