I like to start of by saying i have been a patron of burger king all my life. Myself being a manager in the service industry, i know that the customers satisfaction should (reasonably) take priority. I am shocked that your business would condone your management staff at 2319 N Federal Hwy, Hollywood, FL 33020 to blatantly disregard a patrons issue. On 5/18 they decided to close early, im guessing because of lack of sales, and didnt inform me as a patron that they were closed as i sat at their drive through window trying to get someones attention at 1020pm. I know it says they are supposed to be open till 11 so i was curious to why i wasnt allowed to be services. When i finally got attention from one of the hourly, he told me that they were close. I requested to speak to the manager on duty, but was dinnied that privilage because " He is too busy." I politely said ill wait to speak with him. The hourly employees present laughed in mu face as if i said something humours and blatantly told me he doesnt have time to see me. I then requested several times for the manager on dutys name, and i was told the name Drew from the hourly that was histarically laughing in my face. Ive been in the hospitality industry for a long time. I hope that disciplinary action will be taken on this matter. No-one that dines with your company should have to deal with the humiliation of being down right bullied and mistreated by your ambassadors.

Burger King breakfast sucks anyways!! I thought Id give it another shot. I went through the drive-thru it was still early in the morning I bought a breakfast burrito it was microwaved. And it was double-wrapped I guess the cover the grease from the initial wrapper. a big chunk of my burrito stuck to the wrapper and half of it was hard the first bite I took I threw it out on my window I figured maybe the wildlife would enjoy it. Then I bought the three piece French toast sticks those werent that bad but the guy didnt give me any syrup for them. And its not just that Burger King theres also another one on 4th Ave in Fort Lauderdale same type of garbage. They should only be open for lunch and dinner because the Whoppers arent that bad. I will never eat Burger Kings breakfast again. I should have went to the McDonalds down the street. I am not a picky person but like I said this was straight trash!!!

This place is not what you call an happy environment. The people that work there dont seem to be happy with there jobs and i seen the store manager which was pregnant at the time smoking a cigarette with a co worker and they both didnt was there hands despite the fact of them was pregnant and smoking. Customer service sucks the food sucks the lobby is always dirty and no one seems to speak English Ive only seen Hispanic workers. On here it says they close at 12:00am but they really close at 10:00pm every night not even on the weekend

Of i could give them a zero I woe they are always outta something one morning fore almost a week they had no ham them they had no syrup for there French roast stick a if they are a cooperate owned storethey need to do something about it if they are franchise them the owner needs new management also there drive The I window is constantly broken and they take forever on anything you order the store is co stantly dirty not to mention the bathrooms

Everytime I come to this location I literally wait in line for my food for 15 minutes... When I pull up to the window Im still not even awknowledged or get an apology as to why I was waiting so long. This happens to often for it to be a bad day. As the window is open and the employees are just walking around with no sense of urgency when theres a long line its ridiculous. How is this even considered a "fast food" restaurant????

I am not very happy with the service or food at this location. I purchase 2 Chicken sandwich meal and a burger patty for my little one. The fries were cold and hard, the patty was not well cook and the chicken sandwiches did not taste fresh. I also notice the the counters were not clean or were the orders are place. I always enjoy Burger King Menu . But this restaurant need new management!!!!!! Not Happy.

When I first moved to Florida in 1991, this was the first BK I ate at, ever. It still looks the same inside and out, and that is not a good thing. Its like one has stepped into the 80s with pastel colors and plastic furniture from that time. Time to upgrade, BK!!! This isnt our way!

I come there quite often just because of the service I receive from this Burger King. They take "have-it-your-way" to a whole nuva level. Considering the types of people they constantly have to deal with, they maintain professional, courteous, and focused. Thanks!

Literally waited in line for 20 minutes for one crispy chicken while listening to whole staff bicker and argue with each other over trying to configure orders. Therefore showing attitude towards myself and other guests, by far the worst BK experience.

If I could give this place negative Stars I would they were completely horrible I was the only person there and it still took over 10 minute for me to get my food and they still got it wrong I had to return my sandwich.

Place needs a remodel! obvious they moved the drink station for the right side to the left.. They left the old station area empty and dirty. Its the only BK in the area, and gives BK a very bad name!!

Being the only customer in the place, I had to wait 5 minutes to be handed the order after it was completed and was sitting on the shelf. Employees had an interesting conversation between themselves.

Came in here the other night. Service was horrible, they rang up wrong stuff, the soda machine was out of everything, no coffee, homeless people sleeping and peeing at the tables. Disgusting

Outside looks great, inside is still stuck in the 90s. Which is fine if you didnt have to wait 20mins for basic menu items. Cashiers are fine, but the cooks just seem not to care at all.

Thank goodness for new manager Austin . Much better with attitudes and quicker accurate service . The stuff is refilled , the place cleaner especially lobby . The bums less !!
