This BK needs to re-hire new employees that are a bit more educated! How can a manager decide to not add more iced tea because she believes it does not sell. She is not the owner of the franchise to make those decisions! The soda machine was nearly drained out of all the variety of beverages that it offers. The play facility is filthy! There are children that go there after school that are unattended by an adult. There are always flies around the food that is prepared. The staff is very rude and dumb! The staff is a true description of uneducated, and from the streets! They dont practice good hygiene when preparing the food and they wipe their tables with dirty water and a dirty cloth. AVOID THIS FRANCHISE!

I went to order some food on July 11th at night after work. I went to the drive through to order some food and I was charged the wrong price, I clearly seen the price. The Lady at the window is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND HAS A DIRTY MOUTH. SHE CALLED ME NAMES TO MY FACE, AND ROLLED HER EYES AT ME BECAUSE I TOLD HER SHE CHARGED ME THE WRONG PRICE. I was right about the whole thing. She did not even try to double check. THEY SHOULD FIRE THAT YOUNG LADY THAT WORKED THAT DAY. ITS CRAZY THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I SEEN HER AND THIS TIME WAS WORST. Is Burger King that needy that they had to hire someone so lazy, horrible, and continue to give people the cold shoulder. 6125 W Sunrise Blvd Plantation, FL 33313

First off this burger king is a joke! Worse one I have ever been to!! Went through the drive through and had a big order, which I slowed down a little because of the fact it was a big order. The Lady taking my order kept messing up on my order and cut me off like 5 times. Then just told me to drive to the second window only to get there and her tell me to drive up, and back up to stop their drive through time, which I did it without saying anything. As soon as I got back to the window she told me the amount of my order, I asked her would she repeat it just to make sure she had all of it correct. She then rolled her eyes and acted like she had something better to do! So I left. Will not return!!!!!

First and last visit to this dump ! Staff are childish cursing all though the speaker , I pulled up to the window and saw a young guy underwear , no one was wearing gloves , the manager seems like she cant control her staff .... had to keep calling for fresh fries .. after they tried to give me refried French fries. . Upon arrival one guy was put side smoking weed ... no hair nets , over all Visit was disgusting, horrible, WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED YET! .. WILL POST PICTURES OF STAFF LATER !

This is the worst bk ever!! The place is dirty the play area is gross and stinks. The service is awful I question where they get there staff they constantly get my order wrong and take forever the people at the register are sometimes getting food no glove no clean hand. It disgusts me I will never come to this Burger King again and I advise people not 2

Unfortunately, not a place I encourage anyone to visit. I have not been in side, but the drive thru takes waaaaay to long. The staff there is inefficient clueless....just slow. Often times they dont have essentials in stock....like ketchup. Just constructive criticism....need a customer service course taught and implemented and perhaps it will be better.

If I could give less than a 1 I would. My sandwich was burnt and the rest was cold, when I tried to return it the manager refused because it wasnt purchased on their shift....even though I had a receipt. 1 week and several phone call later they offered to replace my meal, but no refund and nothing for the inconvenience.....

I always order inside so i can watch the preparation of the food. As i was waitting for my food after paying for it. I saw a black lady with a wig scracthing her head. I almost vomite. I talked to the manager and she didnt do anything but returning my money. Discosting... It was last year 2011

Went through the Drive Thru... Girl took my order and it wasnt a long wait AFTER I placed my order. The girl was nice but not overly friendly. The food was cold or barely warm. First time at this location and I was disappointed with the experience.

I eat here when Im in a hurry because its near my job. This Berger King is the worst when it comes to customer service and no matter how many times they charge the managers, it just keeps getting worse. Word of advice, stay away if you can.

Their egg sandwich was horrible to me. The BK on Oakland and university is better. Dont know if they wear gloves or not cuz went thru drive thru. Was in a hurry. But this BK does not wear gloves! I wouldnt go back just because of that. :(

I will try not to stop by here for breakfast again. Just left there with cold sandwich looks like it had been stepped on. Unprofessional manager gave me the morning cold shoulder. If u dont like your job get an education then.

Pretty good Burger King with decent customer service. Food was fairly fresh and wait wasnt to bad. Big playground for kids, although not as well air conditioned as other locations and play area can get a bit stuffy.

Location is very convenient for those traveling to and from the turnpike and IGA Grocery shopping. Customer service is good. Easy access from Sunrise Blvd and Sunset Strip.

Plenty of great deals i.e 2 for $10 whopper specials. Sandwiches can be changed to the OCS (Original Chicken Sandwich) or the Big Fish and drinks can also be switched
