The waitress was ok, however a little inexperienced. The issue I had was the food, it was HORRIBLE. I cant believe how anyone can mess up chicken wings. My wings came out with feathers on it. I ordered a cajun chicken pasta to go, when I arrived at home there was no cajun in the chicken pasta. I will never visit this establishment again. If this place is suppose to represent all Red Lobsters Im sorry to say, but I would close them all down. This place has no pride in their food nor do they care about the customers returning. Whomever own this franchise should just cut their loses and close this place down. This is the worst food Ive ever had from any establishment. My bill was $113.00 I shouldve taken that money, and donated it to a child in need instead of throwing away at Red Lobsters. I left the waitress a tip and the child I was with ask me how could I leave a tip after this horrible experience. I realized the waitress is not the one making the food or drinks so I had to be fair. My salad was brown- Didnt get a refund nor did the manager adresse the issue My chicken wings had feathers all over them- The waitress swap them out My Cajun Chicken pasta had to cajun seasoning at all- There was nothing I can do about it cause I was home I ordered it to go My drink was just syrup and juice Im sorry this place is garbage and a terrible place to be carrying the name Red Lobster

Egy rendkívül jól kezdődő este ment tönkre néhány pillanat alatt... Feleségemet leptem meg egy Valentin napi vacsorával. A megrendeltelt italokat ételeket gyorsan hozták ki az asztalhoz. Az ételek ízlésesen voltak találva és a kissé sós íztől eltekintve finomak is voltak. A desszerttel sem hibáztak, de... Miután távoztunk a parkolóban vettük észre, hogy a napszemüvegem az asztalon (jól látható helyen!) maradt. Mire vissza értünk az étterembe (2 perc!!!) már nem volt meg a szemüveg! Erre a helyre biztos nem megyek többet és másnak sem ajánlom!

Went for my birthday on Feb 28th. Dropped my wallet at our table. Wake up on March 1st to have fraud alerts from my bank and amex card. (C.C. was used morning of march 1st) I called the restaurant later on in the day to see if they had found it. They told me that it was given to them and it was put in the safe "about 2 days ago". ( I had just dropped it the night before) So I go pick up the wallet later on that day (Mach 1) and i get greeted by Jason the manager saying that it had been given to him 1 or 2 days ago personally and he couldnt remember who gave it to him. I open the wallet and all the ccs were out of place jumbled up. Somebody there had to have used them. The manager was being to vague about the whole ordeal. I called the cops and was told that they might not even investigate because all the charges had been done online. So this is my only resort... to put the employees of this restaurant on the spot. Bunch of crooks! Needless to say the food was horrible. NEVER going to step foot in a red lobster.

The food is good and the piña coladas are exquisite. But, they havent a clue how to serve. This its all a management problem. They run out of food early on a Friday night. Bartender doesnt know how to make drinks. Wait staff are automatons. If its not on the order screen it doesnt exist, any McDonalds can take a better order. No anchovies for a Caesar salad. Send your rare steak out obviously microwaved to rubber! Bring your replacement steak out bleeding and plastered across your deluxe + 3.99 langostino hollandaise mashed potatoes, and do it 10 minutes after your guests finish their dinner. Order an Irish Coffee and it comes out cold. Ask the bartender to fix it because your waiter disappeared, and he says he doesnt know what to do and I should find my waiter. Waiter comes back, takes beck the coffee and disappears again for 10 minutes and returns with luke warm Irish Coffee. Sigh. But those piña coladas... are so good!

This was our first time in Red Lobster and a long time dream since childhood to go there. But since we are from Canada, were we are, they arent anymore chains around. So we decided to try this one. We wore a little worried about the service since the reviews on google wore not positive. We felt blessed to have our waitress that night. She was very polite, professional, calm and positive. Until her trainer came to tell us that she was on training, we wouldnt have guessed otherwise. Because of a high volume of customers, service was slow. But we wore always reassured by Karl and Tyiona and given water or bread at our convenience. I wish that the service we had will be reflected on other customers. My girlfriend felt compelled to give a personnel review to our hostess and to the director M. Brandon which was received with anticipation. We wish to repeat that experience with the same cordial service in the future.

EVERYTIME I GOT ITS ALWAYS KINDA BUSY, BUT THE FOOD IS AMAZINGGGGGGG. THIS WAS MY 1ST TIME EATING RED LOBSTER IN 2015 AND... I CAN SAY WE ARE IN THE 3 MONTH OF 2015 AND IVE BEEN HERE ATLEAST 5 TIMES. THE FOOD IS VERRRY AMAZING. I THINK I MIGHT GO THERE TONIGHT.. ONLY THING IS WHEN WE ORDER TO GO BY PHONE THE BARTENDER HAS HIS HAND OUT WAITING FOR A TIP... LIKE THE ONLY THING HE DID WAS BAG MY FOOD SO NOOO... AND THE MANAGERS ARE ALWAYS CLEANING AFTER PEOPLE AND MAKING SURE THE PLACE STAYS FRESH LOOKING. IM VERY IMPRESSED I WONT EVEN TRY TO GO TO ANOTHER RED LOBSTER IT MIGHT TURN MY EXPERIENCE BAD. BUT 5 STARS IS WORTH IT I ORDERED THE LINGUINI WITH CHICKEN WHEN I TELL U ITS SOOO MUCH FLAVOR BURSTING IN YOUR MOUTH OMG. AND THE ALCHOLIC DRINKS ARE NOT BAD, ITS PERFECT, NOT TOO MUCH LIQUOR JUST RIGHT

Arrived at 9:00 pm, sat down at 9:50 pm, because the guy forgot to write down my name. Got asked about our drinks at 10:15pm, and our order by then was also taken. We actually got the drinks, and bread at 10:23pm, salad at 10:36pm, and at 11:02 we FINALLY got our food, after waiting over an hour. There was only one server in our area. there werent that many people. The table was DIRTY, so was the silverware. we asked for new silverware, didnt get it, had to ask again. The Food was HORRIBLE. I got the seaside trio which had OLD broccoli, and shrimp. My best advice is to shut this disgusting place down. i usually dont leave reviews, but this place was so bad, I wanted to warn people. This was a nice Red Lobster a long time ago, but not anymore.

Terrible experience... Asked waitress to only bring biscuit for one of us...as I am gluten intolerant. This was ignored...only to see most go to waste. Asked waitress Deborah for a gluten free menu...and she said they didnt have one. It wasnt until I asked if she was certain...and only then did she say...."let me check". And of course they did.. Our meals were served...and no one checked back with us for 8-10 minutes...at this point we asked for a spare plate to put the lobster shells, shrimp tails, etc. this shouldve provided with our meals. After 15 minutes and requesting plates from two separate waiters...non showing any sense of urgency. Terrible! Oh, and no holders are provided with the corn on the Cobb... So a messy situation.
