Positives: great decor, no, amazing decor! Helpful staff. Nice place to take your date out, or maybe an higher end business company lunch, or maybe something like that. I ordered pilaf, which is what I came there for. I myself made Uzbek pilaf several times at home, so the pilaf I got at the restaurant was very close to what I could make at home. But, the meat was a little too chewy and tough for my tastes, as if it sat too long cooking. The rice was just about right. I was pleased with the pilaf, but it did not impress me, no. I had slightly higher expectations. I also ordered Kvas, which was homemade, and quite similar to the kvas I made at home myself. I expected something slightly more industrial strength in color and taste, but it was alright. In other words, for the things I ordered, I could make them at home, probably for less money with comparable quality. For the price, the food is about 4x as expensive as other restaurants. In comparison to Cheesecake Factory, or Bahama Breeze type restaurants, I got 2x the amount of food there, some which I had to take home, and I got it for 1/2x the price. At Chayhana, portions were small, so I didnt have any left-overs to take home and prices were 2x more. My dining partners ordered tilapia and another type of fish. The fish was great, and the salads they came with were pretty amazing. But, two pieces of tilapia and a salad were not enough to feed my dining companion, but neither of us wanted to order anything else. I didnt want to order, knowing how much my wallet will hurt. Sadly, I dont think I will be back. It just was not that worth it to me. I am fairly cost conscious and I have had better food elsewhere for less cost, in a more modest setting. I put 5 stars for decor and ambiance, 4 starts for staff, 3 starts for me not coming back. Rating it as 4 because I cant rate it higher considering I dont want to be coming back and the price hit was a little bit much for me. I think 3.5 star is a truer rating. Maybe if I feel extra great some day, I will come back and move it up to 4 starts, but it not really 4 for me and it has definitely not been 5. I may come back though if I win a lottery and have a taste for Borscht or other Russian/Uzbek food that I dont want to cook myself, but want it prepared true home style way. -- Updated it to 4 stars as it is really a nice place, and I got over the price shock, but everything else above pretty much stays true to me.

Невероятно приятно очутиться дома, когда тот на самом деле на другой стороне планеты... Был там 24го в обед. Зал был забит до отказа и мне повезло перехватить столик на улице. На вечер мест не было вообще... Ларису Москалёву послушать не получилось, жаль... Профессиональный персонал, сервис реально быстрый. Отдельно хочу сказать о качестве и вкусе еды: самая высокая оценка! А какие туда приходят посетители! Не прочь познакомиться и побеседовать... очень friendly and kind... Дизайн, посуда, мебель... одна входная дверь чего стоит! Сразу приносят горячую лепешку с подсоленым сливочным маслом. Заказали плов, шашлыки люля, ачучук, манты, ягодный компот и ароматнейший чёрный чай. Ну конечно же 150 грамм её родимой... вай вай вай... Владельцам респект!

Actually we even didnt have a chance to try food there. It looks like to have a seat you should be familiar with some of the worker ... In other case make sure that you have enough time for waiting... We were asked if we prefer to seat inside or outside. As we were with the baby and it was cool outside so we chose inside. Then we were told to wait 5 minutes as they have to clean a table. After that some women arrived and they took the table because waitress was familiar with them. And then we saw how workers were talking and looking at us like deciding what to do with us now. And i was about to leave as baby was getting bored on my hands... then the waiter told us that the table is almost ready for us ... outside as we asked for... Finally we left and spent a wonderful evening in the other place. Если вы завсегдатай или имеете там знакомых или же просто достаточно времени для ожидания, или соскучились по сервису и отношению времен ссср, то добро пожаловать. Иначе не советую. Не знаю, чем именно мы больше всего не угодили тамошним работникам... или потому что были с ребенком маленьким, или потому что мой муж не имеет никакого отношения к пост советскому пространству, или просто потому что пришли, но мы явно оказались лишними в этом празднике жизни. Но еда возможно и хорошая, не удалось оценить...

Our meal at Chayhana Oasis was really delicious! I had never had Uzbek food before and the menu did not disappoint. Our server, Madina, was very friendly and knew everything about the food. She made some excellent suggestions: we had dolma, garlic dumplings and Tashkent salad for appetizers and they were all sooooo good and there was plenty to share! The entree portions were also more than enough to share: lamb chops, shish kebabs and Uzbek noodles with meat and veggies. And do not leave without trying the honey cake for desert! We cant wait to return so we can try other items on the fabulous menu!

Это самый лучший русский ресторан который есть в Майами! Там очень вкусная баранина! Советую попробовать! Зал сделан по стилю Узбекистана так как это ресторан Узбекистана, вкусно готовят, цены хорошие, все чисто, хорошое освещение, можно поесть на улице и все чисто.

Еда вкусная , но обслуживание убивает всё, официантки неодзывчивае и не вежливые , чтоб сделать заказ надо их искать , чтоб убрали тарелки тоже и т п, и самое главное что есть чувство нежеланного гостя , я был там 3 раза , кажлый раз одного и тоже

Im a fan And I lovely dishes, worked for many years in the restaurant business to know how to make salads and delicious food! But when he was in this restaurant that I regretted zashol. Horrible opsluzhivanie afetsantov have no smile on his face, which is very important! The food served is very small, there are in Uzbekistan famous dish Soames. it is small and there is no taste. salads terrible vopschem not advise anyone not to eat at this restaurant! it does not deserve not one star!

Food was upper class... I judged this restaurant by veal process. Veal was tender, as usual it is, but very little after taste- A+. Veal soup consisting of meat with bone, vegetables and broth was refreshing in 86c weather. Original veal shiskab was delicious, smaller chunks cooked through and portion was good for dinner, and chiken skewers "shishkabob" order by partner was great soft and tender-hard to do with small chicken pieces... Great Chef... Will visit again from Chicago.

В целом все неплохо: кухня, интерьер, место. Если вы готовы окунуться в мир ненавязчивого сервиса, где официанты с каменными лицами даже не пытаются быть вежливыми, то вам понравится. Мне лично тошно от такого сервиса.

Hello everybody hungry people that want to eat great food. I was in this restaurant on september 30 . The best of its kind. JUST IGNORE BAD REVIEWS. IM NOT PART OF FAMILY OR EMPLOYEE . IM JUST REGULAR GUY WITH GOOD APPETITE . PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. I LIVED IN UZBEKISTAN FOR 9 YEAR. THE TIME THEY BROUGHT FOOD ON MY TABLE I FELT LIKE TIME MACHINE TOOK ME BACK IN 1999 THATS THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE. TRY IT. IM GIVING THEM 10 START. GREAT FOOD. GREAT SERVISE.
