The food is good but even with Americans working they still messed up our order. Got all the way home and didnt get the crab Rangoon my receipt showed I paid for. I called them to inform them and they accused us of lying they checked thier cameras and still not understanding that regardless ten min or a hour later when we sit down to eat that if the crab Rangoon wasnt packed in the bag its not going to magically appear even with Americans understanding there was a mistake they didnt do anything to correct it and didnt offer to deliver them, let us pick em up, refund the money or even apologize. Reality check just because u read off the ticket dosent mean u checked the bag. They treated me like I was lying or wanted a free item, talked to three different people and told them the same thing and they did nothing to resolve the issue other than pass the phone around and not believe they made a mistake. Horrible customer service and believe that their a super elite Chinese restaurant, they offer the same as all others except for the fact u might not get what u paid for. Always check your bag in front of them because they are crooks and their hiabachi chicken is closer to Mongolian beef than there Mongolian beef

Were new in town and saw they had good reviews so we tried it; plus it was close to our house. Called in my order, quick and simple; picked it up hot and fresh 10 minutes later. From someone that had a lot of Chinese Food in college, let me tell you, this was an awesome experience. Definitely get the combo dinner meals though; itll save you some dough to do it that way. They give the pork fried rice with the dinner combo and thats like $4 something individually. GET THE CRAB RANGOON! I had low hopes for these when I saw them because they arent the shape Im used to getting when I order them. These looked like paper footballs. But there were like 8-10 of them! Back home in Ohio wed get 5 taco bowl looking things. After eating I was more than impressed! Surpassed any Crab Rangoon Ive ever had. This place is awesome.

Liars and thieves!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars...their online menu vs what was charged... Egg roll 1.00 vs 1.39 Shrimp Egg roll 1.20 vs 1.49 Szechuan beef 8.25 vs 10.95 Seafood delight 11.50 vs 12.95 THEN THEY CHARGED A 50 cent over phone fee AND $2.00 DELIVERY!!!! When I called to confront their price discrepancy they said you should ask them for their prices and they always charge delivery regardless if it is 1.00 order or 100.00 order. I tried to explain to them when they charge your card without a disclosure of all fees it is THEFT!!!!!

Ate their before was Ok went back and ordered the same thing this time wasnt even edible. Took the food back & was disrespected by being told we had eaten the food meanwhile the container s were almost full as if he wanted me to beg for my money back. I told him to keep it and I will never be back ! My advice is to go to China house its in the same area tried it and had no complaints. Buyer be ware here ......! Horrible customer service & hit or miss on there products.

So many positive things to say about this place, but I wanna keep it short and simple. I been coming here since I was a kid with my mom and usually I never rate or post anything but coming to this place is nothing but great service and amazing food so why not take my time to show some love to the people that care . Been eating here every couple of weeks for the last 2 years. Used to be good. Now well never go back. Wife called in 4 items for take out. 3 were correct, 1 wasnt even close. Had to argue to get the wrong item removed from the bill. An offer to make the correct item would have been nice. We will not return. With the number of Chinese restaurants in the area, you would think they might try to fix an incorrect order for a regular patron and keep our business.

My last visit the cashier/guy was more interested in his cellphone than my order and today I pull out my menus to order something and I notice they have gone up in price on every item anywhere from 20 cents up except on pork egg roll. They arent that good, I can just go down the road and there is another Chinese restaurant that taste just as good and wont blow my budget.

First off...Iam not a chinese food lover in fact the only food I ever order is Beef Chop Suey and Fried Rice oh and eggrolls. That being said, this is the freshest tastiest Chinese food Ive ever had. I can only compare with the tastes of Chicagos China Town and yes, it was that good. Delivery was fast, ordering easy and prices tolerable.

Every time I come in here the food is amazing and the customer service is equally as good. My favorite is the shrimp and mixed vegetables with a shrimp egg roll. The house soup is really heathy, filling and great tasting! I highly recommend a stop in here for lunch or dinner! You WILL become a regular customer!

This place is terrible be careful they lie about order minimums . lady was so rude tried to rush me to order on the phone to reach the 20 dollar min. Just to find out the min Id 15 which I was at. Lady was so rude she recommended a different Chinese restuaruant people dont order at this trash bucket. Its terrible

I ordered 16 chicken wings and fries and 2 shrimp egg rolls and crab ragoon the food was luke warm and the chicken and fries taste like its was cooked in old fry oil. They usually make great food but I dont know what happened yesterday but my mother was so hungry so we just ate it.

I would definitely recommend eating hair their delivery is extremely fast... Always very polite and their food is by far the best I have had in the surrounding area! I recommend getting either the lunch or dinner combos very reasonably priced I definitely will be a repeat customer

Hands-down the best Chinese food Ive had since moving here from NJ. Delivery is usually super fast, the employees are all very nice and accommodating, and the portions are great. Ive tried everywhere else in the area, you cant do better than this spot.

Terrible. I ordered over the phone. It took an hour and a half to arrive. My order arrived cold and congealed. The broccoli & beef tasted burnt. Pork fried rice was oily and salty. Steamed dumplings were so cold they stuck together. Never again.
