This morning I pulled up to the drive thru that had al the lights on and the switching picture on the speaker so I assumed they were open as it was almost 8 AM and they opened at 6. The breakfast pictures were on the speaker but not the main menu. It was the lunch menu. I sat for 5 minutes and nobody ever greeted me. I pulled to the window that was completely open and nobody came. I sat for 10 minutes. Window open, no employees by me but I could hear them back. Whine the dryers. I decided to call just to clarify they was closed. I could hear the employees inside telling each other not to answer. I decided to go in but the door was locked and the 2 employees inside looked at me and then went to the back where I couldnt see. I called again and finally an employee answered after 3 more cars sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes or so. She told me they were closed due to broken fryers. I told her how I and other customers had sat there trying to figure out what was going on and that they should at least put a sign on the speaker or window if they couldnt be kind enough to inform waiting customers that they were closed and the lady told me it was against their policy to put signs up and hung up on me abruptly. Ive never experienced as rude as behavior and poor customer service at any other restaurant. Only this one. I am appalled

I work nearby this location so I frequent many of the fast food and fast casual restaurants on New Albany Rd. Burger King is probably one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but this location is absolutely awful. The wait time is consistently long, and I mean really, really long. I have stopped going there on my lunches, because it causes me to be late. A simple combo meal which would take 2-4 minutes @ the nearby McDonalds, Wendys or Tim Hortons, will routinely take 10 minutes or more at Burger King. If there is even one or two cars in line, you may as well not even bother. I work for a major employer nearby and this has been the experience of everyone else I have spoken to as well. This review wasnt based on one or two bad experiences, and I normally wouldnt waste my time writing a review, but over 20-30 trips over the span of a couple of years, I can hopefully save somebody else the hassle, or hope that the franchise owner sees these reviews.

Used to be one of the best burger joint in the county. Heck, even state. Then they got rid of satisfries. I tried contacting the corporate offices several times and have yet to hear a response regarding the satisfry return. For those of you that are uncultured disgraces to my community who contacted me on what satisfries were, Satisfries were these little dices of heavenly potato deep fried in magnificence. Every bite of them made me yearn for more, I was officially hooked. I will be the first to admit that I had a sever addiction that tore apart my life and the lives of loved ones. I no longer had time to speak with my family, I was so concerned on how to help myself to the next serving of satisfries. After mother cut my funding I did unspeakable things to feed my never ending hunger. After attending a 90 day program I was able to set my life straight. I went 143 days without a single satisfry.

Each time I have came here it was a bad experience. The first time I came I asked for a frappe and was told "we dont have that". I got up to the window and inquired about why this item shows on the menu and was told "we do not have it up right now" with no explanation as to why. I was there just today and not only was I rushed at the order taker rudely, I ask for 3 creams and sugars for my coffee. I open the lid and see no cream. I say "the coffee doesnt have any cream or sugar". However, she interrupted me and said "its in the bag"... not only that my breakfast sandwich was cold and the meat looked like it was sitting under a light for awhile before being served to me.

This is my second review of this place and Id I could Id give it 0 stars. The owner clearly doesnt care about this place. Whomever the manager is either isnt there or has no clue how to run a fast food joint. Employees look like a bunch of low lifes that dont care about anything except their minimum wage paycheck. I went this morning and there was some guy behind the counter in street clothes talking to an employee and it honestly sounded like they were doing a drug deal. This place has no standards for being in the suburbs of new Albany ohio. I can promise you, I will never ever go there again until the owner cleans house and brings in competent employees.

Not only did I have to wait on coffee to be made at 8 a.m. in the drive through, backing it up AND making me late. I get to my destination to find out that half my order was missing. Worse part is this is twice I have had this happen at this spot. The phone on Google does NOT work AND there is no number on the receipt for this store. I think I know why! They would be giving away free food for all their screw ups! No way to contact them and who has time to drive all the way back to have it corrected. I am sure its a profitable business for them ... charging people for food they never receive AND they cant call to complain or get comped!

Read the previous reviews and couldnt believe how bad people claimed this Burger King is. Upon going there, I found that it was all true. The service was horrible. The manager had a bad attitude not to mention his inability to punch in what was ordered correctly. Watched them throw out more food than what we ordered because they couldnt even make it right. Waited 20 minutes to get the food. The seating area looks like it hadnt been cleaned for at least a week. I would not recommend this particular Burger King to anyone.

One morning I sat in the drive thru for several minutes with no response. When I went to leave I saw all of the employees standing in the parking lot chatting with someone in a car. On another morning my husband was told he could not be served because the woman was alone because no one else showed up to work. Any time I decide to give them another chance I end up having to wait 10-20 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich. Something needs to be done about the staff at this location. Worst Burger King I have ever been to.

Think the guy before has a little more to worry about [education]. However- Wasnt the worst experience Ive ever had. But come on its BK. I will say, however, that the three times ive been there ive ordered the same thing- and each time ive gotten my order incorrect. Since the burgers are small i order a triple stack. Ive never gotten three patties on my burger. Never. Still tasted good, and my Fries were made fresh and were great... just dont think the people on grill line pay close attention.
