The worst place to order anything! Inside or the drive thru. Have nothing the commercial says they have. Went for crunchwrap, and nope nothing. Asked for extra sauce nope cannot give it. So, what do I get from my trip? A hassle as white as I may be the "lady "at the drive thru treated me with nothing but disrespect. when I called to question my order treated me like $h!t when I came home to fill out survey. Nothebut ads, no thanks so I come to the Google Gods. I called the store, I asked to speak with the manager she said "I ams the manager " idk her name she did not say. However I was as good as good be, spoke to be as if I was just something bothering her. Please go to another taco bell however far it may be. Well worth your drive to go elsewhere!

Typical of any fast food, if you keep your expectations low you wont be disappointed. You would think if you ordered something that comes with chicken it would have enough chicken to taste but maybe it was over powered by the jar of sour cream and head of lettuce they drown it in. If I wanted a lettuce taco Id ask for it. Maybe I need to set the bar lower and just be happy it wasnt just the shell. Also check your order, they know when your guard is down and will always short you nachos or a cinnamon twist.

Was in this loco taco bell at jul 5 at 7:37pm, with my child. So this worker throwing a little fit. Also uaing couple bad word, ordered 22 dols worth of food watch this women throw all my tocoa called her out on it she stormed in back and started fighting in back. This is unexpected as a on going costumer for 15 years to this one taco bell

This is way better than Taco Bells closer to my home. The staff were very friendly and served with a smile. Im also highly impressed with the way the items were organized in the bag along with how they even provided a small bag for napkins, a mint, moist towelettes, the receipt, and sauce. The first location Ive seen to be this well kept.

They have improved. This used to be the slowest Taco Bell for the longest time. Theyve definitely been working on bringing up their Google Review. Im thankful for Google/Maps / Reviews in that businesses cant continue to slack in their service to their customers that have been given a voice.

I wouldnt go here for while I had it Monday night and got food poisoning, but giving them the benefit of the doubt I went last nightlight my gf and We both got food poisoning then I called them and management was in complete denial about it Yeah never going back

Who ever is the manager or owner should be ashamed. Today the inside was closed, yet I only saw 2 workers, one taking orders and one making them. The guy taking orders was a rockstar, saw him go back and help out. Guys did a great job with crappy leaders.

The worst manager I have ever delt with. It seems like the manager is a total racist they dont give you what you paid for and I found a hair in my food when I called she told me I am the manager and that I could not do anything about false advertising.

The drive through is annoyingly small and theres an awkwardly recessed pick-up window that the employees have asked customers to pull up closer to... Which is impossible. But theres almost never a bad line and Ive never had a problem with an order.

Walked in, very clean and the music was at the right volume!! Dylan S. Greeted us with a bright smile!! He took our order very efficiently and accurately! Food came up fast. It was actually a nice dining in experience for "fast food".

Do not plan to go through the drive through at night! You will be waiting 25 minutes at the drive through, so just go inside! Literally when I went, the parking lot is empty but driver through has a 10 car backup.

Food was good. Order was right. But a twelve minute wait from the cashier to the dining table is not fast food. Its like waiting at Disneyland for a ride except that at the end, its just a mediocre taco.

The customer service at this Taco Bell is by far the best Ive ever experienced at any Taco Bell! My sons food is always ordered with substitutions and sans several things. Theyve never gotten it wrong.

The staff is very friendly and my order is always accurate. The only downside is the dining room is usually gross. I dont eat-in there. However, Im always happy with my drive-thru experience.

As far as Toco Bells go, this place is one of the best in the area. High traffic store so everything seems to be "fresh" by fast food standards.

This drive-thru is used by me many times, I get two Chlupas, go home with a cup of coffee and watch Judge Judy at 4 oclock in the afternoon!
