I have ordered from this place for years even continued to order after I moved to new address........they are money hungry i ordered three items and they would not deliver as they have done in the past....bad customer service and money hungry chinese......I think that the way you treat your customers that have supported you in the past is the best option and the way they treated my family.......i will NEVER order from them EVER again.......and I dont make small orders my prders are ALWAYS $40.00 or4 more but the owner insisted that I add""""one more item", one more Item" , bad bad bad customer service......you lost a very good and decent customer for life.......

Lady taking the order was extremely rude. I would say something then she wouldnt answer and later she would treat me like if I was an idiot for asking if she was still on the phone. I hesitated once about my option of meat and she told me to go look at the menu and call back when Im ready. This is horrible service, I told her she was being rude and she said "are you going to order yes or no" I asked to speak with her manager and he didnt even apologized. Just said Ill the order. The place has good food but I would never order from them again.

Got 2 meals, shrimp lo mein and Mongolian beef, ended up feeding it all to my dog. Ordered shrimp lo mein about a year ago from here and my shrimp was raw, gray and slimy still. This time the shrimp was cooked but still tasted gross/old/fishy. The Mongolian beef didnt resemble or taste like beef, Im guessing its low quality beef substitute or something. I never complain or leave bad reviews ever just FYI.

We spent over $40 on our meal for our office and they didnt deliver one of the orders. Called back and they acknowledged that they forgot the item (which we paid for) but refused to deliver it. They expected us to come pick it up! I dont know what kind of business they think theyre running, but I do know its one that one be taking orders from our office anymore.

They have a good variety, and a lot of choices that other chinese delivery places, do not have. AND I dont normally order fried food...but the Shrimp Toast (no clue what it is), is phenomenal...just saying...

This place was not what I hoped for. I should have listened to the reviews. Egg Foo young was terrible. Its supposed to be mainly egg.... just sad. I wont order from there again. Live and learn.

I love the food at China One. Im from up north and the food at China One taste as good as the food I am accustomed to as far as flavor goes. Go try them out for yourself, you wont regret it.
