They used to be good..great Cuban style pizza..not anymore..dont know whats happened..pizza now looks and tastes like a frozen, store bought Stoufers pizza with thick bread..and cheese plopped on top..they are hiring to many recently arrived Cubans..its cheap labor but they grew up in communist Cuba ..zero sense of customer service or how to do business in a free society..the traditional Cuban places still carry the idiosyncrasies of old Cuba ,with its Spanish and European manners,work ethic and customs..sadly,todays Cubans are tainted as they grew up in a system where survival of the fittest is the norm..sad to say but true..hopefully management gets new employees or retrains current ones..they may still get rafters and newly arrived low income clientele..since this is what they are used to,but they certainly wont get Cuban American professionals who are used to old Cuban traditions,the ones their parents and grandparents brought from a pre Castro democratic Cuba ..the quality of the food and the service is just not up to par..just my two cents and my honest observation..

I bought 2 pizzas from here without reading the reviews... bad idea. How is a pizza place only going to offer a personal size or family size? What happened to small and medium? The pizza had too much bread and needed to be cooked a few more minutes in the oven. One of my pizzas was a "Mixta" aka combo. I wanted a meatlovers but this is what they had. Pepperoni, ham and sausage... once I got home I found there to be no sausage. When I called the location, the lady on the phone said the sausage was there but in pieces. So, now I have to get my microscope out to look for the sausage? The service was below par and the food was not as appetizing as I wouldve hoped for. But what do you expect from a 24 hr pizza location? Too bad Costco doesnt offer 24hr pizza.

One of the worst places I have visited in a long time. I was there on the 20th of July at approximately midnight. When I got to the parking lot I saw one of the waitresses smoking and talking next to a car and two others dancing next to the door of the place. I still decided to take the risk and enter. The place was empty and there was only one table occupied by two people complaining that their pizzas had not just arrived. I was waiting for fifteen minutes sitting at the table and at not time did any of the waitresses approach to take my order. I got up and left. When I went out they were all inside the kitchen laughing and talking. I do not go back to that place.

Fui a está Pizzería y las trabajadoras son muy contentas y amables especial mente Darnay me encanto si atención. Pero lo único que no me gusto fue el manager es un grosero la verdad no sé quién es capaz de darle un puesto así a alguien tan grocero de verdad lo que hace es amargar a los trabajadores y a los clientes.

THIS PLACE SUCKS !!!! They apparently dont know how to size their proportions correctly. Apparently, they feel as if an order of SHAKES should be the size of a TESTER ! And the staff is ridiculous and makes you wait extremely LONG for no reason because the restaurant was EMPTY! But i am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED at the size of their shakes because theyre honestly a rip off ! not to mention rude staff, especially the dark skinned lady, and by the way, the Tres leches SUCKS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! GO ELSEWHERE ! YOU GUYS HAVE LOST A BUNCH OF CLIENTS!

Ordene 2 pizza me dijeron q en 20 mts me extrano tanto tiempo un dia entre semana y a las 11 pm y cuando llego un solo cliente la pizza sin hacer y la muchacha fumando afuera y conversando con su csra muy fresca me dijo q esperara 10 mts ,esto nada mas se ve aqui

This thing does let me put no start ... it doesnt deserve not even one ... place my order for pick up they told me 10 - 15 min i get there 30 min later and my order wasnt ready it took me an hour to get my staff and then i notice they are charging me for the picking up food boxes 25¢ ... total of 4 spaghettis with one pizza 39$ i could buy spaghetti and done it my self ... never again im buying pizza there!!!!

This has got to be the worst pizza we have ever had. Party of 3 and we all said the same. The pizza tasted like cardboard and it wasnt even warm. We threw it away. We ordered takeout we ate it in the car what a waist of time and money. The place doesnt even have seats for you to sit on while you wait. It was dirty. Go somewhere else

C+ | Good quality pizza, but attributes to the personal pan style of the retro days. I believe the serving size via the price cant compete with the bigger names like Papa Johns in terms of price or quality. If it is 3am and you desire pizza however this is the ideal place.

We truly love this place. We were attended by a super nice and professional waitress girl called Darnays. Totally recommended. We went there around 2 am and it was awesome. Thank you for that great service!

Horrid! Loud atmosphere and filthy floors. The crema de queso tastes like toilet water. Pizza is a slab of cardboard with some tomato sauce and cheese. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
