I have been here twice and both time something bad happened. The first time we were waiting for our order for about 30 minutes, when we asked them why was it taking so long they could not find our order and until we showed them that we already payed they didnt put the pizza in the oven, so we had to wait even more just because they forgot to put in our order. The second time we ordered a 14" pizza and they not only took forever to call our order they also gave us the wrong one, they gave us a 10" instead of the 14" and claimed that we payed for the 10", thank god i kept my receipt and after showing them the proof of me paying the 14" they didnt even apologized and then placed our original 14" pizza order in the oven, after waiting for an additional 30 minutes we got our pizza and left. Needless to say the pizza is not that great either, and certainly not worth the bad experience we had and the bad attitude they gave us.

Food takes forever. Lady taking my order did not understand me when I said "1 garlic roll" when it specifically says it on their menu. Person how served my food accidentally gave me 2 slices of pizza, when I ordered 1 slice. She literally came running out from behind the counter and snatched it off my tray. Ridiculous -_- I only gave this place 2 stars because the pizza was actually good.

Unfortunately it was bad. First no chicken to make chicken parm, then no ravioli, they should if started with "we only have pizza and spaghetti". Then credit card machine not working and to end it the soda machine was also down. How can a business survive like this . The pizza was very oily and it took 25 minutes to get food. Sorry but I wont go their again

Horrible service. They charged me 20$ for a pizza that was apparently 5.50$ (X large 16") plus two toppings i got.. they are a scam and when i confronted them they said they didnt have the size i wanted so charged me for the largest they had WITHOUT ASKING ME!!! Crooks and super greasy pizza.

Best pizzas I ever tried in Miami, it have a mix of flavours that will blow away your paladar. I have travel to several countries and many of the US cities and I know this buaaines can defeat in every other company in price, quality and taste. 7 stars

This place takes forever dont go here if you are expecting a quick pizza and catching a movie afterwards, expect a 45 minute wait like we had with literally only two other people in the store.

By far my favorite pizza in Miami and a really ship one too. I love the place. Orders usually take around 30 min to be ready but I think that is an acceptable waiting time.
