Rude rude rude! Been here before and used a coupon, wanted to replace cole-slaw with mac n cheese. They told me (RUDELY) "Youre going to have to pay us $1 more"... okay thats fine, I dont eat cole slaw. Rang up at $6 more than it should have been and the woman was like "well you altered the coupon" umm yeah for the $1 you told me. They had to get the manager to come show her how to put it in the computer... OK next visit... asked at the drive through if we could replace cole slaw with mac n cheese please... "NO" -pause-... "we paid extra last time to substitute it" ... "well no, we dont do that here." ... "this is where we came last time" ... "I can add it as another side but no we will not replace it" ... Fine, waste your food you rude people! Theres a way and a talk to handle people and these black women that work at this KFC need to take a customer service class and ENGLISH class before being hired.

My husband and I went through the drive thru here for dinner shortly before closing on Halloween. We ordered 2 meals and made the mistake of not checking our food as we usually do before driving home. On arriving at home, we found that the chicken was missing in one of the meals. By this time, the location had been closed for 3 minutes, but I called them to see if we could get the situation fixed. The woman on the other end of the line gave me the option of coming back that night or the next morning where she would "make this right". We returned that night. Not only did she ensure we got what was missing from the meal, she (and the staff) remade the entire order. Was it frustrating that we had to go back? Yes. Thats why I didnt give them the full 5 stars. Was the situation handled well? Undoubtedly. Weve never had issues at this location before and the way they handled this ensures we will go back.

The atmosphere of this KFC is the worst, yet Ive been there several times which is unfortunate. Absolutely no music, and the employees get very loud, especially when their friends. Today one of the female employees was having a very loud conversation with a male friend talking about "Shes the one with the big ass." Foul language is normal here. Restaurant is Always dirty and food is average. Wish they would burn this joint down, fire the employees, and build a new KFC in its place.

The Management Team is REAL! You can tell when the Two "Ol Skool" Managers are in the building..Ms. Helen and Ms. Sandra gets the job done! When in need of hot & fresh CHICKEN, I ride to Haines Citys KFC, its always hot, fresh & ready to enjoy. I appreciate these ladies showing customers how its done in the KFC kitchen.

Felt sorry for the staff as they seemed to be undermanned - food took around 20-30 minutes to come due to this. Nothing against the team members though, as they were managing the best they could.

The manager was extremely friendly fixing our order. We did seem to think the gravy was watered down. That is a first for us. Hopefully it was just a mishap. I have returned & all was good.

Slowest place ever. I waited well over 15 minutes for my food at the pickup window. It wouldve been faster to go to Beefs next door! Seriously terrible. And then my chicken was cold.

Very slow service and I ordered 3 coleslaw and I paid for it but they give me 2, very small chicken wings but shown very big in the picture. This KFC is very nasty and dirty tables.
