I can be very laid back but 9 things annoyed me...went thru drive thru(1) I repeated my order 4 times she was okay got it pull ahead (2) I was all what about a total, she was "just pull forward" well excuse me! (3) I pull forward I get asked what is your order, they dont have it only one car ahead and they are sent to parking (4) she leaves comes back you got your drink right...NO leaves comes back what did you order? (5)after 5mins she comes back asks what we got then finally collects money (6) she sends me forward to wait across from other waiting car. (7) a girl comes out with bag to other car they took time to look over order as they are walking back she comes out they had our order.they switch bags with the other people, (8) I ordered dark meat extra crispy meal... I got white meat original, (9) I ordered extra biscuits and butter 4 times I repeated it....no butter. Its been close to a month I have not returned no desire to with so many chicken places you think they would care more.

KFC serves a 7 piece all dark meat box of grilled chicken for under $8.00, my sisters favorite. I love their Mexican pizza made with beans instead of meat. The food is always good and the dining room is usually clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. However, one problem that is always present is the water on the floor in the hallway between the counter and the back room. This is a dangerous situation that is never addressed. I have been in there when the water has spread to nearly front. I asked an employee, who happened to be a woman much to my senior, if she was concerned about the hazard of walking through that water. She said all employees are told to wear slip-proof shoes! She also said they cant fix the problem. What a waste of water and dangerous place to work. I asked if they passed inspection and she said it always does. That was a stunning revelation. Somebody should fix this before a serious accident happens.

I saw they had a long drive thru line so I came in to eat. The cashier seemed to take orders slow, but he seemed overwhelmed, so I dont blame him. After ordering, I had to wait about 25 minutes before getting my meal. I checked it, saw something missing, and asked if I could get the missing item, and had to wait a few minutes longer for that. The women preparing food seemed much more focused on serving the drive thru than moving people along inside. My biscuit felt hard and overcooked. Though I blame myself for coming during what was probably a busy hour, it felt like it took much too long for anyone to get their orders, and the staff (other than the cashier) didnt feel friendly.

Not sure if the employees are supremely retarded or just do not care about being a professional. How dull can you be to mess up the majority of drive thru orders? On top of that, they very obviously threw our $30 order in the bags that we had to wait 15 minutes for. Extremely poor quality service. Im recommending that you eat something else. Theres probably booger fingers touching your food, and thats the good news...

This is a place Ive had more bad meals than good. My last purchases there I got some cold food that upset my stomach even after I warmed it up. I highly recommend walking up to the counter there and watching what they give you as they have a tendency to give you old food that should not be served but rather thrown away at times, this is the worst KFC Ive ever been to. sorry guys you need a lot of improvement.

Horrible job of keeping buffet items full. 10 employees shuffling around and only accomplishing the work of 1 1/2. Sad faces on the employees faces and quality of items ordered from the menu is hit or miss, and a pretty good chance whatever you order youll be told " we outta dat". Needs much improvement.

This is also a Taco Bell and it is not the cleanest restaurant in the chain. It was also very slow. My burritos shell was cracking open as I ate. I guess it was too dry. Not our best visit to this establishment. Ill give it one more chance. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Always cold in the dining area. Drink machine has been out of one of the drinks for a week. Tea was watery, so had go to 3rd choice. Were out of beef, so several customers had to choose something else. The food I do get is good else I wouldnt come back.

I payed for a breast and it was burnt i took it back and the young lady said she gave me another one i looked at it driving off i swear it was the same burnt breast i just let it go smfh never again kfc/tacobell horrible dont waste your time and money

Pretty good for fast food dining when you need something quick. Not healthy for you of course. And, can be slow at times just like any other fast food joint. But all in all okay to get you by in a pinch

Jesus coming back from a long trip we stop in here and the good was cold like they came out of a fridge, and the lobby is disgusting..... dont come here at night

Had the all you care to eat buffet. Chicken was good, but the sides... not so much... no seasoning, very bland, tasteless. Again, at least the chicken was good.

Awesome and I like it because its a Buffett. Honestly, the one in Gainesville is better though. They seem to keep up on the items on the Buffett better.

Asked if we had honey mustard sauce for 20 strips and didnt get any after asking 2 times and waiting 30mins
