Even my bf, who loves this place and drags me here every tuesday, acklowedges the terrible service and even food quality on several occasions. it is NOT a one time thing, i just really dont think the servers are trained at all. our service has been decent maybe 3 times. tonight, we sat for 40 minutes and the manager came out and told us "im sorry, but our fryer is broken and your wings wont come out so well comp everything. oh wait, actually your server never even put in your order so you can leave etc" the manager woman was incredibly nice, she is a great employee and i completely understand about the fryers being broken, but the fact that our server never even put in our orders and we had been waiting 40 min is unreal. he even stopped by our table a few times to see how we were doing. its unbelievable to me that on several different occasions, people in my party have had to wait for a single cup of ranch for 25 minutes. We dont even usually come here during dinner rush. when we got up to leave the restaurant the server stopped us and said "wait what happened why are you guys leaving?" And we said ummmm? the fryers broke? and he laughed and said "no way hahaha". like how the heck does the manager come out but the severs have no idea? wtf.. we had no idea if we would be charged for our drinks or appetizer for 15 min until we stopped the manager since we hadnt seen the server at all. me, my bf, and friends all work in a restaurant so its not like we dont understand. its just that this place really truly sucks and they literally dont train their servers. not to mention the wings are cold and dry half the time. its a very slight chance that youll have a good experience lol dont come here.

On the walk to my table I noticed how dirty the floor was with food and trash. the booth i was sat in and food in the seat and food on the picture that was at the end of the booth. I came in to watch the vikings preseason kick off but they where unable to find it on. my server was OK at best. she advertised no specials gave us no menu incite just wanted to take are order and thats it. we ordered and when are food came out we set for about 5 min because we where never given silver-where to eat it with. Once the server came to check on us we told her we had nothing to eat it with. she went back to the front where they keep roll ups they where out so she went to another section and got us some. she said she was sorry and that was the hosts to drop silver-where with the menus. since the viking game was not on I then signed in to trivia I got to play only for a short bit when they turned on the jags preseason game witch was fine if they didnt have the game being played on two networks one of witch was on a 30s delay from the other one. that made all the TV showing the game with the 30s delay are now obsolete because why watch that one when the other one is 3 plays ahead. over all management need work or the whole store slips it to a poor experience. Good food, poor service. I called ahead to ask about a wait, and the girl on the phone said, "I dont think theres a wait, but let me go check." I proceeded to hold for 4 minutes when a different girl picked up the phone and asked for a number for my order. I told her I was just trying to see if there was a wait and she too put me on hold. Another few minutes passed, and the phone rang and someone answered it as if I had never been on hold. I hung up because by then we were at the restaurant, where there was a 20 minute wait. When we were seated, our waitress, Faith, recommended a shareable to start and it didnt come out until our wings did. Come to think of it, she didnt come back to our table until the food did for us to ask about the shareable. Then, we wanted to order another side of ranch to finish off our wings and when she finally came to our table for us to order it, she went to ring it up and never brought it out to us. When she finally came back she asked if we had gotten our ranch.. No.. Who did you expect to bring it to us? The whole experience really put us off. The waitress next to our table seemed to be doing a great job with a larger party.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The overall service of the Gainesville FL location was surprisingly horrible. I had assumed that a chain restaurant would have some quality control and ability to hire competent staff. 15-20 coworkers & I ate at this location today, half of us received food in a semi reasonable time window, while the rest of us did not receive our food until others had already finished, over 30 minutes after ordering. The rest of the restaurant was mostly empty. When the food was brought it was mostly wrong and much of it needed to be sent back as well as cold, some to the point of being inedible. When we made the manager Taylor aware of the concerns he talked about areas they needed to improve and gave us a 5$ coupon. Overall the ineptitude of the staff and utter uselessness of all involved ensures that I will never eat at one of these restaurants again. The ability to count back change should be a requirement of a server and manager, needing multiple people to count back change (from a 20$) is absolutely abhorrent.

Decided to try out this restaurant tonight instead of another across the street because it was new to us. Got there at 530, food did not come until 630, my waitress came by only once to let us know the food was almost ready. Ordered wings and a salad, and chicken tenders and Cole slaw.....why would it take so long. I was ready to leave and just pay for my sodas. Finally came out, told my waitress it took forever and we were about to leave. She sent someone else to bring us condiments and then never came back to the table. After 20 mins of staring at her at the computer, I finally got up and walked over and said I wanted to leave and I needed the bill. She held out her hand, I asked her how much it was, $19.37. I handed a $20, she took out a zipped up purse and said she didnt have change and handed me $1 bill. The entire experience from start to finish was horrible and weird/odd. It was not that busy either. Will never go back.

8 of us. We waited 45 minutes from a seat because people were waiting for a UFC fight to end. Its 8pm and we were seated at 8:50. We get seated me and my buddy do the buffalo ghost pepper wings challenge at 9:30. Aced it btw. Food came at 10 PM with one of my friends not getting his food. We found out that when cheks were delivered. Also they were out of prize shirts for the wing challenge, medium shirts. But I wont give them wrong for that. This place need better manigment or employees to live up to a decent standard. I rather go to wing stop and take my wings home. Sad experience. And it propberly was the same for allot of people. I dont think Im dining in here again. I rather rather go to another restaurant esk sport bar. Wing house? Yea thats sounds less cramped and customer attentive.
