We had the worst experience here last night. We arrived just before 8pm for dinner with 4 adults and 3 kids. We were seated and drink and food order placed. We ordered an appetizer of chips and salsa and 2 of the adults asked our waiter if they chips and salsa included refills since we had a party of 7. He replied yes to both of our questions. We then waited over 30 minutes for our food. The waiter never returned to the table on check on us, update us on what might be going on with our food order or refill our drinks. I called him over to ask about the chips and salsa and he said he didnt know why the kitchen was so slow. When our meals and appetizer came out together I questioned him again about why our chips and salsa wasnt brought out earlier her responded that the kitchen must have thought we wanted everything to come out together! Our meals included boneless wings and they didnt come with any dressing to dip them into. We had to flag him down again to ask for ranch for dipping. Our food was cold and soggy so it had obviously been sitting under the heat lamps for a while. We ate our dinner and again the only time our waiter ever came to the table was when I called him over from another table to ask for what we needed ( extra napkins- wings are messy!!). After we finished our dinner ( with the exception of an order of wings that came in a to-go box almost an hour after we ordered without any sauce for dipping!!!) we had to call him over again to request our checks which were wrong and had to be redone taking another 15 minutes. During this time all of our glasses were empty- never got refilled during the entire visit- and all of our food sat there with out a single thing being taken from the table. Our server supposedly spoke with the manager who didnt even come to the table to speak to us about our experience so it was obvious he wasnt at all concerned. When we paid the server offered an apology for the slow kitchen but didnt offer any apology for the poor service he provided even when I asked why he never checked on us or refilled our drinks or asked after our food arrived if everything was right or good. I will never eat in this restaurant again!!!

Absolutely awful experience here, we will never go back. For starters, we waited over 40 minutes for our food. We went between lunch and dinner, only about five tables with customers in the whole restaurant at the time, no excuse to wait 40 minutes for chicken. I finally had enough of waiting and got up to find the manager, who was named Crystal. She saw me coming and retreated into the kitchen and came out with our food. Of course the food was cold. I told the manager about the cold food and she came back with fresh fries. I told her my wings were cold too and she said she took them off the bill...Well ok, guess Ill just eat some cold chicken wings, thanks. Dont trouble yourself with offering me some that are at least warm to the touch. We ordered off the lunch menu for the children. The manager brought us the bill and said she gave us an additional discount on the kids meals. We looked at the bill and saw she charged us the full dinner price then applied a discount and tried to sell it as a compensation for the poor service. The irony is that as we drove off, a BWW commercial came on the radio and said that if you didnt get your food within 15 mins, it would be free. I was already surprised she attempted to collect a dime from us for a 40 minute wait to get cold chicken, I was frustrated with her attempt to over charge us and try and trick us into thinking she was giving us a discount, then I was furious that they have a policy to compensate meals that are longer than 15 mins. Poor service, mediocre food, and shady management. Not somewhere Ill ever endorse.

I came from Atlanta to visit a friend on her birthday, was attending her birthday dinner, the servers that took care of us, did their best for such a short notice on a huge party, they were friendly and if something didnt come out correct they immediately apologized and took it back. our servers that were actually serving our tables were awesome! Also the guy that gave us a shout out,and brought out ice cream and light the candles was fun,and talk to us as if we had been friends...loved them!, However there was a server directly. Behind me serving a booth but was complaining incessantly to other guest about how the last time she did a huge group party she didnt get tipped out but still had to split tips with the bar, it was very unprofessional, I myself am a server at a fine dining steakhouse and that is the number one NOT do of a server period...Also i believe the supervisor which had on a different Color jersey from the others and kind of short in height, young lady that was helping bringing food out seemed frustrated and aggravated by us, not once did she ask was everything ok or come to check.....The servers who served us Awesome Job! The surrounding server and supervisor lady, Front of the house Standards are very paramount. on the scale of 1-5 Food 4 Service 5 Ambience 3 Overall Staff 1

I order a screamin nacho burger to go The website description - Two grilled slammer patties, Chipotle BBQ™ seasoning, corn tortilla chips, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, pico-de gallo and a drizzle of southwestern ranch dressing. And ask to have to sauce on the side. Let me paint you a picture: Starting at the bottom: limp bun, about 4 half soggy chips, two meat patties, a half a slice of real thin cheese, about a tablespoon of pico-de gallo and about 4 jalapenos, Next to this a pile of soggy fries. There was absolutely no care given about presentation at all, it looked like everything was just thrown in the box. The burger is next to plain, no taste of the chipotle BBQ seasoning. The southwestern ranch taste good but thats about it. I have had better burgers at Dennys. It was very disappointing for a "nacho burger" what about some melted cheddar cheese on the chips or something like a nacho. I guess I should have stuck to wings and a wings place, my fault.

One of the worst places to eat in Augusta. We (my family of 5) visited on a Monday evening (9/21/2017). It wasnt busy, and we were seated immediately. It took 10 mins to get something to drink. We ordered the nachos that were horrible. They were cold and very sparse in toppings. We waited over and hour to get food delivered to the table and when asked about an update on our food, we were told that they were waiting on a Caesar salad. Really?!?! There was a family of 4 who arrived after we did and received food 20 minutes after they arrived. We waited for drink refills 3 times with totally empty glasses for a minimum of 15 each time. When I said something about the poor service and quality of food, or lack there of, the manager looked me straight in the face and then walked away. We werent given any type of discount or offered an apology. Hope they enjoyed $117 they received this time because we will not be back!!!
