The Wingstop on Washington Road is the one I prefer. The staff there were very friendly, professional to a T and quick with the order. Food was good and very satisfied with what we ordered. Good deal for the Family Feast of 2 different types of wings, Large order of Fries, Sliders, 3 Iced Teas and some vegetables to go with the food. I ordered from the Wingstop on Wrightsboroo Road and can say I am never going back to that one...Getto as heck, not professional, and they threw my food in the take out bag like it was a garbage bin...had food all over the place...not a happy camper. Most of the food was good except the BBQ beans...smelled like they were bad...had to throw them out...called to talk to some one about it and they hung up on me...last time I go there...Lost my business and anyone I associate with. If you like wings, Wingstop on Washington Road is the one to go to. I want to say Thank you for making my food experience with you, a good one.

Pretty standard WingStop EXCEPT they changed the wings. Service would be a 4 in that they take care of business, but leave little to be desired as far as service with a smile. They are professional though! The product changed! As of approximately late July, I was a bit surprised to have learned that they started using bigger wings. While I initially thought it would be better, these new wings are actually cheaper in quality. You can feel the extra fatty bits get stuck in between your teeth. I sure hope it was a one-time deal.

I called and placed an order at 7:20 and I arrived at the location at 7:30. I walked inside and paid for my food. On the phone when I ordered they told me it would be an 11 minute wait so the food should have been ready or close to ready when I arrived at Wingstop however it was not ready until 7:58 that is 30 minutes from arrival time and a 40 minute wait from the time I place the order over the phone that is absolutely ridiculous and all I got was 8 piece boneless wing combo.

Great team here, and energetic owner. My family is here at least once a week and kids from 5 to thirty-somethings love it! Fries are addictive, potato salad is better than you would expect, and all the flavors are really good! They make their own dipping ranch which is perfection to pour on wings like me, or carefully dip them. This Wing Stop is great for to-go, or eating in. I am a frequent online customer first, and rarely have issues with order accuracy.

I keep trying to give this place a chance but this was the last time. Every time I come here they burn the wings and the fries and i ask countless times please dont over cook the food and they still dont listen. A bunch of idiots that work here. Never will come here again.

Good is average but a 30 min wait when it wasnt busy on 5 boneless wings and fries is asking too much especially at these prices. Was not checked on nor given updates as to why it was taking so long. There are better places to go in the area.

I came to Augusta from Atlanta for the masters and decided to get some wings. First the wings are a little over prize but i thought that the flavor of the wings would make up for the prize but they didnt.....not tasty plain to my taste

The wings were good but I felt like they might have been a little overcooked. The fries made up for it though. The fries were like five guys fries; expertly seasoned, still greasy and soft, and tasted like potatoes.

The chicken wings are good. Orders take 15-20 minutes longer if theres a major sporting event on TV. The boneless wings they try so hard to sell you are as much breading as they are chicken.

Fantastic wing flavors and the fries are to die for. The only down fall is that It usually takes a good 20-30 minutes to get your food. But hey, at least its hot and fresh when consumed.

I really like most of their flavors they have for the wings, except there were a few that were extremely salty (garlic Parmesan). The celery and carrots are always fresh and crisp too!
