Took my son here for his birthday. It was awful! First, we had to wait for a while to get seated. No problem, it was a Saturday night. Since we had my infant grandson, some of our party waited outside in the car since there was no room for a baby in the waiting area. When they called us, one of us went to get the baby and the others from outside. After standing there for about 10 minutes trying to figure out what to do with a 6 month old to keep him out of the way, my wife asked the hostess what the delay was. Instead of apologizing for making a mistake and calling us prematurely, she was so rude, we almost (and should have) left.What a crappy attitude! Instead we waited another 30 minutes. What we waited on was poor service and cold food when it finally arrived. To top it off, there was a basketball game on inside that was so loud. I have been to quieter rock concerts. Out of seven guests, the manager ended up comping us three meals. of the remaining four, only 2 ate all their food since it was so loud and the food was so bad. I will never eat here again. I gave this place one star since I cant post without giving them something, but you can consider that a minus 1.

Called in an order of wings to go last night. First, I walked in to the pick up counter and there was a manager behind the counter and at least 3 servers standing around. Not one person addressed me until I said I was there to pick up an order and gave my name. Got back to the car and decided to check the order. Of course it was wrong. Walked back in, told the girl at the counter that my order was wrong and she looked at us like we were speaking in tongues. Then she called for the manager. He was out wandering the floor, hugging customers and then sitting down with servers while they were cleaning off tables. Several minutes went by before anyone said anything to us. The manager finally swung open the kitchen door, and only said "Four or five minutes." Nothing else. He couldnt even be bothered to step out of the kitchen and up to the counter to say anything more than that. This was terrible service. I didnt realize that Buffalo Wild Wings business was doing so well that they didnt need to bother with customer service. We will not be going back - Quaker Steak and Lube is just minutes away. Maybe theyll want our money.

I visited this location with two of my friends. We got two servers at our table. A girl and a guy. The guy had all the wounds on his arm and hands and it was nasty. I saw him putting orange on my beer when the bartender gave him the beer. How could you even let someone who has wounds (looked like some are still open) to touch beer or food. I couldnt drink it. The other server (girl) was so nice to replace the beer but i still couldnt get it out ofmy mind. I couldnt drink the beer or eat the food. The lady manager came and told me that its per law that we cant discrimate against anyone who met an accident. I totally understand that but what kind of law allows you to serve contaminated food to people. Her attitude was like she cant do anything about it and its your fault. I feel like throwing up right now. THIS IS GROSS. I can only imagine the level of cleanliness they have in the kitchen. Also, I dont understand who made her the manager. Buffalo wild wings is one of my fav eating place but i dont think i would ever be able to go to ANY location again. I would say worst dining experience.

I came into Buffalo Wild Wings 2 days ago and the girl at the door was very nice. She seated me and the other three people i was with. My server came over, and took our order. She was very knowledgable and polite, but our food took about 35 to 40 mins to come out. Not only did it take that long to come out, it was cold and my chicken quesodilla was burnt. I mentioned this to my server, she appologized and said she would get me a new quesodilla. I told her not to worry about it because I had already waited so long, I didnt want to wait another 20 mins. When I was getting ready to leave I went up to The front counter to speack with a manager, Of corse there was not one to find. Finally someone asked me if I needed anything, and I told him I needed a manager. Everyone was running around trying to find one. Therefore I never got to speak to one. This place is terrible and the management S**ks. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!!

Went here for the first (and last!) time tonight with a party of 9. It took 45 minutes to get our food, well...half of it anyway. 4 of us had to wait 20 more minutes for our orders to be remade since they just lost (?) them. Finally got my burger and it was cold, dry, overcooked and tasted like fish. More ??? since they do not serve fish? Two bites and THAT sucker went back! I was offered another but I wasnt going to risk it and I asked for my check. Got the check and then had to tell the waiter I wasnt about to pay for the nasty fish-burger that I DIDNT EAT! He was nice about it but that didnt make up for the lousy visit. NOT going back!

I am trying to eat and walk out of here without lowering the 3 score I have given this BWW within the first 20 minutes. I sat at a table in the bar for 10 minutes before I had to go find a waitress and ask her to please have my server come to my table. She informed me my waitress had just taken a party of 13 and it would be a while before I was helped. WTH? I asked her to sit me at a table that I could be waited on asap. She said she didnt know how to direct me.....I took myself to the very middle seat in front of the bar tender. 10 minutes later my order was punched in computer......the verdict is still out on my final rating.....

We went there last night. Ordered 20 wings, 1 order of fries, 1 wrap and 2 drinks. We waited 40min and all we had were drinks. 3 families came in after us ordered their food (wings) and got it brought to the table and we were still sitting there. When I complained to the manager all she could say was "the kitchen is backed up". If the kitchen is backed up 3 families that ordered after me would not have gotten their food either. I just walked out. I wont take any of my family members their again to celebrate birthdays, watch the game, etc... Buffalo Wild Wings was horrible on how they handled the whole situation.

First off I got seater first booth left of main entrance and had what I hope to be the A/C drip liquid on me. then was moved to another seat which was dripping worse than before then moved across the whole restaurant. Then I ordered a mudslide that ended up having a blended up napkin in it... Very unhappy with this location and more than likely will never come back btw my bill was over $60 and I find this apuling that they did not even offer any compensation for any of this... I may call corporate office in hopes that no one has to experience this same treatment!!!!!
