I have been to plenty of hooters and have never been as disappointed as I am at this moment. Lets start by our waitress isnt the most social or nicest. We order boneless wings, onion rings with a Bucket of beer. We receive about 10 onion rings, very yummy till we get to one that both my boyfriend and I had been avoiding because it didnt look quite normal! He went ahead and went for it, the onion ring was a bag of grease! He bit into it and an oily liquid starting to POUR OUT! Please dont under estimate me when I say POUR OUT! It wasnt edible! At that moment our waitress was showing up with our boneless wings which werent in the sauce we ordered. I let our waitress know they werent in the right sauce but it was okay just to bring it for me on the side. She took about 8 -10 minutes she showed up and I finally start to eat the wings when I notice there is SHRIMP TAILS IN OUR BONELESS WINGS! We tell the waitress she doesnt even apologies she just takes the plate! Comes back and tells us she gave it to the manager and let him know it was wrong from the start and left it there for him to figure it out. You can tell she was annoyed. So sometime later our wings come again and about 3 wings in our waitress comes to our table to drop of the bill!!!!!! We werent even half way through eating!! The table next to use who had been there before us hadnt even received their bill! This was the worst service I have ever received in my life!!!

The waitress running the bar was busy, it was lunch hour. But, she treated me like I was a nuisance. She was clearly unhappy. The credit card machine had went down just as I showed up to pick up my takeout lunch. I decided to have a wing or two while I waited. No offer of water or a plate or a drink or anything. I asked for crackers when I placed the order over the phone. No crackers in the bag. I asked for blue cheese and celery. No blue cheese. I asked for medium wings, plain wings were delivered. I asked the bartender if these were medium wings, she confirmed they were and asked if Id like some medium sauce. Again, speaking to me like I was a nuisance. They were plain wings. No sauce was put on these wings. I like Hooters, but I wont go back to this one.

Came down from Indiana, and only the second time Ive been to this particular Hooters ( been to quite a few all over the U.S., lol ) but like the majority, great food, great beer, and a great Sports Bar right on the coast! Great staff, and the waitresses really work hard to please you. I have to admit, I was a bit surprised when my food came out immediately and hot before my beer, LOL. Really love the staff, and the location. I mean seriously, where else can you get wings and beer right on the water. Not trying to advertise, ( actually Ill do it willingly, LOL ) but you really need to come see this place! Had an awesome time! Didnt know that this was the second Hooters store, but I will definitely be back again. Good job yall, keep up the great food and service.

Wow; very worst Hooters ever!! They have started remodeling but the staff needs an overhaul!! This is my second try at this local and have left without ordering food because of the terrible service. The bartender Brittany (who is a trainer?) is one very inept, clueless bartender. I sat for over 10 minutes before being addressed and it was by another bartender, after Brittany served others around me. My second beer was served to me by the bus boy??? And it was NOT very busy!! Total poor Managment, and training!! Went down to Clearwater Beach that night and it was like night and day diff.! Great hands on Mngmt. team and attentive staff. Get a clue Port Richey; You have a great location but thats about it, Oh and what are the greeters for?? :(

Disclaimer: Ive eaten here a few times for lunch but never for dinner. The food is average quality; what youd expect from Hooters. My reason for two stars is the service. Every time Ive been to this location at lunch it generally takes anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours from sitting down to signing the check. On my last visit, we (4 people) waited 45 minutes just for our food to be served. The waitress was kind enough to check on it once, but she disappeared after that. If you can snag a table by the water, the view out into the canal and bayou might be a distraction from the wait times. But if youre looking for lunch on a break from work and you are working within a typical lunch time frame, Id recommend skipping this place.

We have been eating here for years and I am baffled by the bad reviews. Everyone, every restaurant, has a bad day once in a while. Or just a bad experience with a particular patron. But the poor reviews here are dramatic and unfair. We are going there for Fathers day today at my husbands choosing. (And hes getting no argument from me, my son and my mother) and we know we will have a great experience. If something goes wrong I will address it directly with the waitress or manager and give them a chance to make up for it. Not log on to see how much damage I can do. Sheesh people. Good thing our daily work performances arent subject to online amateur critiquing. Keep up the good work Hooters Port Richey!

We arrived ready to have chowder and buff shrimp and Brittany the bartender was horrible! We were subjected to listening to"her friend" who told us n ot to eat there and I just replied that I worked for Hooters for 15 years in palm harbor. How about she says to us" than you should know how unhealthy the food is here" she than brought my chowder, which was watery,I informed her of the problem and her reply was" yeah, someone else just complained too. "I sent it back , we finished our beers, paid and left. Its ashame because when I worked for Hooters they had higher standards. Brittany Is a trainer that Donna needs to retain!

As a local patron, familiar with Hooters since the early days, Im less interested in the typical "view". But the actual view at Port Richey Hooters is the best in Tampa Bay! Where else can you sit at a bar with every game on, and turn your chair to be dockside with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico? Arguably the best sports bar in Tampa Bay. Always staffed to the hilt and with exceptional service, I recommend Hooters Port Richey highly and often to people who want the perfect sports bar experience, a great sunset dinner, or just a good restaurant to dock the boat.

The view of the water is great, the entertainment of watching the boat ramp is a bonus, the sunsets are beautiful. The service is spotty, sometimes you great a great waitress, skills on point. Sometimes you get the dud. Ive had awesome experiences where the waitress is friendly, gets your order right, checks on you. Ive also had experiences where literally everything that was ordered from the beer to the wings was wrong. Like a gluten for punishment my friends and I continue to go, just to see what kind of dinner well get and how bad will they mess it up.
