No guns allowed. This really should be ammended to say "no visible weapons allowed". I will not support any business that bans guns. Which in all fairness, perhaps there was a sign banning all manner of weaponry. If you have pepper spray in your purse, you would be in violation. Although I cant imagine youd receive a visit from the manager, unless perhaps you were to wear it on your belt. I liked the food, very tasty. Weve had some long wait times before, but I expect that anywhere. I find no need to unnecessarily adversarial. The food, service, and draft beer selection was all reasonably nice. I had worn my taser on two or three previous dinners at this place. On this occasion, a smile-bearing older man can to tell me (he was both polite and condescending) that BWW does not allow firearms on the premises. I replied "ok". And we both stared at each other for a good 5 seconds. He made an awkward gesture with his head which was to infer that he was referring to the holster on my hip. I told him it wasnt a gun but a taser. At no point did he tell me to leave or that my taser wasnt allowed, but instead chose to opine aloud as to whether a taser is considered a firearm. He tried to convince me that it was. It is not. But it really doesnt matter, because he is free to ask me to leave for having any weapon on my person, or no weapon on my person. BWW owns the property, they can do as they please. He asked me If I would put my taser out in my car, but not in the colloquial sense of "asked me". He wasnt telling me to do it, and he wasnt using passive aggressive phrasing, he was undecided as to whether BWW allowed such a thing, and tried to persuade me to leave my taser outside. Had I ever heard or sensed that my taser was not welcome I would have left pronto. I asked explicitly if he was telling me to place my taser outside, and he avoided answering that question. He told me that he would buy me an icecream cone if I placed my taser out in my car. I crap you not. Again he had never indicated that doing so was compulsory but instead made it seem optional, yet never relented. Me and my spouse had already placed our order, and as it became clear that we werent going to be solidly told that tasers arent allowed we left, and have been taking our business elsewhere ever since. I have a respectable appearance, and would have been willing to conceal the taser if that made them happy. I dont want to frighten anyone. I have a concealed carry permit, and Ive never been in any trouble. If thats your cup of tea, youll like it. If you believe in the right to defend yourself, support businesses that agree with that right.

Boycotted this place since a bad experience right after they opened. Management and customer service was horrible. Had been a couple times before trying their wing challenge. Our server told us everything I would get if I beat the challenge. Rushed through and beat their time by over 2 minutes. Was told afterwards that they didnt have anything they had promised to me previously. Would have been okay if the manager stopped by the table and at least apologized since I was still paying full price for wings I had to rush through for nothing. The manager was "too busy" to speak with me, the restaurant was not very busy at the time. In fact, there were only a handful of tables taken. I should have just denied paying my bill, Im sure they would have appeared then. Wrote to corporate about my experience and how management had not taken care of their customers, got an email a few weeks later from the manager that was "too busy"... verbatim "We have shirts now." That was it. I still have not received anything close to an apology or attempt to correct this experience. Now, Ive given them a second chance. Only because I know that management has changed several times since then. Still not a fan of the place because I still feel like the company, in general, did not handle an issue they had created by putting that original manager in charge. In fact, they just had them send that they had gotten shirts in.

Tried to get a table for 6 and there was one other party there with 6 people. The hostess continued to seat other people before this other group. She finally seated the group and proceeded to seat another group of 6 who walked in 10 minutes after our group. Seriously? Why bother asking for names and writing a waiting list if youre not going to bother to look at it? It was like she was picking people randomly. We ended up leaving after waiting for 30 minutes while she continued to overlook us time after time. Everyone else got a seat within a few minutes of arriving. When we left the manager simply told us to have a nice evening after I told her what had happened. What has happened to customer service? Definitely will be letting everyone know about our experience.

I brought my family here on Christmas Eve as a last minute dinner decision this year, since most everywhere else was closed. You could tell the waitresses just wanted us to leave, other than one lady that stopped and talked to us for a while. When I got the check I was very surprised to see how much it cost for the amount and quality of food. The food was OK nothing special, a little cold and a bit more chewy than I thought normal for a couple of pieces. 2 hours after being there I ended throwing everything up, and being sick all Christmas day and not long later my wife and daughter also got sick. I will not go back to Buffalo Wild Wings. ESPECIALLY not on or before a holiday.

We walked out to the patio and there were 6 low top tables dirty, so we had to wait for a table to be cleaned. The manager will Milton was out there but acted like he was too good to clean anything. We had several waitresses to walk by and finally Kaitlyn waited on us and was the only one that cleaned the tables. This place has been going down hill for the last 6 months. The manager needs to go back in training. If this were my place or If I were manager I would have had all these tables cleaned. I am actually sitting here watching customers get irate bc there is not a clean table, once again.. captains and waitresses walking around as if they were dazed and confused..

Went in for a late dinner today, they were doing deep cleaning and trying to serve food. The entire restaurant smelled like a sewer!! They were polishing the stainless steel at the bar and the polish overspray was everywhere!! They were cleaning in the kitchen also my wings came out burnt and with almost no sauce on them. The floor in the bar was wet from the kitchen cleaning, it was very slippery and unsafe. Then employees were standing on a bar stool to clean different things not safe at all. Will never eat at this BWWs ever again!!!!
