I have always enjoyed Popeyes Chicken in the past and have had no problem with the service from other stores that I have gone to but the service at this particular store is horrendous. My Fiance and I wanted to get some dinner tonight and looked on the website for what they had to offer. We get to the store and one of the items that we wanted to order, this store didnt have and the employee laughed at us through the speaker which kind of upset me. We get to the window and the woman who took our payment didnt say 2 words to us. Didnt even thank us for the service. Then, we get half way back to our house when we realize that they forgot one of our sides that we clearly paid for on the receipt. We drive all the way back and informed them. The woman who took our payment before was giving me attitude for no reason, goes to what seemed to be the manager at the time and the manager throws our side into a bag and hands it to me. No apology or anything. Completely rude and disrespectful.

I went through the drive thru so I cannot speak for the inside of the restaurant. The drive thru was a bit slow and the person working at the window seemed a bit overwhelmed. There was a truck waiting at the end of the drive thru (Im assuming for their food) that was there when I got there in a line of 5 cars and then again after. They took up a lot of space and made it difficult getting in and out. I also feel sorry for them if they were waiting for food. The food was great, but they lost a star for forgetting my biscuits and for the speaker at the drive thru that made it very hard to hear what they were saying. I also felt very rushed when they were asking me for the order and could not hear them when they repeated it back due to a combination of them speaking too fast and the bad speaker.

Yes! Everytime ive gone there - horrible service! I pay for extra gravy 2 times and they give me 1 plastic ramiken not even filled half way and tell me there are 2 scoops in it! I also paid for a 5 piece that particular time w 3 of them being legs and they gave me the wing legs! I have had terrible service so many times from them! I even called their corporate line a couple weeks ago after that last event, they told me i would get recompensated for that purchase and a call from upper management to resolve this issue-Nothing happened! No call! Nothing in the mail! I spoke to a Cassie on their corporate line!

Great food, terrible staff. Everyone here is rude even when they mess up your order, had to repeat order in the drive through multiple times, staff acts like they hate life and they hate customers, or customers bother them with their presence. Retrain your staff in basic customer service skills immediately. No smiles, no thanks, no apologies when they get it wrong, entire counter crew/drive through acts like theyre doing you a favor just talking to them. Seriously, if you hate working here so much, QUIT.

Food is 5 stars, but service was unacceptable. I ordered two 5 piece chicken strip meals in the drive-through and they gave me one and had me pull forward to wait for the other one. ...Meanwhile they served 7 other cars while i was waiting. Atent we all ordering chicken? My first meal was getting cold and i had to walk in the store to remind them i was still waiting. If the chicken wasnt so good, id never go back.

Dirty bathroom, bad service . Didnt clarify when I ordered 3 piece . Couldnt make it to the counter to get it fixed, line was long, only had one person on register clearly they needed more help. Good mashed potatoes though. Way over priced too for bad service. And the chicken barely had chicken on it .

The service was extremely slow. I had to go back to the counter three times to get my order corrected and after the third time it was wrong I gave up. The only redeeming quality that this place had was the lady who took my order was very friendly.

Completely crap was charged for a number 7 five piece only got a 3 piece and didnt get anything but an Im sorry and a replacement of a 3 piece for a 5 was ripped off 3.49 more than a 3 piece and didnt even get my stuff thats bullshit

This worse customer service! My last 2 visits I received attitude and horrible customer service (from Lakeisha or Keisha) I also spoke to management about my experience and didnt even receive an apology.

The manager got my order wrong on 2 orders I ordered strips not breasts and thighs and when I called she hung up the phone on me she should be fired I wont be eatting at this Popeyes again

Chicken was hot and fresh. They were out of corn on the cob and dont carry butter for potatoes, biscuit or corn. The seating is very limited and it was packed.
