Today was my first time ever trying Popeyes. Upon walking in I found the place to be clean, and some what decently laid out. They had two registers open and had two people in front of us. The wait was pretty standard to place our order. When we got to the counter the girl greeted us and took our order. One thing that I kept noticing is that every time someone came in they would all yell out "welcome back to Popeyes"... but not all at once but all randomly. This got old after hearing just a few times. While we waited for our order to come out we walked over to get our drinks. Super excited that they have the coke freestyle machine... but where they placed the unit makes for cramp spacing as its next to where people stand to wait for their food. They say they call out your name, but I never heard any names being called out so everyone stands at the counter. Our food came out pretty quick and the order was all correct. I was expecting the Cajon fries to be spicy, but they were not... and that made me happy. They had good flavor and tasted as if they just came out. The chicken was good and flavorful too. I actually felt like I was eating real chicken, vs mutant chicken at other places. I was impressed with his place and will be back again

If i can give them 0 star i would! Been waiting for my food for 25 mins! They didnt realize i havent received my food until i told them! I over heard the cashier lady told her mgr,she forgot about it! I told the mgr i want a refund and she said the food just came out of the fryer (really?? I saw the chicken been sitting in the warmer). They did give me my refund and a free meal. However that didnt make any of this situation better! This is by far my worst experienced! If only they pay attention more to the dine in customer like they did with drive thru,it wouldve been nice.

Not thrilled. We visited on Friday during Lent because they have shrimp po-boys. They were only subpar. I ordered mine with only lettuce, mayo, and onions, but it had pickles as well. I could not even eat it. Also, some locations offer spicy fish during the lenten season, but this location does not. I feel that would have made a better meal. We asked for an order of biscuits, and they gave us one biscuit. The sweet tea was very watered down, and not very sweet. My 4-year-old son would not even drink it, he said he didnt order water. Very disappointed.

I went here one evening with a coupon for a 12 piece mixed family meal at around 10:30 on a Saturday night. I was aware that they closed at 11, but when I ordered the woman said that they didnt have 12 pieces of chicken. My first question was "Did you all run out it something." She said no and that they didnt have that many pieces ready. So instead of getting upset with her, I just left and vowed never to go back! I just dont understand that if a place of business closes at 11pm and Im in your drive-thru at 10:30, why couldnt I get served?!?

Been there twice. First time, they told us after we got to the window there would be a 15 minute wait for mild chicken, their most popular product. Tried a second time and they gave us someone elses order. I didnt find out until I already drove 10 minutes home. When I addressed it with the manager, they fixed the order and gave me a couple of dollar pies instead of a free meal or a refund. Wont be going back. Waiting for Bojangles to come to indy now.

Every time we have been there something was amiss. Either the pop machine was broken, the fryer was down or simply I got home and realized they screwed up the order usually by forgetting something we paid for. Called and complained the LAST time I got home with a bag that was missing something. They said they would send me a free food coupon to make up for it. Coupon never came. We wont be back.

Went there to eat today. They wasnt busy but the tables was all dirty, food on the floors, trash running over, smeared up glass, it wasnt stocked, lids, straws, & etc was horrible. The managers was in the back gossiping, laughing, having a good time. Instead of staying busy. Wont go back. Too much $ for a small dirty store.

Walked in at 930p. Thought they were closed.. carpets rolled up over customer rail line.. chairs up on tables and 2/3 of lobby was sectioned of with mopping and wet floor signs. Three gals in the back appeared very put out that we came. The food wasnt fresh. Not terrible but definitely not worth the price on this visit

Sad to see the service has gone downhill from when they opened last year. We have stopped going all together due to the extended wait times for food orders. We complained several times and all they do is say sorry. Heres a hint... Train your people or get better management!!

Order is always wrong, the value for price vs what you get is horrible. Kids chicken strip meal only comes with one strip that is more breading than chicken. Very stingy with catchup and the staff acts as if it is a burden to serve customers.

Teens on phones not paying attention, asked to pull forward in the drive thru cause it was cooking...still wasnt fresh when opened, no napkins in the bag, no utensils for the sides ordered, will not be back to this location!!

Friendly staff, but was told they did not have anything but chicken strips and told that the 5 dollar box deal was not available any longer while the ad was posted right behind the cashier.

The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. For fast food chicken, its not bad, especially when you have a craving for something fried and you dont want to spend a lot of money.

Waited on quickly, order correct, it wasnt as hot as I like my food. I got the boneless wings with a side and biscuit, decent quality for 5 bucks. Restroom was clean....

This place is always clean, staff friendly, the chicken is great, I love the corn on the cob, and I always have to get extra biscuits and their Apple pie! So good!
