I had seen the previous reviews and almost didnt try this location, but I have to tell you I thought they were great. Right off the bat everyone "Welcomed" us into the establishment. The young lady at the register was very patient and helpful. They did make a mistake on our order, but they were very, very quick to correct it, and it really ended up to our benefit, because they gave us a wing instead of a leg, (as requested) and they just said, keep the wing and very quickly gave us a new leg to complete our order. All of the employees were kind and seemed happy. We enjoyed it!

Every time my family comes here, there is always some sort of issue. Tonight was the worst experience. After waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru, they still got the order wrong and had to come back to the car 2 more times because they forgot our sauce and our drinks. The food is always fresh, but the service always sucks. They almost always forget an item, or when they do get the order right, they do something dumb like not putting the kids on the cups right so that when you grab it, it spills all over you and your vehicle.

Continually get your order wrong, not partially but all the way the staff doesnt really care what you actually ordered wrong. I dont believe anyone who can hold a job is this dull, they simply have no intention of getting it right. For over the last month my order is way off, usually NOT the spice level I ordered and the wrong number of pieces of chicken. AVOID this location if at all possible, hit Bojangles, or any other Popeyes location than this one. Swearing this location off for good.

I ordered the new shrimp box for $4.99, it did not look like the picture, the 6 shrimp were very small almost nonexistent , and not prepared properly, I had to spit out shells on 5 of the 6, its like they smashed the shrimps with the shells on and breaded them then cooked them with out removing any shell pieces. Not recommend, terrible, I will never order again!

Food is as to be expected from popeyes. The cheese cake I order look like it was about 8 months expired. But no expiration date printed on it. Its was dried out an very crusty. Service is a hit an miss here sometimes its good an other times its horrible. Id say 50/50 chance you will have someone get Smart with you.

Would have rated higher but the service could be a lot better...I ordered 11 piece chicken tenders with 2 sides, got home and had 11 piece regular chicken with 2 sides ( enough to serve 1 person) and NO Biscuits....Whats up with that??? Not at all pleased...

Our order is always correct. Staff is very friendly. I dont think theres a better general manager anywhere! She is friendly, polite, welcoming and kind to her employees. Love this location! Will continue to bring my family and my business here.

Food was good and staff friendly, but I ordered three dinners and they were all wrong in some way - wrong side, wrong entree, missing item. And it took them several tries to correct the mistakes, despite the sales ticket being correct.
