Got to be kidding me , i ask for a water cup ...the lady charges my $2.01 for a drink then i ask after i notice the cup if she charged me , i then asked for a refund and i got it , but then i asked to keep the cup for the water since i had my fingers in it and they insisted on throwing it away , then the next person in line got a free drink for waiting an extra 2 min

The staff in the kitchen area was singing, clapping, loudly laughing as I wanted an extra 8 mins for my food to be ready. Not one time did anyone informed me of the status of the meal. Went at lunch good was okay. However this is a franchise KFC , and the $5 meals my coworkers and I came for that we saw on the commercial, this KFC does not do. They have one $5 meal that was a chicken sandwich, that truthfully didnt look appealing. I ended up getting a side of Mac and cheese that was pretty good.
