Well, first off calling in your order, defeats its purpose once you get there and your food isnt ready after waiting for 10 minutes.The cashier at this location named Unique, is short tempered and her facial expressions show all her feelings of frustration towards paying customes. I waited for 30 minutes on a single catfish. I asked if they could season the fish first. Once I got my food the fish was not seasoned, only the batter was. I asked the cashier Unique, why didnt they season the fish as requested? he stated the flour is seasoned. I called the customer comments and complaints line and spoke with Mike. I explained to Mike how long it took to receive my food and how I requested that my fish be seasoned first. He said they dont do speciality orders, then he went on to say that adding seasoning to the actual fish would mesh up the flour. Well once I got my catfish, I realized that the fried floured batter fell completely off exposing the catfish bare unseasoned meat. The food was horrible, the cooks didnt drain the oil well because I had oil sitting in my to go tray. I believe all of the snappers food is losing its quality. I barely go to Snappers because of the service and wait time. Maybe all the employees have bad attitudes, because theyre under paid and over worked. I will definitely not return and I will not recommended this place to anyone.

First I called my order in and asked for an extra chicken tender with my special didnt mind the upcharge. Long story short the girl hung up on me. Then I popped up like SURPRISE can I get a chicken tender! This girl said they dont do that mind you I just went to the Snappers off 441 the other day and it wasnt an issue. She was just grumpy and mad at the world but I didnt have time and my man had an interview.

Hello food somewhat ok way to much salt on stuff. Ask cashier for a reciept never got it. Should let people know or ask if they want everything like on burger cause alot if customers wont ask catfish too salty couldnt eat that fries way im sorry i might not go again the person who answer phone i try to be funny she didnt like it the salt was enough to raise a diabetic which i am blood pressure

Wow!!!!!! I work on the road and i needed a place like this. Ordered my food and picked it up fresh and hot in 10 minutes. Great food, great service, and the amount of food is great for the price. My favorite is the #10 combo with wings, shrimp, and fries. Alright Snappers!!! I will be back!!!

The best Philly in town and the shrimp and fish are always so fresh topped with a special lemon seasoning. If your looking for something new and better then the rest its snappers. Start with a Philly and you will be back before you know it.

The food is good, the restaurant it self is not what we expected. We r from Cincinnati so we read up on this place before arriving in Florida. Once we arrived we just wanted to get our food and head back to our hotel. Just didnt feel safe.
