Ive been getting flyers in the mail since they opened and decided to give them a try. I ordered the DC-10 (over 1lb of boneless wings) with two flavors. I chose their Garlic Parmesan and their "Jet Fuel" buffalo sauce, which was supposed to be rated 4/5 for hotness. The Good: The staff was very nice and very pleasant, they allowed me to break my payment up between cash and card and were very courteous and nice. The restaurant is clean and maintained. The Bad: When I got home I weighed the Styrofoam container that the wings came in and it weighed 14 oz. For any of you who dont know, thats 2 oz shy of a pound with the bag, wings, and the styrofoam container. The Chicken for the boneless wings are more like cheap chicken tenders than actual boneless wings which would have been okay, had they not been over cooked. The Garlic Parmesan was dry and barely edible. The chicken had no juicyness or anything and the Garlic Parm tasted alot like the lawreys seasoning... Ive had garlic parm wings at other places with actual grated parmesan, but this was all powder. The Jet Fuel that was rated at a 4/5 for heat tasted more like Franks Red Hot.

The customer service for delivery is horrible, especially on Friday nights. Ive ordered from them twice in 6 months the first time it was 30 minutes late and the second time an hour and a half after not receiving my order, I called them and they said that they had called my phone and it was disconnected. I was calling them from the so called disconnected phone. Even if that was the case, I live in a large apartment complex which they deliver to all the time and know the address exist and could have come. But the thing that has me raving against them is just how rude the person was over the telephone - absolutely ridiculously rude. If they had just Im sorry I would have been fine. But they didnt. I got four flavors: garlic parm, jerk, citrus chitpole and Cajun teriyaki - I thought the garlic parm (which is dry rub) was the best. Their wings are okay. If only the service wasnt so rude and slow.

It was our first time here and when we went in there were two people in front of us so I grabbed a menu to look at wing flavors. We looked at the menu for maybe 2 minutes and chose what we want and went up to order. As we started to order our food, one of the 4 people standing behind the counter said, "just so you know its going to be about a 20 minute wait." I said okay and we started ordering, then within maybe a minute the person behind the counter then said, "can you hurry because the kitchen really needs your order." I looked at my fiance and said lets just go somewhere else please. The staff was disrespectful for no reason and rushing us which was absolutely unnecessary. Needless to say we will no be returning there again.

Easy ordering online, quick delivery to our hotel (and friendly employee delivering), food was excellent-even the wings were perfect and crispy. I was very pleased (we ordered wings as well as wraps, burgers and fries) that the whole order was completely correct. I am not from the area so wasnt sure what to expect but we will definitely order from here every time we come to Pittsburgh now:)

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALWAYS HAVE TO REPEAT MY SELF, AND THEY STILL GET WRONG INFORMATION!! The delivery service is four stars because they often be late, but this is not restaurants fault. Other than that, the food is delicious, and I dont find lot of good food restaurants deliver around town. Again, food is high quality in terms of delivery food.

Poor customer service. The woman who answered the phone had me on hold for about 5 mins and didnt even bothering apologizing, just to tell me they wont reliever across the Birmingham bridge, when in fact, they did and now all of a sudden they dont. I was super hungry for wings and they made me hangry

I would have 5 starred this their food is worthy of a five star but every time I go to order online I get that the store is closed and have to call. Why have online ordering and delivery if your going to close it off before you close. The store closes at 1 your online ordering says closed at 9 why.

The best wings since I left St. Louis! Great flavor choice! Excellent service! She was so nice and allowed us to use several Groupons during g our visit so we bought more food and left a larger tip I strongly recommend it.

Ordered thru UberEats. Got the 60pack and fed my whole crew on a Saturday night. Wings were delicious! Drawback...they didnt label all the wings so some us singed our mouths on some crazy hot flavor. Will order again.
