Ok so, let me first start by saying that I love the food at this place. Its always hot, fresh and delicious. And they never screw my order up. But lets start with the issues I have with this place: ITS THE TWENTY FIRST CENTURY! Seriously, this is the only place I know of that is still running on stone aged systems. Whats more is that this place does amazing business, and the owner is likely too cheap and not smart enough to realize how much money he could save (and make) by updating it. Ive ordered from here a hundred times, and yet, still, every single time I call, they need all of my information over the phone. They even need MY PHONE NUMBER! What place doesnt have caller ID?? I then have to give them my name and address all over again, and, as always, I get questioned on my address which is literally down the road from them. "Is this in Fort Lauderdale or Oakland Park?" "Have we delivered to you before?" And they ALWAYS conclude the phone call with "After we hangup there can be no add ons or changes, and no refunds." Really? Are you kidding me? Bravo owner... customer service at its worst because youre a cheapskate. Are you wanting to pay with a debit or credit card like most people do nowadays? No worries. They just need the card number, the expiration date, the CCV number on the back, the zip code associated with the card, and then on top of all that, they send the delivery driver with one of those manual card imprinting swipers that went extinct back in like, 1995! So you mean to tell me that you want me to give a paper imprinted copy of my bank card to be carried around by a delivery driver??! And what happens to it if it even makes it back? How do i know its even being kept secure? With ID theft these days, this place needs to wake up. Not only do I NOT want to give a full blown copy of my card to anyone, its an incredible nuisance. Its the reason why now if I want to order Wings Plus delivery, I only do so if I have the cash. If I dont, well, they lose my business. Even the mom and pop pizza place down the road has caller ID, and whats more, theyve retained all my info treating me like the good regular customer that I am. All I do is call, they quickly confirm its going to my address (which they already have from my repeat business and phone number), I place my order and done. They even ask me "what will it be today" clearly acknowledging my repeat business that shows in front of them. If I use a card, no CCV is provided, and no imprint garbage either. At Wings Plus when you order delivery, youre always treated like a complete stranger. And I assume an untrusted one. This is my biggest complaint with Wings Plus and it even holds true inside the business. This owner rather hire a squad of employees to run around all over each other, than just update his systems to be more efficient. They still use hand written tickets that they stick on a line for the cooks. Out of all the people working there, only one person can work the register. And if you sit at the bar, you will likely be asked "how is everything" by each person walking by, which comes to being asked at least 10 times each time you eat there. Its good customer service, but it gets annoying. Despite that, the food is always consistent, always good, and always hot and fresh. They have amazing sauces, and killer homemade blue cheese. To put that in perspective, I dont even really like to eat blue cheese, but I always get it here. The place is a complete hole in the wall and nothing for atmosphere, but its clean and the staff is always very friendly. I like eating there for that reason. If it werent for the issues I noted above, this place would be a 5 star review all day long. And owner, if youre reading this, I implore you to look into how much money you could save by updating your systems. Not to mention the drastic improvement of customer service and security, which in turn generates more business.

This business has poor customer service. On September 18th 2015 at 6:18 p.m. . I had ordered food and the lady said that they had the order and then turn around and said they didnt have that on the menu. They turned around and charge me for the food and didnt credit it back on to my account. I called and spoke to a manager that said that the money was supposed to come back on the card the next day. Which I told her that isnt true. I called back today wondering where is my money. The lady stated that it would take 2 to 3 business days for the money to get back on my card. I am disgusted with this place Ive been ordering from this place for 3 years and never had an issue. I spoken to the manager to ask her what can she do to make it right for their mistake. And she said we cant make nothing right for you either you want the food or not. Poor customer service. I called today to try to get a hold of the owner and I was told the owner is in and out. What great owners that be in and out and that dont know how there businesses is ran when theyre not there. I would never recommend anybody to buy food from this place.

I am upset over the fact that I was forced to even give this place 1 star... They offer some of the worst service Ive ever experienced! My negative experience happened YEARS ago and yet I am still frustrated at it enough to write this review. I placed an order for delivery. They messed up my order. I called them to let them know about the error and they had the audacity to yell and blame me for the issue. My line was recorded, so I easily confirmed that it wasnt me that made the mistake. Never gone back and never will! Id rather spend my money on a business that values my money. p.s. to this day I still hear my friends complain about their negative experiences with this place too

They have very bad customer service they promised delivery but dont even check to see if they can deliver to your area you have to call them back to see why after an hour you dont have your food and then they tell you after they charge your card that they dont deliver to you then they dont even let somebody go pick it up without having to come get the card from you to show them and lately their lemon pepper chicken wings has been very nasty tasting I would not recommend this place to anybody theyre very ghetto and their dining area is very cramped and their tables are very dirty if you has never ate here do not eat here go to Buffalo Wings just down the road on Oakland and Federal

Very disappointed. Visa rules prohibit Wings Plus from asking for more information that what Visa requires. Wings Plus wanted to take an imprint of my credit card at time of delivery. They already processed my credit, card by phone, obtained a receipt but were going to write my full credit card number and CVV number on a document held by a delivery driver. This practice is not PCI DSS compliant and as such they no longer have my business. Buyer beware. Also their customer service is lacking, as you can also see from the other reviews. Their foods good, but their service sucks.
