Very rude servers and a manager with quite an attitude! Came in for Tuedays Half-Off tradicional wings. Score! Seated in way back table, asked if i could sit in one of the plenty of booths available instead. Can feel the eye-ball roll and attitude coming. Moved by was supposed to be server with dark eye makeup and big hoop earrings and transferred to different section by pointing at open booth. No help picking up menus for 2 guests. Greeted by new server. Order came 30 minutes later with (slightly warm chicken nuggets) boneless instead of tradicional wings. Server apoligizes and asks if you would like to get other wings. Starving and not going to wait another 45 for wings. He specifically says he would give me tradicional wing half-off price on my boneless wings. Gives me reciept/ticket later with no half-off and still original price. Brings unprofessional manager out to deal with the problem and greets me with a "Okay, What seems to be the problem?" Says all she can is give me 15% off. Wouldnt expect nothing less then from a Buffalo Wild Wings in a mall! Nothing wild about this place. Wont be coming back any time soon.

Terrible service. I placed a order online and had a pickup for Noon. I was greeted with a "what you order" and then never spoke to again. I waited for 20 mins while a multiple people with pick up times after me got there food before me. I then asked about my order again and they said it still wasnt in the window. All while at least 5 employees stood outside the kitchen talking to each other. I said my order was suppose to be ready at noon and that it was now 12:20 and that i was on a thirty minute lunch break. I was then told it was because i ordered online and was told i should have ordered over the phone. Employee told me to file the complaint online and then yelled across the room for her manager saying "this man has a complaint about me." Manager walked with me outside apologized for the wait and the rude service and that he would give me a refund. I have still yet to see a refund. Safe to say I will never go back to this location. And judging by the other poor reviews it seems to be a ongoing problem with the employees and management at this location.

Some coworkers and I went out to Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar for our lunch hour. We work less than five minutes away. There were seven of us and we were seated at a table for five with chairs pulled up. We moved to a round table and the waitress didnt come to the table for a few minutes. Thirty minutes after taking our order, our food was no where to be seen and our waitress had not come back to the table to check on us. We complained to the manager, who rolled his eyes and said it had only been 17 minutes. We didnt get to eat all of our food, had to ask repeatedly for our bill, and were forced to rush back to work, clocking in a few minutes late. A LUNCH place should be able to get their customers in and out in just under and hour.. The managers response only frustrated us further. I will never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar and hope to convince anyone considering it to avoid it as well.

The worst place to come with a group. We came in with a big group of 22. They assigned 1 waitress to us. She took drink orders of a variety. We waited 50 minutes for them to bring any of them out. The waitress in turn was taking food orders. The 2 appetizer came out before drinks. We waited over and 1 1/2 hour for food. One from our group got up and walked over to another waitress to ask for a glass of water, they walked off and then came back to talk to other people. She finally got up and went to bar and ask for water. We let waitress know we are not upset with her but the fact that her management team did not put another person with her. When food was delivered I wanted lettuce, cheese and grilled chicken only on a salad. There was traces of tomatoes that they had picked off. After 2 hours 2 other wait staff came over and asked if we need any drinks. Seriously worst place ever.

Sorry to say it was probably one of the worst dining ( I use that term very loosely in this case ) experiences in recent memory . Service was poor and slow. The food was passable only because everyone was starving after driving all day. When questioning the waitress about how a meal was prepared, the waitress simply said that this was not a corporate store and that they prepared it the way they wanted to. Enough said.

I love BWWs wings and sauces, and they have significantly improved their beer selection over the last couple of years. Unfortunately, this one is always extremely crowded and they always have the music blaring. If you go here, plan to sit in the bar area (or at the bar) as dining area seating is limited and seems to fill up quick. This location has a pretty nice outdoor seating area, complete with and outdoor bar.

Just walked out. Went in with my family and my autistic son was holding a small bag. Inside the small bag was one cookie. (Not eating it, just holding the bag). We were coming in to eat and have dessert! Hostess said we were not allowed to enter their restaurant with outside food and drink. Lost a minimum of 100 tab over one .59 cookie bought because our son living with autism asked for a cookie. Good grief.

I called and they said they had about a 10 to 15 minute wait. When I got there about 5 minutes later the wait time magically jumped to 35 minutes. Confused, I then called right before I left to see if the wait actually raised or they were just tricking me. Sure enough they said about 10 to 15 minutes. I will likely never eat at Buffalo Wild Wings again..

We sat at the bar and the bartender, Ollie, took my initial drink order. She never spoke or looked in my direction again. She refilled my brothers drink and asked if he wanted food. Poor service and lost revenue for this particular Buffalo Wild Wings.

The food was excelent. The wings were very crispy and the Pickles were amazing.... However the place needs a top to bottom cleaning. Swarms of fruit flies means they dont properly clean the bar area......

Service is terrible. No refills and I had to ask for napkins which we got right as I was finishing the last chip. This was the second time this week we had a bad experience with the valley view BW3s.

Love the dry rub seasoning on the wings. Once I got some that were a little luke warm, but management replaced them quickly. Great atmosphere for sports and the waitresses are cute!

The wings there are good like every Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. The wait is also long which is my reason for giving it a 4. The staff is nice and does there job well.

Its like most BWS except I didnt get a very interested server. She was really connected to a table near me laughing and caring on. I had to ask repeatedly for refills.
