Buffalo Wild Wings is all about the sauce. Their wings are horrible in quality, but their sauces make up for it (somewhat). Ill start by getting the wings themselves out of the way. They are on the smaller side, and a typical serving is mostly wings, without very many drumsticks. The boneless version is not worth mentioning because they are garbage. The sauces are awesome thou. This is the one good thing I can say about them. If heat is your thing however, this is not the place. The variety and uniqueness of flavors in their sauces is great however. About the heat. Their hottest sauce is around a 7/10 on any enthusiasts scale. Its not about the hottest wing, its about the fear factor of knowing there is a monster lying just around the corner, daring those who challenge it. In this case however, put the kids back to bed, there is no heat. Good beer specials on Fri/Sat. $1.50 drafts on rotating domestic drafts *(local to bburg)? Lastly.....(Blacksburg only) You got rid of the pool tables....for shame....WHY!?!?!?

I really hate its service. I have been there three times during two weeks in order to order a cup of soup. The first time, one of your stuff told me they only serve soup before 2pm. The second time, I came there before 2pm some day, one of your stuff told me they only serve soup from Monday to Friday. The last time, today, I came there and ordered a soup again, one of your stuff told me they run out of soup and also the store wont serve soup any more. It is really impolite to cheat or deliver the discontinued information to your loyal customer! Dont play with your customer! It is not fun! Do you think it is proper to waste your customers time again and again?

Went in for Sunday football. Food was good and order was correct. The worst part was our server. We sat in the bar section and it was the worst service Ive ever had. The most unfortunate part is all the people at my table were servers and bartenders. We empathize with servers and bartenders but not today. She paid attention to every table but ours. Only asked us twice if we needed anything and we were there for almost 2 hours. We understand that it might have been a bad day for her, but it seems like every other table was well taken care of except ours. The guy bartender was a lot more help and he deserves a lot more credit.

Literally the worst BW Ive been to from west coast to east coast. Went on a Saturday afternoon. Service was shoddy, our table was dirty, the wings werent good (really fatty, over cooked), etc. We grabbed a table at the bar area. The waitress was reluctant to really check up on us much up until I had to go up to the bar a couple times and interrupt her conversation with another employee and Etsy appeared to be a friend. I get it if it was a one time thing but our entire experience was like that. Im usually a big fan of BW, but this was a first and last trip to this one for me and the wife

I had an evening where the food wasnt exactly the best, however, management at this location is amazing. Im not one to ever have any issues with my service, nor would I ever be disrespectful to my waitress, but I was unhappy with the quality of the food I received. Adam turned this bad experience into a great one. If you ever have an issue with the service or food, just be honest, not rude. Dont give it a bad rating all because youre upset. Make yourself heard, theyll take care of you!

The food is top notch but the location is so small. This store was built in an odd shaped parking lot and i understand its limited space but after eating several larger buffalo wild wings this place is cramped. The weight for a table isnt about having a huge number of guests but related to its lack of tables. They have a decent gluten free menu and food is nice and hot.

How can it be so expensive and so slow and the food is s**t all at the same time, but people still constantly buy it? The boneless wings are not wings. Now most restaurants use breast meat for chicken bites, but few establishments would actually insist on calling them "wings". And BWW deems itself a restaurant specialized in wing products. Unbelievable.

Edit: I found hair in my both of my entrees, received dirty napkins, and waited awhile for my lunch. So its a hit or miss here. Just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings with a nice touch of friendly service! Lunch times are not so bad in terms of finding a table. I usually get a decent amount of attention from the staff so I get checked on a few times.

Always a love of good bar food. It was very busy while we were here, but on the upside although they were very busy the service was great, food got to us fast, and the food was great. Ordered large wings, po boy shrimp sandwich and the house sampler . Ive been to BWW in different areas that are dead and didnt get the speed of service as I got here.

We are big fans of BDubs, but this location is just awful. The service was bad with our hostess pushing all of her tables close to one another to avoid walking and the atmosphere was atrocious. They only have one speaker and were BLARING awful music. The food was great as always but we will definitely stick to our usual Valley View location.

Had high hopes for BWW as I had never been to one. The wings were small, the sauces mediocre at best. The were cooked too dry & just not what a wing should be. Better wings can be had at Sharkeys. Service wasnt bad, probably cause we were at a pub table near the bar. Not worth the wait & small wing size.

the food there is almost always great, it only is bad when absolutely stuffed during sports games and the prices are quite fair, the boneless wings are great, but they changed them to be smaller but more of them which is weird. the fries are always awesome and the food is better than sharkeys

I went there for a pick-up order and the both waiters ignored me and served people who came after me while i stood right in front of them like an idiot for five minutes. Also my order was not correct. I know they are busy on Tuesday but at least get someone who can see who came first.

If the place is busy ,expect that the service will be very very slow. It typically takes an hour to get your food, and thats at least a half hour after the table that came in after you has gotten theirs. During non-peak hours however the waitstaff is great! I always enjoy the food.

I love the food, but I have ate here 3 times as I travel through and every time the service has been horrible. Im not sure if its because its a college town and all the staff are students, but bartenders, waitstaff, & hostess have been rude and have zero people skills.

Food is exactly what you expect from a BWW. Take out service has been perfect every time. Dined in once, and the service was good but kinda uncomfortable. The server kept getting very close to being out right rude and then switched over to polite suddenly.
