It would be nice to be served "WINGS" instead of drum sticks. Is there a shortage of wings? Seems to me that it is a cheap substitution that would not be allowed in any other context. Imagine ordering a filet mignon and being served a flank. Yes its beef, but a totally different cut. I asked my server if I could specify my preference and her quick response was that that was not allowed. Without checking. Which tells me that I am not the only patron with this request. Is it not false advertisement to state your selling "wings" when your actually serving a drum stick? At the very least, bait and switch.

Used to be the best place in Mt. P for Wings. Went back after a few months, and the place has really gone downhill. On a busy night, the girls at the counter are bypassing the wait list to seat their friends first. The wings seem to have been cooked in mass much earlier and then are tossed in poor versious of their signature sauces. Two of the sauces were oily messes that stuck to the plate and had no flavor. The General Sauce tasted like ketchup, absolutely no heat. It looks like they cull the worst of the wings throughout the week and this is what they serve on their special.

Ive always found this particular location to be my favorite Wild Wings out of all the Charleston Locations. Downtown is good, but can get overly crowded at times. This location does good business but isnt as bad as Downtown when youre trying to move around inside. The food is always great! The spinach dip is always a must!! I enjoy the Live Music and Wing Specials! Service here is usually pretty good also. I dont think Ive ever had any problems here in the 12 years Ive eaten here off an on.

Ordered to-go and was told it would be 10-20 minutes so arrived at around 30 minutes and sat and waited another 30-40 minutes while the staff stood around and looked at me. Not to mention the employees terrible language that is heard clear as day from the front of the restaurant! Definitely not a family oriented place! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT! Will not be using this location again and would highly recommend anyone that might choose this location to do so as well.

The bartender had no personality. He made it seem like we were a burden. I had a problem with my food and according to the bartender i ordered wrong even though i get the same thing all the time there. When food came out it was worse than the first one. This place apparently has new owners and from my experience it has gone downhill in a hurry. Only reason to go here is 2 dollar vodkas on thursday night but eat before you get there,

Came in for lunch buffet. Of the 5 bone in choices only 4 available. Large group came and all plates and wings wete taken. It took 10 minutes to replace plates 17 to bring 1 voice of wings and 24 to bring out two more. No manager making sure all was running well. Have been to Wild wings since first open, and am truly disappointed with new ownership. Its a sinking ship. Not worth another visit nor even one star.

Server has serious hearing problems. Did not get anything right the firest time. And then when we asked her why the order was messed up she said I didnt hear that come out your mouth. Not progessional. Should be at a McDonalds drive through saying do you want fries with that. Also maybe if the music wasnt quite so loud she could hear. Maybe not.

I used to frequent this place in Augusta and its a great place to hang out. I like the Buffarella wrap. For some reason my Verizon phone does get reception in this building but I believe they have wifi. One of the best things is that the Golden Tee machine is right by the bar so its easy to get a drink. The sign below is on the patio.

The staff was great! We had our dog with us and was starved they allowed us to bring our dog to the outside seating and stay with us. I was so happy that i didnt have to lock my dog in a hot car while we ate. Thanks alot for being dog friendly it means alot to pet owners and you have made a loyal customer.

Worst bar maids in town. They act like they are doing you a favor to even look at you. We spent the whole day during Irish fest. We left to eat some where else and came back. When Plane Jane (Great Band) was over we left again. We will be glad to spend out $ some where else!!

Was taken here for a "thank you luncheon" by my boss. Everything tasted great and had enough to take home as well. Was happy with the choices I made as wing flavors for atomic and firebreather. Wait staff was attentive considering there was a mass crowd of us.

Disappointed. Wings were not fresh at all. Seemed like they reheated the wings left over after their buffet. Sent them back, got better quality wings but not the sauce we ordered. Did not feel like sending it back again. Ate paid and left.

So wheres the servers? We sat down and didnt get service for 15 minutes. Not a drink order not even an acknowledgment we were even there. The table next to us waited an hour for their food. Supposedly our sever had to go home... ☹️

My husband ordered a Sweet tea 3 times, before actually getting it. All from the SAME waitress. They didnt know how to make a Pearl Harbor at the BAR. Food was OVER cooked. Waitress NEVER checked back on drinks, or Food!

Been eating there crap for years and always go back for the conviennce. Wish there were something else for good wings. But they have the foot on it here. Arts has probably the best wings. But are pricy.

I had the blue cheese burger and while the blue cheese wasnt very strong, the hamburger was fantastic. It was grilled with just a hint of crispiness. The grilled vegetables are also a great side dish.

Great food! With the numerous seafood restaurants around this location, it isnt usually crowded, even on weekends, but if you are in the mood for great wings, its worth a look!

Great place for wings! We travel from James Island for the wings here and they are always top notch. This place can be busy and the wait long but always worth it.
