The Worst Chinese food, let start that for almost 23 dollars that I paid here plus tip for delivery I could go to the Japanese Buffet on us1...So I EXPECT TOP QUALITY FOOD..no this disgusting Half But Prepared, Krab Ragoon were full of almost rancid cream cheese tiny tiny tiny bits of crab you barley can taste them or feel them with all the nasty flavor cream cheese, Went and give a try to the rice and almost in the middle meanwhile I was grasping a Burned Flavor on the rice then I got a raw or discomposed shrimp it smell and taste like it ...Thenn I go and give a taste to the wongtong sup O shout that thing was bad too...I hope this bring the best of your kitchen and not because You have a crappy day or life you have to give this to your customers ....Embrace your Business And Sorry for the full review but I feel sad working 15 days waiting to get paid to treat my self on Sunday and I barley was able to eat half of the food...Thats messup

I am super annoyed. I saw their 4 star grubhub rating, so I tried it. The delivery took over an hour. The delivery guy ASKED for a tip. So I get to pay a 2.00 delivery charge, and I felt I had to tip as well since he asked. Then I find out after I closed the door: The delivery did not include utensils. (Which was a big issue since I was cleaning my old apartment I just moved from so I did not have anything there.) I asked the delivery guy before he left, and he just offered me soy sauce and told me next time to ask.. really? I have to ask for utensils on takeout? Then I go back inside and he leaves, I realize they shorted us an egg roll. I ordered pork fried rice and paid an extra $2 for it. They literally took white rice, quickly stirred soy sauce in it and dumped a few tidbits of pork in it. It tasted like MUSH. I ate 3 bites and threw it away. Never ordering from here again.

Ive been eating shrimp mushu and steamed dumplings here for a couple of years. Whether take-out or delivered, the veggies were always totally fresh and plentiful, the shrimp were large and cooked to delicate perfection. The steamed dumplings were always tasty and luxurious. Today, a new cook, and the food has gone down the tubes. Totally horrible. When we complained that our 2 person order of mushu for 40$ was horrible, all they offered was a 2$ discount on our next visit. Very disappointing.

If I had an option to give a negative 5 on this place I would but it only allows me to give a 1 star. This place is disgusting, I did a pickup order they told me 15 minutes come pickup the food. I arrived 20 minutes later, the food wasnt even ready. When I looked in the back the kitchen was very dirty, rice was all over the floor, pieces of poultry and meat was on the floor, the person who cleans the kitchen also handles the food with no gloves, this place is disgusting , do not eat here.

Quick service, got the lo mein, pepper steak, and general tso chicken. Lo mein was under flavored but better than most pepper steak was the best flavor. Chicken was well done but sauce was good. Absolute worst part is the egg drop soup. It tasted like moldly water, I added 2tsp siracha and 1 packet soy sauce and it still was the worst soup I have ever had in my entire life.

Im calling the health department tomorrow to investigate the food was sooooo greasy and tastless like literally it had a whole bunch of grease collected at the bottom of the tray it caused two healthy people to get sick and vomit all day and when I called to complain the guy hung up on me the worst restaurant ever if I could give negative stars I would

East China is near my house, and is a regular stop for food in a hurry. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is of good quality at a fair price. The storefront is very simple and the interior spare. Most of the patrons get take out, as there are only a few chairs, which are not very comfortable.

Absolutely terrible service !!! I order at LEAST 3 times a week from and I just placed a $19.97 order and 10 min later i get a call back saying i live to far away... but they have delivered here before, and to top it off they always forget utensils and napkins and just not friendly

Delicious food , quick service! We had a girls night and I ordered cashew chicken , mushu beef and Mongolian beef with white rice and two free egg rolls when you spend over $25 ! It was all so tasty and the portion size is amazing ! I had leftovers for lunch the next day.

The service was OK, but the food was HORRIBLE!! I had garlic chicken, which was very dry, and the sauce that came with it was like watery syrup. I also got egg drop soup, which I only took a few spoonfuls of- and it was GROSS, and very watery too!

I ordered a Jumbo size with a combination of pork, chicken, and shrimp and got only 4 shrimps with 99% rice and I called and the guy told me I didnt order chicken. Really bad customer service. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. BAD FOOD AND BAD SERVICE>

Never Again! Messed up my order and gave me a soup (2. 35$) so i asked if i could get a soda (.85 cents) instead. The lady there was very rude and yelled at m NO SUBSTITUTION!!!! Terrable way the treat the people who pay you.
