Horrible customer service and very rude!!!! I ordered lunch from work to be delivered to my home for my husband and SPECIFICALLY told them that it was the house in the back. When the driver got there, he called because he was knocking on the front door. I tried to explain to him that he needed to go to the back door repeatedly, only for him to overtalk me, not listen to ONE WORD I said, and then ultimately hung up on me. My husband (a double amputee) had to go outside and chase the driver down so he could get his food. Shortly after, I checked my bank account to find out they charged me credit card twice for the order. I called them about it and the woman who answered the phone again was very rude. I asked to speak to a manager and/or the owner (because at this point I have completely had it!!!) and she just kept repeating herself that the charge was voided (said this to me about 7 times, while in return I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager). Ultimately, she too hung up on me. I will never order from here again!!!

Initially when I ordered food here, admittedly I thought it was a good experience. The only guy that works there was nice, and answered all my questions about some of the dishes. However, my second visit was bad. I placed an order over the phone for carry-out, and the girl that answered was rude and had an attitude. She cut me off and put me on hold. I heard her apologize to someone and said that my voice was annoying her. I went ahead with my order any way, only to find that things got worse. The food was extremely hot (which they do not warn you about), the owner had an attitude about giving us some hot oil, and to top it all off the food was not fresh. All they did was reheat it. They just lost a customer. I do NOT recommend China Canton Restaurant.

New owners,,and even if it were old owners.....5star....do anyone see a pattern here,if things dont work out on there way there say something about it,,,people will alway so the negative!!!! But even if its positive that have nothing to say......people admit the negative never the positive!!! And let me tell you ,,,this company is Awesome! It might not be what everyone wants ,,,but its cuz they want cheaper and they want to be nasty so something bout them feels better bout them selves"""""I have a company in south beach!! Who ever the cashier is, they told me they were also the delivery driver. Really? Treated me terrible over the phone, and told me they wouldnt take my order. Also told me they dont care if I write a bad review because it "wasnt there business" I asked for this persons name and she hung up he phone. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

So-so, and wicked expensive for what it is. $12 for overdone, tasteless chicken in sugar sauce and a Sprite. Also, the bathrooms look like a horror movie and smell like a sewer. Not to mention the cashier handling raw pork in between transactions and not washing her hands. Gross!

The food used to be the best in town but this place fell off the Map!!!....The delivery takes forever. They give you a great size amount of rice but the chicken is so hard it would literally chip a tooth.
