HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! very displeased. I called in to make a delivery order and as soon as the man answered the phone he was being rude and disrespectful !! I ordered honey garlic chicken with rice and a soda . And a side of sweet and sour chicken . Asked him a question about the sweet and sour chicken and he told me he rather not answer that ... What kind of place is this ?? My order finally came in 40minutes later . The food was cold . The rice was hard and burnt . The honey garlic chicken had no sauce tasted burnt like it was cooked more then once and ontop of that the sweet and sour chicken had barely any chicken in them more breading then anything . && the soda taste years old very syrupy && flat . If i can give this place ZERO stars i would . Take it from me and never order from here !!!

Just moved from NY and first experience with eating Chinese food from restaurant located next to Dunkin Donuts in North Ridge Shopping Center was highly disappointing. So glad I found this restaurant and the reviews convinced me to order. Great food, very tasty and flavorful, clean, not greasy at all, fresh. It does not taste like the food has been re-heated throughout the day. Delivery was faster than we were told and even delivery man was very pleasant. The food is definitely comparable to many Chinese takeout spots I have eaten from and I can honestly say the food exceeded my expectations 100%. Will be the only place I will order Chinese food from now on. Thanks for making us feel like we are back home.

China moon and staff you have amazing service and were very fast on my delivary, the poor rading is not a reflection of your service, but rather your food quality... I have never eaten here before today, I ordered crab ragoon chicken fingers chicken lomain and rice... The sweet sauce is basic sauce u would find in packets, the crab ragoon tasty like over salted crab that had a metal after taste, my chicken fingers were cold...the lomein was awesome and rice well its rice. I will give it one more try may be another dish but the quality extremely disapointing when you want a good Chinese food night.

Had been going to china moon for a few months. Always did pick up. Somewhat pricey for what is provided. Didnt mind initially because food was quite good the first 2 times. But then quality began to vary widely from order to order. At times the chicken in dishes seemed to be something other than chicken or poor quality chicken that was stringy and had an odd taste. Likewise sauces on one visit would be properly thickened and other times would be the consistency of water. Have stopped going because of this.

Today marks the day i stopped ordering from this people. i never ordered any dinner less than 4 people, which is about $45.Not to for get tip as well. My point is customer services sucks. been that the food it okay in town, they are very dishonest. i do not appreciate their customers. They would rather lose $45, than to loose $9. It sad to say, if i was the store owner, i would be a fool not to take action. if i was to recommend this people, i would say Hell No. Id rather bring it over to pei-wei now. lol

Horrible service, Im the type of person to give the benefit of the doubt...after ordering from this place for a few years it never fails that they never complete the order correctly not to mention giving you your money back for what you didnt receive on your order, I definitely wont be giving them my business any longer!

There are awesome and fast as hell.. you order and pow! there is your food. The dumplings are my fav.. and i also get the House special wonton and the Low mien... soooo goood.. Im gonna order some right now and I saw the poor reviews and had to leave one of my own.
