I had so many problems with yesterdays order at Jinsha. I had made an order at 8:40pm on Beyond Menu which is the usual delivery app I use. I had called at 9:30pm to check the status of the order and a gentleman had told me that hes on his way and I gave him a gate code. I called back at 9:47pm to make sure hes not lost, and a different gentleman picked up and said the food was not even ready. I mentioned to remind them that I have a huge shellfish allergy so please separate the ginger and wasabi since they have no done that previously. I had two rolls my self and my house guest had a roll. I noted in the notes for my rolls that I am allergic to shellfish. And noted in the general notes to separate the ginger and wasabi. I also told the delivery guy on the phone these important things and he said ok. I asked for plastic utensils and he said okay to all. 4. The delivery guy had arrived around 10:30pm (I ordered 8:40pm). He mentioned next to call the restaurant instead of using the BeyondMenu app because soon they will have to raise the prices on the menu since BeyondMenu takes away 20% of each check from them. I checked my food and observed that all the rolls are together, including the shrimp roll that was ordered by my guest and my rolls in the same container touching. I had told him and he said he only read the general notes. And I should have been more specific- I had allergy to Shellfish for all the particular items I ordered. He said he will see if I can get a credit for next time. In which I waited 2 hours to not be able to eat anything. And I will not be dining there again since they did not read the instructions I clearly stated. Im so frustrated and disappointed! No food, no utensils, no service, and so much negativity. I will not be accepting a credit.

Dropped 40 dollars on food from this place, picked it up and drove back, when I arrived my order was incorrect. I called and and asked if I could come pick up what I ordered, because it was a incorrect, after some yelling in the background he confirmed they made a mistake. I ordered the scallop and shrimp Hibachi. I was informed that because what they gave me "double order scallop", instead of what I ordered, I would have to be charged extra to get my shrimp. After they confirmed it was their mistake! Stay away, really, I mean physically stay away. The place is surrounded by a homeless encampment of about 20-30 people. I didnt even feel comfortable leaving my girlfriend in the car alone while I went to pick up the food. Awful experience. Food didnt even make up for the poor customer service, small portions and tasted blah.

Over an hour to deliver... not to mentiom when forgot sauces and when calling back took 25 minutes to answer. When i mentioned fried noodles that were part of combination was STALE their excuse was because they were busy!!! BS nothing is STALE after an hour if they were FRESHLY MADE!!! They offered me soup which i did not want nor asked for then had the nerve to HANG UP ON ME!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY FOOD!!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. MY FAULT TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT TO ORDER AGAIN!!!!!!

Rude people, dont ever order from here. Spent over 40$ and what I received was them hanging the phone On me when I was questioning why it was taking so long .. and top of everything the delivery guy yelling at me over the phone saying "if he gets to it he will get it". Then when he finally pulls up he comes at me aggressively. 1 star would be a gift.

Dont let a 1 star rating fool u this place is amazing the dumplings r to die for with that special sauce they have for them also the sushi is incredibly he adds all the trimming that take a roll to another level there food is not typical restaurant depot style Chinese theres is defiantly love n time put into the food #fireaf

The customer service is absolutely terrible... my food was an hour late and when I was trying to call them, they took the phone off the hook. The delivery man finally showed up as I was about to drive up there to find my food and he told me the manager was terribly busy. Absolutely terrible.

Ordered delivery from here the other night. It took over an hour and a half to get the food. When the food arrived I was very dissapoonted. Portion sizes are very small. Food quality is low. Honestly Ive had better sushi from Walmart. Will not be getting food from here again.

This is my number one go to place fir Oriental Cuisine. I have dived in as well as ordered take out its a little bit on the pricey but the value is worth it. The food is excellent my two favorite menu items are Singapore Noodles and the Family Value Pack that feeds 4-6 people

They fake teriyaki chicken Taste like trash, also they stay forgetting dinks and my order was incorrect. They lucky i dont live in fl, cause i would of went in person to throw in they face and smack the fake Japanese out of them
