We had a delivery of food last night,3/9/13. I ordered nothing at all fancy, Pork Fried Rice, Egg Foo Young, Edamame, and Free Egg Rolls (We had a coupon!) EVERYTHING WAS FABULOUS!!! The Rice was full of pieces of Chinese Roasted Pork and just the right amount of vegetables. The Egg Foo Young likewise with lots of meat and veggies, just the way my wife and I like it!! The food was perfectly spiced. When we called in, the order taker said it would be 30-40 minutes. I asked for some extra Duck Sauce. The food was delivered 32 minutes later (Right on Time!!) and was piping hot. There were about 4 extra Duck Sauce Packets!! This is definitely our new basic Chinese restaurant. They did this good a job on a busy (Saturday) Night for a customer that had never ordered before!!! I cant wait to try some of their other dishes. Thanks for a great meal.

this place should be shut down! I ordered their chicken pad thai and it was very bland the next day I was throwing up and went to the hospital because I had fever found out I had food poisoning.fast forward, I was ata bar in the Deerfield Beach area and through conversation with a couple at the bar found out that they had gotten food poisoning as well 5 months before I got poisoned.what this shows me is that obviously they dont care about proper storage of their food and I contacted the health department because this is horrible! somebody can die from food poisoning. this couple that I met at the bar they ate totally different dishes than me and they got sick and went to the hospital as well. stay away from this place!!

Came here because it was listed on Sun~Sentinal as the best Chinese in South Florida. Not sure what other restaurants people who eat here have eaten in the past but it is not the best by any means. The restaurant was so hot I was sweating sitting at my table. The noodles they give you to munch on were stale. The wonton soup was not anything to write home about and the pork fried rice was terrible. If you are looking for excellent Chinese food Christina Wans in Ft .Lauderdale is by far the greatest Chinese food in South Florida hands down.

I ordered take out to double tree and they didnt bring any silverware or napkins. I specifically asked for these two things because our room doesnt have any. I called back immediately and after claiming that the delivery guy already left (how, this was 2 seconds later?) they first hung up on me and then after calling back again they said would drop it off in a little bit. I am sitting here with food and no way to eat it. Order from some where else. Who knows if it is even good...

My fiance and I just ordered food from here and it was absolutely disgusting. Her general tsos chicken was rubbery and tasted bland, we ordered crab rangoons that were nearly empty inside with almost no filling, and my Pad Thai was also bland with strangely yellow noodles and gristle in nearly all of the chicken. Do NOT order from or eat at this place. They really need to rethink the decisions theyre making in their kitchen.

Just stopped by after coming down from school and I have to say that Im impressed. Hunan Beef is the bomb, it actually tasted fresh compared to other Chinese places I go to over in Gainesville. Highly recommend this place if you dont like disgusting MSG after-taste the typical place gives you. I prefer a healthy alternative compared to high sodium foods and this is the best place you can go to that provides that.

FOOD WAS SO NASTY. I ORDER THE BONELESS RIBS AND PORK FRIED RICE. RIBS WAS NOT BONELESS. DIDNT HAVE NO TASTE AND HAD NO SAUCE ON THEM. THE RICES WAS DRY AND HAD NO TASTE. AFTER EATING A COUPLE BITES I STARTED THROWING UP. THE FOOD DOESNT EVEN TASTE LIKE REAL CHINESE FOOD. WORST PLACE I EVER ATE FROM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! So far Ive tried the general tao, orange, and sweet and sour chicken from here, by far the best Ive had in my town. My parents have also had food from here, couple fried rice and krab Rangoon and they also said its he best they have ever had. I highly recommend stopping by if youre in the area.

The pan fried dumplings and chicken wings are the best I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. Not to mention the amount of food for the price is phenomenal. China gourmet is number one on my list of Chinese restaurants. Everyone needs to check it out. Still the best Chinese place around.

Today I ordered honey garlic wings with shrimp fried rice and a spring roll. The wings were huge no flavor, the rice was awful and the spring roll seemed as if it was sitting in grease for hours. I am puzzled as to why this place would be voted best in anything. So disappointed!

Ive always been a big fan of China Gourmet! I usually order crab rangoon as my appetizer and either Hunan Shrimp or Cashew Chicken as my entree. Also, the trick is to order a small or large fried rice and not the combo because the rice isnt as good.

I dont even understand how some people gave this place a good review... Worst chinese food Ive probably ever had. Please dont go here save your money. Food is so bland and tasteless. Felt like I was eating fried cardboard smothered in sauce...

not the best, but deerfield beach doesnt have better alternatives. gen. taos chicken was excellent and all white meat. sushi was fresh ans tasty. not much ambiance, but i ordered takeout so i didnt care. good value for the qty and quality.

The sushi bar was amazing twenty choices presentation flavor and down to ever detail wad amazing....the buffet had plenty to choose from but didnt try that many things. The sushi in itself was more then amazing for ten bucks

Chinagourmet was a very pleasant surprise, yum! Delivery was super fast, lots of quality food for the money ($16-ish for 2 of us delivered), and meat quality was very high. Id be happy to recommend and eat here again.
