This was the absolute worst venue I have ever attended. Had tickets feb3 2015 to see Bob Seger. Got off the interstate with less than 1 mile to Germaine Arena 20 minutes before showtime. Spent the next 50 minutes in gridlock traffic trying to get to the arena to park. Finally got to the entrance and police are turning the cars away as the lot was full. We found parking far away in a shopping mall. (Later I learned that this venue has parking for 2000 cars and seating for 8000 people). After getting blisters on my feet from my unplanned hike, we approached the arena entrance and endured the smell of raw sewage and pipes spewing out smelly liquid which came within inches of drenching me along the way, a result of some sort of construction underway. After finally making it into the arena nearly an hour late, a total of 2 ladies restrooms for the entire arena are lined up 50 people deep. Very small arena seats had even average sized people getting to know each other better. Annoyed with the unpleasant experience and in an effort to beat traffic gridlock on our exit, we noticed police closing off lanes, and forcing traffic and pedestrians out of the arena via one lane. No sidewalks for people making the whole exodus dangerous and slow. Security and police made no effort to direct traffic to parking areas or to ensure the safe and efficient flow of traffic and people. I will never attend another event at Germaine Arena.

Worse time at a restaurant that Ive ever had. We had a 630 reservation for a 730 concert. You would think that being in the same building , you would make it to your seat in time, but no. We decided to have Valentines day dinner at the restaurant they have. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I just hope the waitress we had is in school to be something else, because she will never make it waiting tables. I just dont understand having to have my credit card before i start to eat. They made us start a tab, probably expecting people to walk out. My friends ordered their first round of drinks that took at least 20 min to receive. Im talking a bud lite and a glass of wine only. After they ordered their second round, the concert had begun. And they never received them. I had to beg for our checks just so we wouldnt miss anymore of the first act than we already had. We finally got our checks and my friends had been charged for the drinks they never received. I would highly recommended McDonalds over this place if you are going to eat before a concert. Thanks for ruining the whole vibe of our Valentines day.

Was just at Germain Arena for the Wild N Out concert and the security forced everyone that DIDNT get a autograph to leave the building, and was not done in a professional manner as should a professional security business should do and know that their job is to deal and communicate with the public and it doesnt mean that you have to be rude or arrogant just to tell someone that Nick Cannon changed his mind about autographs. Only the staff knows this information, inform the actual paying customers that autographs have been canceled instead of treating ticket holders as if we knew of this information. I feel like the whole night was ruined due to staff and thats a shame and makes this establishment and anyone wanting to perform here look awful. I couldnt even buy merchandise and was waiting in line to do so when was asked if I worked there, that if not, leave now. And there was around 200 people standing there also. Absolutely unprofessional. And would think if Nick Cannon or the Wild N Out crew were to see how their paying and supportive customers were just treated after the preformance, would be in shock.

Enjoyed the Wild Kratts live event tonight. Id rate the experience 5/5. There was an intermission allowing kids to stretch their legs. Food at events is always pricey. Thats part of going out. There was some security at the door, not very heavy at all. My only complaint, the floors. Under my seat was so sticky my shoe completely stuck to the ground. This is also to be expected in an arena. Overall I always enjoy Germain Arena.

Saw Jeff Dunham this week. Great show. HORRIBLE venue. As others have stated the seats are hard as stone. With the advance time to get there and the time of the show, wed been sitting for a good 4 hours. Will never again go to an event here. I challenge any member of the Germain family to come out and sit in those seats, crammed up against the person next to you.

I never went ice skateing before an i just randomly went with family it was awsome and cheap i hope to go again the only negitave thing i have to say about it is the food and drinks are like 2x as much as what it should be i bought a pizza 13$ that not so bad i guess but the fanta and spraite came out to be 8$ i was thinking to my self what the hell lol

I loved the ice skating! Even if you dont skate it is fun to watch. I did get a blister but that was my fault because I wour the wrong size skates... Its very cheap and fun for everyone. I definitely recommend it unless you cant stand the cold. I will be going again soon

Great arena for concerts but may be a bit small for really big artists. The luke bryan concert was a great event and wish there were more country stars coming in the future. Hockey ganes are always fun as well! Everblades put on a show each night!

I definitely recommend this place is you can come here for open skating. Watching a game here is great too. Arrive early, traffic is awful.

They did a good job designing the arena. Parking is $5 however, you can park at Miromar which is next door and just walk over.
