This place is at the entrance to the Concourse area just beyond the Central Checkpoint. I stopped for breakfast. I had an hour before boarding so was not stressed on time. The service was quite good as Brooke did a terrific job. I seated myself and my order was taken within three or four minutes. My food was out about five minutes after that. I tried the Corned Beef Hash and Eggs and was quite happy with my selection. The atmosphere was dark and quiet...perfect for 5:30 AM. It offered a great place to chill while awaiting my flight time. I will stop again for a meal in the future if the situation allows.

The airport is packed but only a handful of tables filled here... they must have known. The young waitress was not attentive to any of her customers and one table had to go the the bar several times to get service and their bill. The waitresses hollering at each other at 7 in the morning is not a pleasant experience. Horrible service - this place should be packed but we know why its not sadly. Now shes talking loudly about other servers and customers. . Not professional

Agree with previous poster...horrible service. Waited 15 minutes at bar and Noone took order. Less than 10 people in bar at 530 am so not busy. When I finally said excuse me Id like to order was greeted with rudeness. In the 15 minutes I sat there four other customers left in disgust. Its an airport...be prompt and courteous. I left to get my breakfast elsewhere and will avoid the next three weeks Im traveling through Cleveland airport.

Extended period between sitting (self seating) and service. Ordered $15 burger plus Diet Coke. Was asked how I wanted burger cooked and said medium. The burger was actually extremely well done, but I was in a hurry. Who in an airport isnt? Waitress never came back to check on me, so I went to the bar to get refills. Burger came with pretzel bun, but I had to chase to get mustard. The food may normally be good, but burned burger isnt my thing.

A British Pub in Cleveland Airport! I am not sure if there is any story behind it. What I can say the food is just like what we had back to UK... the standard you can expected from a British food lol but good service though. Whenever your flight got delayed (most of time in my case) I will grab a drink from here.

Ordered a Rueben. It was short on sauerkraut and heavy on corned beef. Unfortunately, it was the toughest corned beef I have ever experienced. Could hardly bite through it without pulling the entire sandwich apart. Nice atmosphere. Cold beer and good service.

Slow, surly wait staff. If you tell them youve been waiting, expect the responsiveness to worsen. This is an airport, be prompt and efficient. Food, sub par even for a pub. Unfortunately, one of the few dine in options at CLE. Not good at all.

Service was fast. Mushroom & Swiss burger was good, though a little greasy. Fries were nice and crisp. Sit inside if possible. The "open air" patio is exposed to all of the noises of people walking past in the concourse.

Zero service at the bar. There are literally 8 people in the establishment and I havent seen the bartender in 10 minutes. Food cooked wrong, no apologies no anything. Eat ANYWHERE else in the airport.

I assume inattentive servers in kilts is supposed to be a selling point? Ok for beers, but the standard pub food offerings here are overly greasy. Food court is a much better dining option.
