This is the 2nd time weve been there and the service has been absolutely horrible both times. Had to ask for a waitress as they walked all around us, got a dirty water glass, our appetizer was delivered (was pretty good) and when the waitress asked how it was, our response was "it would be better with our beer order", which shed taken before we ordered the appetizer. Told her wed had a bad service experience before, and she said she would get our order when the appetizers were delivered. The 3rd trip to our table after they were delivered she asked if we were ready to order. Said the check would be sufficient. At no time did any management stop by to ask our opinion or try to make things right.

Went to dinner for my Birthday with 6 others , the food was not ok , the service was terrible , the waitress was on her second day. Poor girl ! She should not have been by herself. My food had been sitting under the heat lamps because the plate was so hot you couldnt even touch it and it was dry . ( I managed restaurants before so this I know ) We never got refills on our drinks and had to go get our waitress for the check. Then she didnt come back for them so we took them to the front , again the manager helped us. The upside was the manager very nice and checked on us more than once. Gave us free dessert for our long wait for food and the bad service. We will not be back unfortunately

Not bad,but not good. The service was terrible, especially for a place that wasnt near closing time but virtually empty. The food is O.K., bar food, but can be pricy. $8.99 for four sliders with no sides is a bit much. The melts and sandwiches are a much better value. The one in Westlake is much better, but a little far if you live in the Montrose area. For the pervs in the audience, the one in Westlake is much better too. It actually looks like a Hooters, which is what I think they were going for. The servers here in short shorts looked like the could be nose tackles for the Browns! It was truly disgusting! Save your money and watch the game at home.

This place is great. A few unfair reviews because its only been open a couple of months. The food is excellent - the corned beef is the same as Slymans. Someone said the parking is bad. Its not THAT bad. Only because the patio is under construction. And it will be the best patio on the "hill" when its completed. The service is outstanding and the young women who work there are friendly and very attractive. The bar is the best in the area. The stonework and TV setup are beautiful. The high ceiling with the skylights make the atmosphere uniquely fun. Try the Hooley Club Sandwich or the Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese Bake. You wont be disappointed.

Overall the food was awesome would defiantly come back for the food and the overall layout and all of the place with the fancy bars and tvs but as far as the staff and service goes not up to par. Personally I dont think its a very family friendly atmosphere. The waitresses wearing yoga pants I think probly has something to do with the manager seems like a bit of a pig if you ask me. Also if you take kids in there why would you not ask for kids cups first before bringing out large milks maybe dont feel like refilling them Idk. Lucky the food tasted great but due to the overall service we wont be back

The hostess could not give us an estimated wait time..but said others were seated "pretty quickly". So we decide to wait, which turned out to be 50 minutes, and then was told we could be seated at our table, but could not order food yet, because the kitchen was backed up. Our waitress was very nice but we waited 30 minutes to order, then another 40 for it to arrive. I have never walked into a restaurant where they couldnt give you an estimate of how long it would be! The food was mediocre..definitely not worth the 2 hour wait.

The service was slow, and my food was cold. It took 15 minutes before the server came back to check on us, to find out that they had served me cold congealed gravy on top of their horrible version of Shepards pie. This was my second visit to this restaurant, and its been a year since that horrible experience. I thought Id give them a second chance, Wrong idea. The food is horrible and they try to make everything better by adding cheese. Disappointing experience Everytime.

Messed up our food, waited another half hour for it to be brought out in a mostly empty establishment. Sat there with no silverware until the bartender could give me a box so I could take the trash home and throw it out, a half hour is a long time to wait for 10 Boneless wings. Who knows what happened to it back there. Almost seemed personal after I had to get new food. This Hooley House gives them a bad name, Go to Sheffield they are AMAZING!!!

Directions were unclear and product didnt operate as advertised. I tried to return to the distributor but they didnt take returns through the mail. Overall disappointed with the experience, but would shop again. Customer service was quick and efficient with their response but I feel they could have been more understanding of my situation. The buffalo chicken bites are fan friggin tastic

Food was amazing, service sucked though but then again maybe because it was Sunday. Straws not provided unkess you ask they dont come in wrapper nust the staffs hands. You dont get condiments (ketchup) by default when your table has fries the option idnt even mentioned. Pretty cool looking place though not sure if I would return though because the staff is as important as the food

This is a great Irish Sports Bar. Place really gets hopping during Cleveland TV sports broadcasts. Best drink specials are during the games. Havent tried anything from the menue that wasnt good. The "tots" , served several smothered ways, our outstanding. Managers Brad and Lou, make sure everyone has a good time and are well taken care of.

Every time Ive been its always a lot of fun, good drinks, great atmosphere and pretty good food. Ive been about 4 times and three out of 4 my burger was way char broiled, like waaaaaaay to smokey. This past time tho it was absolutely perfect. The nutty Irishman is the best burger there hands down.

They have great offerings here and their French onion soup is awesome! They are a little on the pricey side, but well worth it in taste. My only complaint is that they are pretty slow, and if you are going here for a lunch hour, you probably wont even have your food until you have to leave

Poor service. My wifes meal (Shepherds Pie) was genuinely cold, mine was lukewarm, and when I asked for some malt vinegar when a server dropped off my fish and chips, she responded, "Ill tell her," rather than just getting it herself. Predictably, it never arrived.
