Worst place in Ravenna.......worst root beer floats money can buy. Manager ....wont come out of his little work station. He just sends his 15 year old minions to fix your problem that wont get fixed. Very unprofessional.....this place wont get another dime from me. I can name 5 other places that can actually make a real root beer float and will actually give you service! DONT GO HERE....DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ate here once last summer and this so-called manager screamed at one of his employees in front of customers. So unprofessional.....this place is as disgusting as the the owner. Read the reviews.......this place has been having issues with their root beer floats.

Awesome old fashioned A&W that has offers both dine-in and drive-in. Attentive service and a man looking like just like Colonel Sanders behind the old tap (whats the story there? :)). However, I must say I was disappointed by the root beer itself on the day I visited (May 20). It had the basic flavor profile of draft A&W root beer, but it just wasnt it. It had very little foam and lacked the quintessential creaminess, intense sweetness and vanilla taste.

Good food, fast service and very friendly staff. Great alternative to the normal fast food restaurant. Cant wait for A&W to open every year and sorry to see it close for the winter. I have been visiting A&W since they had 5¢ root beers on Wednesday nights in the 60s. Keep up the great job.

As someome that has worked in the food industry for many years, and has been to many A&Ws the food was good, the Rootbeer float I orderd wasnt a float at all. Less than TWO tps of icecream in a medium rootbeer, very disapionted!

Server was nice, had a delay with the rootbeer as something was wrong with the machine but she apologized and brought it out as soon as it was fixed.
