I had the worst wings that I have had in my life of 45 years. I remember in Atlanta several years ago there were many Buffolo WIld Wing Locations; if this is the type of food they served, I totally understand why they are no longer any locations in the Atlanta area. When I initially asked for her opinion on the lemon pepper wings, Nicole (our waitress) she indicated she had never tried the lemon pepper wings and didnt have any suggestions. The food came out and I was totally disappointed. The bone in wings literally were half done and tasted aweful; they had some lame seasoning sprinkled on to meet the order requirements ( I guess that is the cheap way fry up wings all the same way and add seasoning). The buffalo boneless wings were overcooked chicken nuggets. No condiments were on our outdoor table; we had to wait several minuets for a return trip by Nicole. When I told Nicole that the food was not good she shrugged her shoulders and said that everyone likes their food. Talk about good service ..... I would not go back here even for a free meal.

This place was ridiculous!! I dont think after me and my boyfriend ate here for lunch, we are not going back. Our waitress was terrible and Ive never had poor service anywhere else until we came here. She acted like she didnt care to be there that day. Food was taken back due to my boyfriend not being able to handle the hot flavor of the wings he ordered so he got something else, which took 10 minutes to long. Our drinks were never refilled, waitress never came to our table to check to see if we needed any refills, the people behind our booth had better service than we did because their waiter was on top of everything, giving good service that we never received and he was always asking them if they needed anything compared to the waitress we had. She didnt even bother to come check up on us even after we got our food!! All in all the service we had here sucked, we had better service at the Orange Park BW3s location. This was crap! I dont think well be going back anytime soon!!

I have gone here many times before. I have only had one experience that made me want to come back. I love their wings and normally drive 25 min to get here or go here after I have business in the area. After the last time I came here I ordered 100 wings for a party we were giving. I also ordered 4 bottles of sauce because this place is notorious for not adding sauce to the orders. All in all the order ran up to around $120. They told me it would be 25 min. It wound up being over an hour that I sat at the front desk watching all the girls up front talk and gossip while everyone waited for service. The wings hardly had any sauce on them. They actually gave me 2 blue cheese dips and made me pay for 20 more, so much for proportionality. Well, the skinny of this place is that it desperately needs new management, to fire all the lazy people that work there and get people that are grateful to have their job. The service absolutely sucks here.

I have been there many times and have told them about the service and the food that has come out of the kitchen. It is never correct and there is always something wrong. The food is either not cooked to order, it is not what I ordered, or it is missing something that should be included. I ordered wings one time and asked them to be extra crispy. They said it would take longer. I said fine, no problem. However, when they came out, after waiting a lot longer, the wings were old and cold. Not one person could explain why that happened. The management tried to buy me off with free wings. This place really doesnt care about its customers. If it did you would see a better attention to detail. The declining patronage is a sure sign that it is not doing what it is supposed to do.

I like taking my family to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner we always have a good time and the food is good But I was in there and there is a Lady Manager there who is rude and nasty to her people that are working for her and she is not nice to the customers .I would like to fine out when she not working thats when I will bring my family in to eat. All the other Managers are nice and have smiles on their faces they are not rude. I trying to understand how people who are rude have jobs like this ? I work hard for my money and when I go out to dinner it should be nice , not have a rude person around you !!! Hope the Management reads this and fix this !!!! Thank you !!!! The stars are not for her!!!!

When we were seated, the hostess put our menus down on a dirty table, complete with food from the last diners, and actually expected us to eat there. After i asked if someone was going to wipe the table first, she offered us another table, which was also dirty. She brushed it off and set our menus down again. I was so tempted to leave at that point, but did not. The menus were sticky and had food on them, the floor was covered in litter and food . I felt gross eating there, but my boyfriend wanted wings so i dealt with it. But i will not ever return. O, and the battery went dead within 5 minutes on our game pad, and it was also dirty. Will definitely not go back here.

Im part of a group of people who go every Wednesday to play Buzztime trivia. Our usual server, Brian is very attentive and witty. He definitely makes it fun to come back, week after week. The food is always good - ask for the special happy hour snacks. We are a "happy hour crowd" and usually sit outside. My group prefers to sit outside, as some of us are smokers and inside is a bit noisy. Once summer comes, it may become too hot, as the patio faces west and the setting sun may become unbearable in the Florida heat. Management would be well advised to install some kind of shading instead of the clear plastic roll down wind breakers that currently exist.

Food was great but the service was horrible. Our waitress never came to check on us. We had to hunt her down to find out where our appetizer was only to have it and our meal come out simultaneously and half of it was missing. We explained what was missing for only half of the missing items to come out. Kept reminding them of my daughters salad only to have it finally arrive as we were ready to ask for the check. Didnt get any serving trays or silverware for the appetizer until we asked. Drinks were finally refilled after we complained to the manager about the service. Do not recommend this location at all.

Having been here before service and food was ok. Tonight they were not crowded asked to sit outside hostess seated us and left menus 2 server working the outside and only 4 tables with customers. Waited 20 minutes with servers going by had to ask to be waited on was told they would get server for our table after another 10 minutes no one showed to wait in us. We left on way out servers from outside were at hostess stand talking. Guess are our group of 5 most have been to much for 1 server to handle. Went across street had great service and food. Will Not Be Returning or Recommending anyone.
