***TL;DR at the bottom*** 1) food: "obscenely large nachos with ground beef"- were quite good. Fresh and sweet veggies, seasoned beef, crispy nachos. They meet the par. "Basket fries with Sam Adams cheese"- hot fries with peppawa seasoning. Peppawa isnt worth the hype. Cheese was delicious but too rich to eat with every bite unfortunately. "Wings with mango habanero"- SO WEAK! More like mango bell pepper, NOT spicy at all. It tastes liked the wing was wrapped in tye-dye fruit roll up. Makes the east coast look like we dont know anything about wings. Huge disappointment. "Wings with Thai chili"- pretty ordinary. Chicken was crispy for both types of wings but this sauce was better, a fraction of a fraction spicier but the sweetness was not as intense. Hard to mess up, but hey, they messed up the mango habanero. 2) service: a huge reason why this place is down so many stars. We received the type of service where they walk away while youre talking with their back turned to you with an "alright, yeah Ill grab that for ya". The service team was probably distracted with the issues and smack talking many of them were participating in, if front of customers. They were more interested in the scandal going on than customers.. who have money.. to give them for good service. 3) atmosphere: BORING. Never have I finished food so fast with good company. Its a family-type of restaurant when I was there but the tension in the air from the service team seeped into my buzz and killed it. Their bad mood put me in the mood of "I wanna finish my food before mom and dad start yelling at each other" Oh and they have no problem clearing your table and slamming the dishes behind the bar, can we ask, "check please?" TL;DR- save the time and go to buffalo wild wings.

The first time I went here in January was excellent. Yesterday was a completely different experience. We showed up at 5:00 and were there during happy hour - it wasnt busy and our server, Lauren, was good. I asked for a Travelers beer and the bartender came to us an asked if I wanted it mixed with Angry Orchard. It was nice to ask, but I told them I dont like cider beers. It took a while for it to come out, and they mixed the cider in it anyway even though I made it clear I didnt want it mixed - the first disappointment. The wings came out and were overcooked, parts of the wings were not even edible - the second disappointment. Both of these things I can overlook with a looming storm moving in. Lastly, thinking about how much I paid yesterday didnt add up, they overcharged us $4 for my one beer. According to the receipt, they ran our bill at 6:04 (4 minutes after happy hour). I may call to get a refund, but I will not be returning here.

I always go to the Neighborhood Walmart right next door and never thought twice about patronizing this place. Well, after 3 years I finally grew tired of the chain restaurants throughout Waterford and decided to give this place a shot. Why did it take me 3 years to try this place? Shame on me! The wings are way better than Buffalo Wild Wings, the service was on point and the food came out hot and super fast. The mild buffalo wings were very mild and the medium were just a step up from that. My wife doesnt like her wings too spicy, and was surprised to find that mild didnt have any kick. We will definitely go back and give the hot buffalo wings a try. Also, if you like Outbacks Blooming Onion, they have their own version called Lava Petals which are just as good... try them!

Great wings that I wont deny. The only problem is the service. I called in an order 1 hour before I went in to pick up got there and order still was not ready. The bartendar really didnt care it took him 10 minutes to come over to me and place was empty. This happened to me on two seperate occassions. The location is alafaya trail, orlando, fl. On 3rd time my wife went in placed ordered 24 hours before for a catered order for work it took her over an hour for them to get her order ready no apology just them saying they were busy. This was our last visit we do not plan on going back and we would not recommend this place to anyone.

Heard about the awesome wings so decided to try it. Was seated between 2 empty booths. No acknowledgement from server. Booth in front was filled and server acknowledged and later brought water to them. Still no service. Booth behind filled and same thing. Waited another 5 minutes and still no service. It was a Saturday and surprisingly empty so no excuse for delayed service. Asked for manager who apologized and couldnt understand reason for delay. Hostess was clueless as to who sat us in booth. Owner of franchise : feel free to contact me for more info. Cant see this place lasting for too long with the poor service.

Fantastic crispy wings and a unbelievable selection of sauces and rubs. You can even vary the heat levels of each sauce. Plenty of other food options if wings are not your thing. Lets talk about the service. One word... Extraordinary!!! Super friendly and everyone here works as a team. Before I realized my drink was empty another one was already waiting to be consumed. Dani was one of the best waitresses I have ever had, anywhere. Very positive attitude and excellent sense of humor. She really took the experience to the next level. I will spread the word. Thanks East Coast Wings and Grill!

1st time and not our last. My husband order a burger that was so juicy my mouth is watering just thinking about it again. I only took a bite because I really wanted to try to wings. Plus his burger came with this jack daniels cheese that was so good it had that cheese but nice spice kick with it. I had the wings I love my wings to have that crunch to them so I asked if they can make them like that and they did. The Polynesian wings have such a great taste to them. I will be telling everyone I know about this place. Our waitress was Lindsey she was so nice and new what she was doing.

Thoroughly disappointed. I treated my friends family to dinner & unfortunately chose this place. Wings were bone dry & all 5 sauces were less than stellar (tip: choose & perfect a dozen flavors rather than trying to be impressive with 75 "eh" ones). The "buffalo" shrimp were your run of the mill frozen tail-off shrimp in a spicy sauce -- not buffalo though. Overall, would never try again, nor would we recommend. Im sorry that I wasted our one dinner out at this place.

Ive been here a couple times for the all you can eat wings on Thursday nights. The wings taste great and theres a wide selection of both we sauces and dry rubs. The sauces can all be customized with heat level. Good prices. Also, the ayce wings come with chips and cheese sauce, which is a good accompaniment to the wings. Ive also had the pretzel sticks which were delicious. I recommend this place. Never had a negative experience.

Food is very good. Best chicken Caesar salad in the area. Wings are great with a huge variety of sauces. Very good variety of foods to choose from in the menu. Flatbreads, specialty tacos, fajitas, sandwiches, salads, burgers, soups, etc. Everything is priced reasonably, too. One of my favorite places to eat lunch.
