This Chipotle is a mile and some change to get to from my house and I was going there like every single day. I hate the portions here. Chipotle is a chain restaurant and I understand that they have to portion a certain amount but I am pretty certain that they under proportion at this location. I started eating Chipotle from the location on Biscayne and 140 something street, and you can split a bowl from this location because its so huge. But this one, I always have to say, "Can I have more rice?" or "Can I have more chicken?". Its absolutely irritating. This location is normally packed when I go there so if its a food cost issue the managers need to cut it out because they profit even on any given day. But they spoon shake there. Give out less food and you make more money. The nerve. I no longer eat there. I would rather drive the 5+ plus miles to another location versus eating at this location. The management staff needs to do better. Thats NOT how you run a chained restaurant. If you think Im being dramatic or greedy about the portion size take a trip to another Chipotle and compare the size of the bowls.

Worst chipotle experience I have had. We asked for 2 barbacoa burritos. Literally a pinch of meat and still charging $7.50, when the women behind us ordered chicken and got a hefty spoonful. When we asked for cheese, it was also just a pinch. Barely any sour cream or guacamole (that we also paid extra for). Our burritos werent even wrapped all the way when they tried giving it to us. It was a hassle asking someone to put more foil around the spot that was left open on TO-GO order. The staff was extremely rude; averting eye contact with us, rolling eyes when we said something, not speaking up, etc. There wasnt even a line, the place was not busy, there was no need for any of that. It was just ridiculous. I will not be returning to any chipotles while in Florida.

I go to chipotles all around the world probably twice a week. This is by far the worst one Ive visited. Slow, lazy, no sense of urgency staff. The bag of chips was only about half as much as most stores, I was charged for a soda when I asked for and was given a water cup, stood at the cash register for probably five minutes waiting for one of the eight people working to come ring me up while my food got cold, The condiment/soda station and all tables were gross and dirty and portions small. UPDATE - ended up going there again two days later and had the complete opposite experience with an online order. Place was packed, my portions were fine, and staff was great. It must have just been their NYE crew that was slacking. Changed to 4 stars from 1

THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES IN THE FOOD!!! I came here for dinner. When I got to the counter I saw roaches crawling around the food. I pointed it out to the young lady serving me. She bumped the guy next to her and pointed at the roaches so he could see. He took a napkin, killed the roaches in front of me, and went back to serving food. I waited around to see if they would change the food out. They didnt!!! They served that same food to everyone that was in line behind me. The manager never acknowledged that he just killed roaches right in front of me. There was no apology or anything. I called and reported this place to the health department.

I came in at 9:30pm. They were running out of everything which was to be expected so close to closing time. What wasnt expected was the server trying to give me 3 diced tomatoes and some tomato water and call it Pico, giving me dried out chorizo that should have been thrown away, and them being out of queso AND guacamole!! It was not the best experience at this location. Think they need some retraining on what not to serve to customers. Being someone who travels for work and frequents Chipotle alot I can say its the 2nd worst one Ive been to.

I just left there and Im still fuming over their piss poor service. Im taking my order and the first moron stopped and turned around to talk and laugh with one other worker in the middle of my order. Another person mistakenly placed peppers in the quesadilla instead of my chicken bowl. I told her not the quesadilla the chicken bowl. She took em out but put them in my burrito when i clearly told her the chicken bowl. Clearly there are issues with their level of customer service. Do not go that one.

While for many it is a staple midday meal, Chipoople can be a little hit or miss in terms of food quality and consistency. Also, quantities can vary significantly from one employee to another - Ive often been surprised by how little protein theyll put on before charging extra. Just something to keep an eye out for. That being said its definitely a step up from most fast food chains, and can make a welcome change of pace. Whether your digestive tract can take it, however, may be a question.

I dont usually give a place under 2 stars but this place needs a management overhaul. There were 4 people in line including me. There were 3 employees behind the counter, two of witch were on their phones for the whole time we were in line (27 min) wile 1 employee made the what i could only assume was the phone in orders and took the 4 orders from the people standing in line. 27 minuets spent in line for 1 burrito is unacceptable.

I ordered online cuz last time i was here line was on the door like any chipotle, i get there at 12:25 for pick up and the girl says im early cuz pick up says 12:30, i look at the guy that walk in with me at the same time and the line this time was even longer, by the time i got my food the guy had already paid, non sense, if you order online you expect to be in n out not wait, (wait time was around 6 mins)

I order here often since I work right down the street and since I only have a 30min lunch I dont have time to wait in line. Online ordering is amazing here the girl that handles the online ordering jasmine is always nice and friendly the food is always good and exactly how how I ordered it. I never once had to wait for my food just picked it up and leave amazing service 5 stars.

Online orders are never ready on time, the cashier ignores people who are there to pick up orders (the whole point of ordering online is *not* waiting 15 minutes, right?) and generally the service is going downhill. Half the time it seems like no one knowas whats going on. The only reason I continue to come is because the food is still good- usually.

Its funny how hypercritical some of you supposed adults are of this fast food establishment. I dont think you know how demanding this job is especially of eighteen, nineteen, and twenty-year olds that have just graduated high school and are juggling their busy, college schedules with work. For $9 an hour you are not out top priority, believe me.

Stale food, bad service, messed up cut sizes they are unskilled, place is dirty, they try to rush me, lines to longer they need to move faster, they move like they are in slow motion Chipotle is suppose to be fast, I give my order perfect every time and they mess it up ( brown, black, doubles chicken and everything) and they still mess it up!!!
