I give this review 4 stars instead of 5 because the first employee who is supposed to ask you what you want was very annoying saying things like "Welcome to Red Robins" or "welcome to Mcdonalds!" to every customer that walks in. The manager should either fire him or set him straight because he was SOOO annoying. But then the guy at the cash register was incredibly nice and more than made up for the first guy. He smiled and made sure we had everything we needed instead of trying to look funny. I had to ask for his name (which was Sebastian, somebody give this guy a raise) because of his superhuman kindness. If we had more Sebastians in the world, it would be a much better place.

I do ""LOVE"" their food! I been in there Mex Grill in ALL over OHIO,PA, NYC, Up state NY,NJ,Delware,NC, SC, TX,ALL over CA, FL,VIR,GA,ILL,ND,SD,HW, Port Org, Boston,CON, COL,NEV, TN just naming a few places I went. Things I cant understand is the guy Manny Montes is this place is a MEXICA restaurant its NOT Taco Bell or Baho Fresh (Wendy base chain) and elite few McDonalds does have mexican food in elit few location but not all.

The online order pickup system is terrible. Here is why. I waited 15 minutes in Line, about 10 people to order in front of me. Someone ordered online through their app, walked in, cut infront of everyone paid, while my food was getting cold and walked out. Something is wrong with this system. They should either have another register or if you dont pay through the app, you should wait like everyone else inline to pay.

This is the only chipotle where the staff always seem to be confused and slow. It looks like the staff at this place is trained totally different from other franchises. They always act like they just started working. May be thats the case!! I hope the owner notice this review and does something about it. Today I waited for 20 minutes when I had only 5 people in front of me. This is supposed to be a fast food chain!!!

I am a really big fan of this restaurant chain, I never get tired of their food. The last two times Ive come to this location Ive noticed that the flavor of the food has changed. The steak, which what I usually order, has been tasting very gamy. Like when you cook steak and then warm it up in the microwave. The hot sauce also tastes different, like they switched a few ingredients and its less spicy.

I love chipotle, and i live half amiles from this local, but i refuse to go to this one. I go 3 miles away in Miramar. They open at 10:45 and seldom have their act together. Something is always missing, steaks, staffs or heating up the press. The lady manager is condescending, rude and needs a lesson in customer relations. What topped it off on 2 occasions the dinning room smelled like sewage. YUCK

A ROACH was found alive and moving in my brothers burrito bowl last night Thursday 06-23-16. As he was about to go eat it, it crawled up to the top to show face. Disgusting! When we showed it to the employees they implied that we planted it there. Wow. Seriously?!!! Lost so much respect for this place. The manager on shift Zoey Georgiadis refused to give us a refund as well!!!! BEWARE!!!

Food - Disgusting, someone needs to teach these kids about the power of cilantro, they add WAY too much to the rice. Service - At least it is consistent, however it is consistently terrible. The people behind the counter never smile and most of the time they dont ever greet or thank you. With salsa fiesta now open right down the street, they need to step up the service.

Great location and typically good "Mexican" food. Everytime Ive been there food tastes fresh. Only complaint is some times employees are either too slow or too fast. Im trying to tell one guy what I want on one thing, and another employee is asking me what I want for the next item. Only happened a few times, all other times decent service.

Well, this is one of my kids favorite go to places to eat. Cant even tell you how many times we have eaten there. The food and service is always great and usually fast. This place one moment is empty the other is line out the door. That tells you that it is good food. At least my kids are proof.

As a regular Chipotle customer, I really love the staff here at my local restaurant. Theyve always been extremely friendly. My only complaint is consistency. The same order could look completely different from one day to the next, depending on whos making it. great food, great environment overall.

Normally I LOVE CHIPOTLE! This Chipotle is run by incompetent people. Ive ordered through the app 3 TIMES and 3 times, my order isnt ready by the time stated. Theres always something excuse and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Its sad because I love the food

Undercooked rice, old Guac, stale chips and slimy meat. I would NEVER eat here again. I certainly do not recommend this to anyone. There was also so much cilantro in the food that it tasted like I was eating dish soap and salt for lunch. Spend your money elsewhere.

I live in pembroke but i work driving around..i went to the chipotle hialeah 57ave, miami lakes 67 ave...but the one in pembroke 158 n pines blv is the WORST! They put almost no steak in my plate and meat was hard, more lettuce than anything. So disappointed!!!!

My wife and I, we are addict to Chipotle... we went there on Sat, and the food was cold and the girl who was serving us gave us a REALLY small portion of everything, we ask for more... and she gave us a LITTLE bit more....we are really disappointed this time....

Help was all sitting around. The line wasnt fully stocked and they were out of fijita veggies.Tables were dirty. Horseplay in the dinning area. Employees were having unacceptable conversation. The worst experience I have had at a Chipotle.

I dislike the fact that they charge you $2.00 for guacamole, but ration it as if it were the last bit on earth. Come to think of it, they do the same with all of their ingredients. If you are going to charge me extra, then give me extra.

Worst Chipotle Ive been to. I understand its fast food but no need to rush or skip people in line. Plus they were out of the sides they offer and unwilling to get more said it was too late even though it they were still open serving.

This is the worst Chipotle. Go to any other one. They undercook, miss things on the order, and most importantly, provide the worst service from a Chipotle which Ive ever experienced. Go to one of the other three nearby.

I love their food! Unfortunately the service is poor most of the time I go in there, and I eat there at least 4 days a week. But if you can put with the slow service the great food is worth the wait.

Extremely slow. Every chipotle insists on having a single register. There will be a pile of people waiting to pay but only a single register available. This is an issue across all chipotles.
