If I could give this Pizza Hut 0 stars, I would. My husband and I stopped here for the buffet. Were new to the area, so this was our first visit. There were only 4 other cars int the parking lot, so we figured itd be a pretty quick and easy lunch to get us on our way. Negative, Ghost Writer. We waited about five minutes to get seated; we figured that was ok, as long as the rest of the visit went ok. We ordered our drinks, then proceeded up to the buffet. There were no pizzas, only salad. My hubby got a salad, and in doing so, took the last plate-no big deal since there was nothing there to eat, so I decided to just go sit back down and wait (Im a disabled vet, so standing is hard to begin with). We get back to the table (right around the corner from the buffet), and we already had our bill. Nice. So, I waited several minutes for some sort of sustenance. The lady told me shed let me know when the pizzas were up. Nothing...... After several minutes, I went back up, and she had put out 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni; only a couple of slices of each were left. I got 2 cheese slices and 1 pepperoni while I could! Literally, that was the only pizza I got, as the rest of the visit, they were out. I asked if were breadsticks on their way, as thats pretty much the only reason I like Pizza Hut; I was told that Pizza Hut "didnt do breadsticks," or anything else, for that matter (pasta, etc.). They only had the salad and pizza. Upon check-out, I gave the lady my debit card and military ID. She looked at the military ID, then gave it back to me, and still charged me full price. I asked her "Dont you guys have a military discount?" She said no, then ran my debit card. I then commented "every other Pizza Hut in America seems to have a military discount-can you check?" She checked, and low and behold-they did. The guy from the back tried to fix it, because the lady already charged my card, but to no avail. He said all he could do was give me a credit for our next visit. I commented that we would never-EVER be back. He responded with some ho-hum comment ("oh.") and left. To say the least, I was pissed that we had to pay full price for a buffet where we were only able to get salad and a couple slices of pizza. Its barely worth mentioning that we ran out of soda 3 times and I had to bring our glasses up to the front for the lady to refill them. To say that this was a bad experience, I think, is a vast understatement. We will not be back to this Pizza Hut, or probably any Pizza Hut, anytime in the next foreseeable future. Happy to know that Pizza Hut is still sub par.

Awful experience. Waitress asked our party if we wanted crayons. The youngest member of our group is 26. She hovered around the table talking after taking our drink order even after our friend asked for her drink quickly since she wasnt feeling well. Once she left it took 20 minutes for the drinks to come. As the food came out she pointed out her cold sore and said dont worry it is the same herpes strain that everyone has. When we asked for boxes after we were done, the waitress brought them out and apologized for not putting the food in the boxes. She pointed out the gross band aid on her finger and said something about her kid in day care and how she has been having to use so much hand sanitizer. As she was leaning over the food her hair pin fell off of her head and bounced around all the left overs. We assured here it was okay that she didnt touch our food and gave her two different credit cards. She stayed and cleared the entire table and told us how after 12 years as a server she has developed a habit for early busing of the tables. She also told us how she was burned out because people suck and she doesnt like people. We had multiple tabs as we had several couples. She somehow rang up the wrong order to the wrong cards and instead of voiding the transaction she sat up at the counter for 15 minutes until we came up to find out what was going on. We ended up getting cash since our card for rang up for me than our ticket price. Over all it was awkward and somewhat gross evening out for us.

I came to this restaurant because there was a guy outside with a sign that said 5 dollar buffet. So when I went inside there were like 10 more people. Some people were arguing about the fact that there buffet was empty because all the pizzas were consumed and no new pizzas came. It took like 8 minutes for new pizzas to come. Pizzas tasted great but the selection was not big. The waitress was not so great, no refills were offered and my sweet tea tasted more than water than tea. When I checked my receipt it said 6.49 for the buffet so I felt uncomfortable because I came for the single reason that they were advertising 5 dollar buffet. I honestly do not plan ever going back because they made me feel uncomfortable, waitress should be better service oriented, check should be correct, iced tea shouldnt taste like water and most important, in a buffet people should not wait more that 8 minutes for new pizza to come...

My partner, his daughter and I showed up on a Tuesday right at 11a for the lunch buffet. Karen helped us and was very friendly. I stopped in the bathroom and noticed they were pretty grungy (dirty toilet and full trashes), but tried not to think too much of it. We got salad and pizza from the buffet. I ate the pizza first and then moved on to salad. Unfortunately, I noticed a small worm on a piece of broccoli in my salad. When I brought it to Karen, the first remark was that it was so small that she couldnt tell what it was (it was pretty obviously a worm though). I had already eaten a fair amount of pizza so it didnt feel right to ask for a comped meal, but I was very surprised that this wasnt even offered to me. Overall, dirty bathroom, worm in my food and so-so service service would have been A+ if the worm had been acknowledged in a more appropriate way). Too bad.

The store itself was in appropriate condition, the waiter was kind and patient with my children absolutely no complaints on his end HOWEVER, i specifically decided to take my children out this night and to THIS location (although out of my way) after getting a promotion email from pizza hut advertising their "child eats free with purchase of adult buffet" WITH this locations address listed...only to find out once we are seated they dont offer a dinner buffet, hm...yet its clearly listed on their menu as well. a huge disappointment. I got the salad bar and wings.. the salad bar was dry and not a green piece of lettuce in the bowl. The honey bbq wings i ordered tasted like the honey bbq had been watered down, looked like it also.. my childrens pizza was good and as i said the waiter himself is the only reason i give this place 2 stars.
