We were told it would be 15-20 mins for a table of nine. We were seated over 50 minutes later, after watching two busboys converse and basically do nothing in the room to where we were to be seated for over seven minutes. When we were seated, we immediately asked for salad which took another ten minutes to be brought. I ordered the herb salmon which initially came out over cooked and full of black ash- which means the grill has not been cleaned in quite some time. The re-order of the salmon took over fifteen minutes, at which point the entire family was done with their meals. It came out raw in the middle, yet the chef assured me it had been cooked to 130 degrees.... It was blatantly raw. I am writing this review sitting in Olive Garden still waiting for my salmon. The server, on another note, when I stated how the salmon was gross and covered in black ash, said "well I didnt cook it"----- but he still SERVED it that way. I will never come back to this Olive Garden. The manager just offered a twenty dollar gift card, then offered to take care of the whole check but, I still wont be back. I would rather cook at home. This isnt appropriate for a time of mourning. We were here to celebrate the life of my boyfriends grandmother and it was grossly soured.

Man listen service terrible, my waitress denise,only way I knew her name bcuz I read her name tag not bcuz she introduced herself, acted as if she didnt want to serve me and my younger sister, me being a nurse I am a stickler about customer service and being polite and personable. This was not the case even when the manager diane who didnt introduce herself either was called to the table she had a deposition as if we were a bother to her. She argued with me about being able to share my bread sticks with my sister mind you the food Im paying for. Meanwhile I see everyone sharing soup and salad throughout the restaurant without any questions. ... there was a waitress named roxxi who I called upon that was very helpful and sweet and kind ..

When my mom and I went to buy some Dolcini here for a party, we were a bit disappointed when we saw it at the register. Usually when you buy Dolcini, there is a special box that they present the Dolcini in. We bought Dolcini here before and they had presented it in the special box. This time, they presented the Dolcini in a normal box, all of the cups didnt even fit, so they had to tape the sides. One of the cups were upside down and everything inside it was spilled inside the box. This party was a very special party, but the dessert looked like a package that was opened, and the person that sent it back was not neat and was very hasty. Some cups had very little in them. I hope this doesnt happen again when I go buy another dessert

Placed order on line busy night for them so had hour ten minutes wait, additional 20 when got there. Was extremely disappointed with the main courses. The pasta was so over cooked and saturated with this bland watery substance, I couldnt eat it. My bill was over $50.00. So no cheap take out. On a positive note the manager I was in awe how she responded to such a crazy busy situation and she was working hard and kind to her associates which is refreshing to see. But have to be honest, I dont know if I could go back in a longtime because the meal was so bad. Ughhh. Used to be my favorite place.

Horrible service! Wilted salad, hair in my Aldredo. We didnt get asked if we wanted wine samples nor a appetizer. I hate to feel my guest and I was profiled but the other guests next too us got the same horrible treatment! When we spoke with the Manager "Kareem" he did nothing to accommodate how we was treated! I called corporate but I think it may be in Florida because it was closed due to weather conditions. I am very hurt by the way my guest and I was treated. I love Olive Garden but will never give another of my hard earned money to this establishment again. This is the tip I left my waiter

We try to go for thr endless soup and pasta every year. Sometimes it feels like they intentionally neglect you so that you dont get refills on your bread, soup, and pasta. This last experience wasnt too bad. I like the chicken add on with cavatappi and the white sauce. My favorite soup is the chicken gnocchi. If Id played my refills right, I think I would have ordered that and only that the whole time. The place is clean and the buzz is vibrant.

I couldnt give it one star because the staff was friendly. Thats where the fun ends. Food quality went down the drain years ago. How does one screw up a salad? The chain is in the gutter. If you are like us who had a gift card to use, dont bother. Trade it in for something useful, or use it for removing bubbles in your screen protector. Just not for food. Ever.

Good food . Whoever the three girls that were the hostess the night of the 28th at 9 p.m. are jerks. We walked out of the restaurant but they were too busy talking about their feminine problems to take time out to say have a nice evening to us. It just doesnt seem like the thing to be talking about with customers walking through. Jerks.

This is pretty much like every other Olive Garden youll ever go to. The food and prices are reasonable and unlimited breadsticks/salad/soup always are good value. The bathroom cleanliness and service were a bit underwhelming on our visit, but that may simply have been an off day. The place certainly was packed during dinner hours!

These location is well managed, well-employed and quite popular. The changes Olive Garden recently made have been an improvement. Still have the issue filling up on breadsticks and taking the rest of my meal home. Carryout is a good option here. Food itself is decent, not the best, but probably not worth the expense.

Wow, has this changed. Love the staff. Very patient and chatty. No rushing by to ask how everything is. They actually stopped, waited for us to stop chewing, and THEN asked if we needed anything. Wow! These little things impress me. The food was quite delish. No more over salted dishes. I WILL return!

I always get a table quickly and get excellent service. The only way they can improve is by having slightly better prices. Never ending pasta dish for 9.99 turns into 14.99 real quick when you add a protein. Other than that, its always been worthy of a return visit. Much better than Macaroni Grill.

I used to love going to Olive Garden. At my most recent experience the prices have gone sky high, portions smaller, and service terrible. A dinner for two should not cost $50+ at Olive Garden. If Im going to spend that much money I expect something better than the frozen crap they serve here.

My server, Carolyn, has been amazing! She has exceeded every expectation and experience I have ever had at any olive garden. Definitely prefer this cooks food over the cook at the one in North Olmsted. Tea was flavored perfectly. Soup was the correct consistency. And service has been impeccable.
