I eat here just about every Tuesday for the special for over a year. I have never experienced a problem. The staff and the managers are always very friendly and on hand. They walk around checking with customers to see if they need anything and refills of beverages. The managers are also out talking with customers as well. Food is always hot and fresh. As far as the customer who said they didnt receive some of their order and most were not correct, I think you were just looking for a excuse to make a bad review on someone. I know the managers by face, not personally and they are always great friendly people and I do see them checking bags for pick up as I pay attention to everything going on around me. Argued? Dont think so. Go somewhere else and stop bashing people for no reason. Just my opinion. Keep up the great work TF and we will see your smiling faces on Tuesday.

I work in a Medical Practice and we ordered lunch for the office, consisting of 13 individual orders. Each order was placed over the phone by one individual in our office. Then the fun begins!! Our Rep picked up the orders....Of the 13 orders, perhaps 2 - 3 were correct, and some orders were completely missing!! Disappointedly, I called the store to advise our orders were missing, wrong or completely missing and the "manager" on the phone ARGUED WITH ME!!! A R G U E D!!! He stated he personally put the order together in FIFTEEN bags!! 15 bags? It was, at best 13 orders, had they all arrived so I am unclear just what he was talking about! The good news here is, Tijuana Flats is NOT the only Tex Mex in town and we will happily take our business elsewhere. Since when is it OK to out & out A R G U E with a customer??????

The staff is what makes a great chain restaurant. The food is the food and you like it or you wont, but the staff here is just great. Friendly people who care about getting your food correct. We had a mistake on a burrito and it was fixed right away and they checked on us after to make sure everything was perfect. #CustomerService all the way. Only caution is that this locations staff is FULL of teenage girls-- its actually a little off-putting because there is almost no diversity in the team. Can we get some different sizes, shapes, colors, and genders please? Its 2017, for goodness sakes!

Third Tijuana Flats I have been to, and this one is also the best I have been to. The service was fast and friendly, the food (as always) was delicious, and the sauce selection was fantastic. I got a chicken norrito, and asked them to hold the rice but give me extra beans (low carb and all that) and they held the rice but I dont think I got any extra beans. My wife got a taco and a quesedilla and said both were awesome. She got some sauces on the Medium range and I got my super hot Red Ghost sauce, which has a pleasant taste and is actually hot.

This is my 5th time to this location and Tijuana Flats altogether and I simply cannot say enough good about this place. From the online ordering being so simple and user friendly, to the customer service being outstanding, to honoring military members and veterans with a discount and having phenomenal food! I absolutely love this place. Thank you Tijuana Flats!

Great service, the sauce bar is pretty nice as well. Food was a bit slow to arrive today but had good flavor. Would have liked a bit more food and a chance to refill my own soda. The vibe is mixed in here with cool cutting edge and 1988. Check it out soon you will probably like it.... The tacos are the star for me and the booze

We always get nachos when we go and we load them up! Two of us can share one order of the nachos! They offer tacos and burritos as well and there is a hot sauce bar. There is also an assortment of drinks, like frozen margaritas, beers on tap as well as bottled beer. There is indoor and outdoor seating.

Just awesome, spent 10 days in FL, wish I was told about this spot from day one. At least I know for next time. Food was good, portion and price were perfect. Then add the sauce choices, cant as for more. Oh and the Margaritas lol.

We used Tijuana Flats for our rehearsal dinner. We ordered everything a few days before. The process was fairly easy and the food came out great! I would recommend using them for a big party again!

I like Tijuana Flats.. but I feel like the burritos are a little thin. Leaving you a lot of tortilla wrap and some filling. Management, I will visit again. I hope my next burrito is more filled.

Really enjoyed this place. We stayed in the campground across the street and walked here for lunch. Great atmosphere and good food reasonably priced. Dont miss the hot sauce bar either.

SO SAD the GRILLED Mahi Tacos are gone. They were the BEST and FRIED COD is no replacement. We would have paid extra to keep them. Other than that... We love TF, just not as much now.
