Bad experience, Horrible chief, waitress, management Me and my grandma was looking for a place to eat. We waited to try something new. At this diner location you have Perkins, Wing House, Mexican Grill, Chinese food Panda express. All better diner than this one So we went into the diner. Waited about 4 minutes for someone to come to seat us. Asked boot or table we say boot. Get our menu was looking at them. Waitress come over dont even tell us her names She was chubby says What you want to drink Ordered ours drinks. Came with our drinks Do you want to order Said we need more time. Came back again 15 seconds later. Asked are you ready to order Said still need more time. About 22-26 second later came back Asked are you ready to order Grandma placed her order meatball sub. As for me i was still looking. She put the order here, Came back again and said are you ready to order I Said to her i want 2 pizza slices. She said We dont sell pizza slices had to show her on the menu She said only 11-2 PM on the menu we was there about 5PM She recemmend the personal 10" pizza I said that alot of money for a personal 10" pizza She said our ingredients is fresh, Like you know it fresh or not you are not the supplier or the cook Prices was high anywhere from $7.99 {Cheese only} - $12.99 Asked how big was the personal pizza said 1-2 Slices.. So slice for two is cheaper than the 10" {Cheese only} personal pizza by $4 dollars, Plus bigger. youre charging me more. for cheese personal pizza 10" $7.99 anything else $$12.99. Anyway from $4 - $9 dollars more if it was just slices Order my food. Few minute later smell something burning. Made an joke saying they burnt your meatballs. Waitress come over with the food. Put it on the table Grandma bite into the sub and meatball was hard. look on the bottom and seen it was all burnt under the chief try to hide it, Call our waitress order, She seen it say let me go get my manager. Guy come over with a cowboy hat look at the subs. Said "Sorry, Its normally dont come out like that" Was thinking to my self wanted to say does it usually come out burner Manager took the sub and left with the sub Grandma didnt order anything else was sick about it. So i was eating my pizza, Few minute later Smell someone burning again. My grandma just told me to get a to-go box, and the check. Left in a hurry. they have about i seen 9-11 chiefs there it bad when you can smell the burning food half away in the middle of the diner {I say it about 80 - 90 feet i smelled it} Some feedback about the food. Pizza tasted bad. Didnt even taste any of the tomato sauce or the bread cheese didnt have that great of a taste. Cheese tasted sour. When ordering that meatball sub it a joke. You get 2 meatballs, the breads, and a tea-spool full of tomato sauce for the half of order 5.99 my grandma got. full order was 9.99 or something like that. Sounds nice. Major rip off this diner is. Used to always go to this diner eggplatter got steak n fries {you can change the sides} for less then 7 bucks This diner had no side dishes or no side order nothing. Dont mind paying extra for good food, but when you ran an business like this. it chaos

My tastes and budget arent swanky at all, so a meal at an Olive Garden restaurant would be considered high-living by my standards. If I give a dining experience a 5/5, I am not talking about the Ritz Carlton. Atmosphere 3/5: Inside casual decor will fool you from looking at the outside. The interior has an industrial look and feel. Metal ceilings. Industrial artwork. Voices echo and carry; a little loud at times and makes it feel like its a little busy inside, but OK. Food 5/5: Tasted great to me, but my wife didnt care for it. I like things seasoned more than most, and she hardly ever even puts salt or pepper on anything. Seasoned well and not too salty. Nice sized portions. I ordered a Calzone and it was the length of a grown mans forearm! Very filling. Under $12.00 Restrooms 4/5: So you know how I gauge these, a 5/5 restroom is the one at my house; feel totally safe sitting on the toilet. I feel safe at a place with a 4/5 too. 3 and lower, no thank you. Ive seen some bathrooms not even good enough to leave a turd in. Seriously. OK onto Mellow Mushrooms. Would have a been a little nicer if the staff was able to keep up on it, but it was busy that day I suppose. I mostly blame customers; Some of us are just plain inconsiderate slobs.

Today (06/18/16) was my first experience with this place and I give it 2 stars as the food actually wasnt terrible. But the service was just a disaster. Ordered water as Im currently 30 weeks pregnant and I try my best to stay hydrated with this hot, humid air we have going on. First water has something floating in it, waitress returns with my second water and it taste like what I would imagine rotten eggs to taste like. It was disgusting. So she asks me what would I drink instead ordered a soda (sprite) and it was fine no issues (granted it took a bit longer to get because they were out and had to run to Costco for more.) Get my bill and am charged for the soda. At this point I have no desire to say anything to her. I pay my bill and still provide about 15% tip and just go. If the service was better I would recommend, but I definitely wouldnt recommend this place if youre someone who believes in a great customer service experience. Highly disappointed that my first visit will be my last. Food was very good. Hopefully the next persons experience will be better than mine.

One of my favorite pizza places in the Clearwater area. Though if you make the trek across the bay in to Tampa you can get a more traditional NY slice. Here though traditional is out the window starting with thier crust. It seems to be a whole wheat of some sort but it is amazing just enough crunch under the base and toppings, while retaing a slightly more bubbly and soft crust interior. You can have the classic red sauce on your pie or with many other dishes but I like to use the pesto base! Toping it curry chicken, pineapple and jalapenos! also yes I know Gordan says no pineapple on pizza....but gue as what Im an American and I put what ever I want on my Pizza! *Bald Eagal Screech* honestly aside from my questionable Pizza choices they offer many many others, from the basic to the far out! All meats seasoned well and veggies extra fresh! My single complaint is the wait times for service but I cut them some slack. I used to work in Pizza and a good pie once its in the oven cant be rushed.

We have been to this location maybe a handful of times, never had a bad experience. We went last night (4th of July). Was a little busy food came out super quick, we were kind of confused when our pizza came out before our pretzel bites appetizer. I was not to hungry so I was just going to snack on them for my meal. Our waitress came to check on us and realized the kitchen forgot to put the order in, no big deal we werent expecting anything but for them to make them up quick. She had the kitchen whip them out pretty fast even gave them to us free on our bill, on top of that she gave us both a one of their house baked giant cookies. I was so impressed with their customer service. Everyone who works there is really nice. Would definitely recommend this location. Most importantly food is delicious! Buffalo chicken pizza is a must.
