DO NOT GO HERE! I would give this pizzeria NO stars but that wasnt an option, I had to at least pick one. I can NOT believe the customer service I received last night when ordering my pizza. I ordered a pizza at 5:15 pm and was told it would take 20 mins to be at my door. One hour goes by and I call them asking where the pizza was. The delivery boy answered and said he knocked on my door and rang my door bell but nobody came to the door...this was completely not true as I have a LOUD dog that would of barked with anyone at the door and literally just received a package from ups minutes earlier who knocked and rang the door bell that I heard as well as my dog. I told him this and he sat there and argued on the phone with me...if that is customer service then he did a great job with arguing with the customer telling me he knocked and rang my door bell when it never happened. So he said he would be there in 10 mins and would try again, I asked if it would be cold and he said no...great...so I sat out front waiting for him and as he walks up to me he claims he went to the wrong place before and hands me my pizza. The box felt warm so i took the pizza and the kid walked away. I brought the box inside and checked the pizza...ice cold and rock hard. I immediately called the pizzeria, another person answered, Justin claiming to be the manager and basically told me he believed his delivery boy and not me...another argument. I was then told I would get a call from the owner to receive a refund the next day. So today I get a call from Sheri, the owner and she claims that her delivery boy "said" that he tried to deliver to my house in the first place and didnt go to the wrong house. I then had to tell her the story about my dog...then she said my house was out of her delivery zone and they should have known this...well thats not my fault. Then she says, bring the pizza back in and we will see what we can do. A whole day later she wants me to bring the pizza back in???...I wasnt going to keep the pizza in my kitchen overnight and all day waiting on her call so i dumped it. She said well i dont know what to say you shouldnt have signed the receipt when it was delivered. I told her Im pretty sure if I would have called papa johns or pizza hut for a pizza and this happened I would have received better customer service and they would have done anything to keep my business, her answer was "well you didnt call them". No wonder why they have HORRIBLE REVIEWS... Unfortunately this probably wont do anything to their business but hopefully it helps you, the consumer when trying to decide if youd like to eat here or not. Save your money and go somewhere else. NOT worth the hassle at all!

Not sure if the pizza is good or not. Guy on the phone taking our delivery order very short and rushed me off the phone. Too my cc info, but hung up before he gave me the total. Then after 2 hrs waiting for a pizza, I called them to see what was up only to hear someone in the back ground talking down to me. 5 minutes later the delivery guy calls me and hes nowhere near my house. I gave them the correct address and the neighborhood name, not sure what happened........... Thought Id try some different pizza for a change. First experience I had with them. Lived in Safety Harbor 15 years, gonna stick with the same place Ive been getting pizza from for just as long.

(NEW OWNERSHIP) disregard any bad reviews. This place has been bought out by new ownership. With that being said. The food is absolutely amazing. If you want great pizza, fresh ingredients, people who care about your food, love making it, and more importantly (know how to make it), stop by and try it out. This is my first time back since it first opened, I wont be getting a pizza from anywhere else now lol. You wont be disappointed, unless you dont know good pizza

I used to work for the previous owners John and sheri. These people tried to pass off poop frozen, not fresh ingredients for the last year and a half as "pizza". The guys who just very recently bought the place have fresh ingredients. Dough that they make, not order. I heard they even cut the cheese freshly now! John and Sheri would order the cheap pre cut stuff. I thank the new owners for bringing good pizza to safety harbor. These guys do it right!!

New ownership, the original owners were a lot better/nicer. This use to be my favorite pizza place but its not anymore. New owners raised prices and food doesnt taste as good anymore. I use to go there for the pizza and chicken wings. Pizza isnt that great anymore and they serve raw chicken wings. They dont apologize for it and they dont do anything about it to solve the problem. Poor service, thanks to those young boys who work for them.

I am not sure if the pizza is good or not. I tried to pay with my company corporate credit card which Ive used for seven years and the gentleman decided that it required a pin number. Its a credit card so theres no pin so he refused to really look into it any further than the machine asking for a pin. He definitely did not seem concerned with losing the business!!

The staff is so rude! I stood there for a long time before being helped and when they did help me they still ignored me! Not only was the order wrong but the food is horrible AND they overcharged me! Horrible experience and I will never return! Dont waste your money or time because they certainly dont appreciate their customers!

Pizza is AMAZING, especially if you love New Jersey style pizza! Great selection of drinks as well, from bottled water to imported beers. There is also an outside area to enjoy your meal and relax. Every time Im in Safety Harbor, I make a stop here. You should too!

Not a very friendly staff, but thats not the biggest problem, kids making pizza, no hair nets, no plastic gloves touching all the ingredients, kid who made mine, wiped his nose with his hand and then picked up tomatoes.. yeh,, I turned around and left... so gross

found a piece of wire on top of my pizza. They implied I put it there myself and took no responsibility. Wont be visiting them ever again. Customer service is something they need to be taught. Would have given them no stars but that wasnt an option

The entire staff is rude, including what seemed to be the owner. Shoved the pizza box in my hands. Pizza wasnt even that great. Even though this place is close I wont be going back. Ill also make sure everyone knows not to go here as well.

Tried to order a large pepperoni and mushroom pie. They said they were out of large pies but they had extra large. Order the XL with 2 toppings, $22.46 American. Good pizza but not for $22.46. No delivery, I picked it up.

Horible lady owner, dumped pepper and salt all over a pizza, then refused to refund and used the f word. Worse, swore in front of family, and calle back to threaten like a stalker. Also some of us feeling sick now...
