Please please PLEASE, dont go here. This is the best pizza place in the Tampa Bay Area and I want it all to myself! Seriously though, the ingredients are hand-picked, the menu changes with the availability of fresh ingredients, (see; fresh!) and I have never had a less than incredible meal here. The wine selection is limited, and they often have a couple local craft beers on tap (no liquor). Greg always takes a moment to personally greet a friendly face, even among the organized chaos of baking multiple meals with a limited, yet fully competent staff. FYI this is a quaint place, and reservations are not accepted, so on a busy night expect to order a drink and wait a little bit, but you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Very good pizza! Pricey but worth every penny. Only thing is I would like an ice cold coke with the pizza but they dont serve that cause there is no organic coke. That is my only gripe. Get there early cause it is small (45) people max, and it is always BUSY! FYI, reading the other reviews I have read from it was burnt dont eat burned food, to I like Anthonys Coal Fired Pizza chain better, dont listen to them. If you think a chain pizza is better than this pizza I would question your taste buds. As for the burnt, more like charred. Look at the photos folks, comes like that everytime.

We had a party of two which was not greeted when we came in. We payed $15.00 for a what was supposed to be 12 inch pizza that measured only 10 inches. After 30 minutes of waiting outside for our food on ant infested tables we recieved our pizza. The pizza was burnt on all sides. We payed 2 extra dollrs for meat I counted 4 pieces of meat on the pizza. the sauce slid off the pizza when I picked it up to eat it. And the dough slouched over revealing the paper thin pizza pie underneth. I told the manager about all this. His answer was "thats too bad". Dont ever go here.

My wife and I have been regulars here for awhile. When our daughter from Virginia comes to town this is where she wants to go. Greg, the owner, is the ultimate professional and must work 14+ hour days as he locally sources and prepares his ingredients. We have our favorite pizzas on his list but have succumbed to his specials which are seasonally unique and delicious. The people who work with him are friendly and attentive. Salads are also prepared with a special touch. This has been voted the best in the area. You will not be disappointed! Sarah & Rip

Pleasant staff. Uninspired pizza -- and certainly overpriced no matter how they attempt to justify price using the organic theme. Similar price point for much more relaxed environments, better menu options and an evening out style of dining. Youll receive none of these here. The famous crust many exclaim over is burnt and as many in the health field will attest, consuming burnt food is never a good idea. Felt rushed. If you want to push patrons through quicker, I suggest paying at the time of order. Sorry to report, I will not rush back.

Love the fact hes trying to do this right with the sour dough. Execution is not so good. The dough does not spring so the crust is flat. Ordered the meat balls and they are straight meat, old or both because they were dry. Get rid of the disgusting stuffed animals for table markers. Health department should red flag those things asap. Only one place in Pinellas for real deal pizza and this aint it. Look for another place with a boat load of stars in their reviews.

Amazing sourdough pizza, with a lovely selection of veggies. If youre WFPB, ask for no oil or salt added. They kindly oblige. There are other options on the menu, but Ive only ordered a salad besides the above, which was delicious and creative without being odd. Great ambiance in a nice cozy place. One can bring children. They do serve wine, and beer. The staff are very friendly, especially Cory, whos hilarious and has a wonderful way of making you feel welcome.

The pizza is flavorful and inventive. Fun atmosphere. A little more expensive yes, but well worth it for quality ingredients. Its busy Friday and Saturday Nights but well worth the wait. Ive been here many times, I truly do not know why anyone would complain or give 1 star reviews to such a cool place. If you love Manhattan or Italy style restaurants and you enjoy quality ingredients with a lot of flavor then youll love Gregarios.

This is one of the only true "Farm to Table" restaurants in the Tampa Bay Area. Through her investigative series in the Tampa Bay Times, Food Critic Laura Reilly, called our Pizzeria Gregario as true to the claim. As Safety Harbor locals, weve eaten there several times and always find it fresh and delicious. On a nice evening, eat outside and enjoy the music from across the street.

This is a fancy pizza place and its DELICIOUS! It has a cozy atmosphere and attentive waitstaff. The pizzas are pricey (around $17 for a small flat crust pizza) but one pizza was the perfect size to split with a friend and have no leftovers. I would definitely recommend this place. Everything on the menu sounded really good and about half of the pizza options were vegetarian!

There are artisan pizzas, then there is pizzeria Gregario. Greg is spot on with his flavors and even more spot on with service and experience. They remember you, they talk to you like you are a friend or family, and they take care of you. These guys are awesome. I encourage you, not to only eat here, but to become a regular customer and be part of the family.

Thought this place would be a jewel in the rough but it turned out to be a dud. The pizza was not good at all. Burnt crust throughout and way over priced for a ten inch pizza. We thought it tasted sort of like chef boy ar dee pizza sauce like we made as kids. The place was noisy and disruptive. Final price was 35 bucks with two horrible ipas. Fail...

Pizza that you can feel good about eating. Greg chooses the highest quality, local ingredients he can find which really transfers over into the taste of anything you choose to order. Where else can you go out and get so many homemade, quality ingredients? Pizzeria Gregario really knows how to raise the bar! Thanks Greg!

Greg is the mastermind, owner and chef. The creative pizzas, salads, meatballs et al are fabulous and fresh. Gregarios is a true farm to table restaurant and Greg will not prepare or serve the food unless it is the best. This is the first Safety Harbor restaurant we bring any out-of-towner or foodie.

Easily some of the best pizza available in the Tampa Bay area. We tried both the Eh Mate and the SJ pizzas. The crust here is a perfect balance of thinness but not too charred. You can definitely leave here feeling satisfied but without the guilt of a heavy pizza weighing down on your stomach.
